It lied saying it is for 4 years and up but when I put my age it said must be 16 or older so I guess it’s not for me

When I start the workout it only allows me to do 1 out of the 3 workouts. That’s only 5 minutes. Once I complex the first one, the other 2 close out. Who does only 5 minutes of a workout. That is just a warm up. You are paying for just a meal plan.This app is not worth it.

I got in to the app and it said to put in my age and in the App Store it said 4 and older but then it 16 and older I was so mad do not get the app

I use the app for free but for awhile now I can’t use the app. When I try to close the screen asking you to pay I can’t close it. I used to love this app.

Bad Advertisement
The reason I’m giving this app 1 star is because when you look at apps in the App Store it will tell you under the download button “In App Purchases”. This one doesn’t, but when you download it and fill out the questionnaire like “gender, age, height, current weight, etc” it takes you immediately to a screen for your weight loss plan of which you have to buy. It would be nice to know I’d have to buy the plan before I’d downloaded the app. I’d recommend at least adding the “in app purchase” so people are aware they’d need to buy their plans.

It won’t let me go to the payment to get my plan. There’s button that says continue but won’t let me press it. Really frustrating, glad this happened before I paid for anything!

I bought this app because the ad on Instagram made it look like a game but it was just a typical generic workout app with boring exercises

No trial or a few free exercises to find out if this app is right for me like most fitness apps? Sorry but I’m not spending $20-$70 blindly, good luck getting customers without even a preview of what they’d be paying for 🤷🏻

WRONG ADVERTISING
It advertised it was free App but after downloading it wasn’t free at all.

Misleading it’s says it’s FREE so the assumption would be that it’s FREE but for premium services or to unlock more you would pay but you have to pay for everything. Even if it had maybe 2 weeks free trial something I’m not paying money for something that may not even help me.

I saw a ad show I can exercise me leg like a taiko drum game. But I can not found in the app. If you don’t providing such program, don’t show it on ad.
Misleading
I know, it says the app is “free to download” with in-app purchases, but so does every other app in the App Store, and they typically offer *something* for free. So Devs, please don’t respond with that. It’s blatant bait.
I don’t pay for things upfront that I cannot see or experience for free first. I was taken to a page that wanted me to shell out 10 bucks to even see anything and no mention of a free trial, which I would still be wary of.
I would honestly listen to the feedback of those giving these low reviews and see that you’re not building any trust with potential customers and that if change tactics, you may gain more people and ultimately more revenue. I get it’s a business and money has to be made, but I also think you’re turning away people who would have ultimately paid if they could experience some of what your app can offer for free. I’ll keep looking for another app.

I thought this app was supposed to be free then you may upgrade. I was immediately walked through to a pay page. I don’t buy anything I cannot try out first. I have been ripped off too many times trying to cancel something I did not enjoy.

Cancellation
Sent an email requesting if it was possible to personalize program and if not to cancel. This happened after 2 days I registered and paid for the App… no response. No money back. Want to be sure my account is not charged again please.
Deceiving
I have so phone stenosis and from the advertisement it looked like it’s all low impact but even day one hurt my spine. All high impact exercises

50 pound in 4 weeks
This app just said I can love 50 pounds in 4 weeks it I pay $14. I know I’m not the healthiest person but I do know 50 pounds in 4 weeks in neither healthy or sustainable.
This app is toxic and could do serious damage to a more vulnerable soul. I was just looking for workout to target specific areas not to be sold a pipe dream. Do better!

Not free
I must be confused because it says completely free to download and use. Says you can upgrade to premium. I downloaded it. It asked me basic height weight etc then wanted me to pay to receive my plan. That’s not free to use since it doesn’t allow me access to exercises or anything useful without requiring payment.

I went to check my app and I kicked me out and is saying I have to pay in order to get my plan but before it let me have it for free except a few things I’m really sad know that I can’t use it to workout 😡😡😡

No more music or warm up’s?
On my Google pixel, there were warm-ups before the workout and cool downs afterwards. On my iPhone, I never received a warm-up even though I selected to be able to on the menu rarely do I get cool downs and they are always cut short. I can’t even use the option on my iPhone to play the songs that are in this app, this app used to be good, but I don’t think I’ll be continuing my subscription
I hated it
It was going fine but then it tried to make me pay and I was like what is going on and like another apps they have an X so you can do it for free I’m not a Karen.
