If you’re looking for an app like this avoid HomeBase at all costs.

Ukg is better
Really inconsistent with the money they lend you, sometimes I get an update on the app after a work shift, that I have money to borrow, and I go to the app and nothing there,happens all the time even after updating.

Won’t let me sign in anymore
Recently the homebase app logged itself off and when I enter my email and password, the app just loads forever. I know the password is right as I can sign in on the website and also I have an Iphone 6, please update support for this software.

Bug after bug
I haven’t been able to use this app since I paid for it, it won’t show any of my team members when I try and schedule someone. Called Customer Support and got told that’s just an iPhone issue.
So when I asked to cancel my prescription, I got all I paid for a year so I’m stuck with it. Not very happy all I want is for it to work.

Not worth it
They tell you employees can clock in & out on the app but they actually can’t unless you pay 30$ a month. Not worth it in the slightest!

Zero stars should be an option. Toast is better.
Won’t let me add my own back account. Forces you to sign up through plaid. My bank isn’t supported by plaid. This app is horrible. Also in order to access your money early your bank account has to be over $200. If I had $200 I wouldn’t need to access my early pay

Do NOT have two jobs on here
Been using this app for a while with one job and it worked just fine. Recently got a second job that uses the same app, but wasn’t able to set a separate availability for Job #2.
Support wasn’t helpful at all. Turns out you’re only allowed to have ONE availability schedule even if you have multiple jobs/locations on the app/website so someone’s always going to have the incorrect availability. According to them, there is no workaround to add location-specific availability, which seems ABSURD since they advertise usability with multiple locations and it lets me switch between jobs in the app/website already. It even lets me select who the availability is for, but it still syncs globally. This should ALREADY be a feature. Please fix this ASAP.

Then it constantly tells me I have notifications in the My Requests section when I do not.
Quit messing with things that work. Leave them be. If you want to fix something, get better servers that don’t lag all the time. Time is money and your software wastes plenty of it.
