Notifications
After every level it keeps asking me if I want to turn on the notifications. I click “No Thanks” and it still asks me! I shouldn’t have to keep clicking no thanks. That should happen only once and that should be the end of it.

Dear Future Generations of mine. I hope that you can succeed in finally beaten level 20054. I started this level in 2026 and many years later I was still playing this level right up till the moment I was about to pass away. My dear children, grandchildren and great grandchild promised me they keep on trying to beat this level. I told them all the impossible level 20054 will out last them. I wonder how many greats after my great grandkids passes will it take to finally beat this level 20054?
Greedy cheaters
The more people continue paying to win (which isn’t really winning) the greedier Playrix becomes. Stop making them richer!!!!

Used to be fun
This game used to be fun but now sometimes it can take 50 to 100 times to get past the level. It doesn’t seem to matter if you buy things or not. It’s just not an enjoyable game having to play one level that many times to try to get through it. I have played this for years, but I think I’m done with it now.

The (AI) developers have changed this game so much, and continue to make changes on about a monthly basis, that degrade the enjoyment of game play. All of the changes are geared - in the most blatant and hard core way possible- to work against the player and make the game play harder, pushing the casino ($$$) aspect of the game onto the player. It’s insulting to be treated this poorly as a “customer.”
Impossible
Once they added the steam pots they made a TRULY impossible game. No longer fun only agitating unless you’re willing to pay a ton of money on cheats. Save yourself this deck is stacked against you!
Will scam you
Will randomly have a pop up of a 900 coin booster where you're used to hitting "replay" for a level. Definitely feels like they are stealing coins by setting up a pop up like that. Customer service will just leave you on read when you try to get your coins back.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE COINS
With this most recent update, we now earn only ONE-FIFTH of the coins we used to earn??? I will NOT buy any more coins!!! There are plenty of other match-3 games out there, and I will spend my money on their coins when I need a few extra.
With this newest update, now we’ve lost the benefit of the Rainbow Ball! Every single time they update, you lose something else! I guess I’m about done with this game! Too bad because it used to be my favorite!

Treat your players well
Have been playing for years now , and I can say the changes in the game has made me loose interest in the game . Now when am playing the game , disconnect and connect at the same time . Also , the king doesn’t appear anymore. Y’all should do better. Am rating 1 star not for anything, but for your poor update.and the games doesn’t solve puzzles anymore or help the lady anymore. Why !!!???
A demand for a fair & just game
This game used to be fun; filled with puzzles to solve … to be fair the major reason for playing this game but now..??? Dear lord 😭 It’s filled with just merging the colors ; so unnecessary and the ridiculous amount of coin collected for only 5 moves is diabolical!(900) & give just little in return

This game is definitely Clickbait you see like the mom trying to say baby and you seem like everything that’s definitelyClickbait because I played this game and it’s been like a month now and I haven’t seen one stage of the baby and everything so this is getting like I wish zero stars so if you really want to play this game then go ahead but just remind you that it’s not what it seems
Money hungry
I have been playing this game for a very long time, currently level 12I40. I try to play daily and used to really enjoy it. Lately all they do is keep cutting the bonuses you get and shortening the time before they reset to try to get you to spend money for power ups. Then they started with the cards, another waste so they don’t have to give you things that actually help and slow things down when you are on timed things. Now they added another sub thing to eat up more of your supplies, or get you to spend money. It may be time to take a break and find something else to play. Such a shame, it was a good and fun game.

App glitch
When you finish a card set the game glitches and doesn’t allow you to advance to next screen. Installed/ uninstalled app but I’m “Stuck” in this screen
Why so many bugs
This latest event I’m so close to completing everything and it locked up my game because I completed a card set but it won’t show my prize so I can’t click it to get back to levels to complete the event, So frustrating. Plus there are other bugs with completing the event challenges where it doesn’t even show the first 4 tiers I’ve already unlocked so I can’t complete them either.
Missed everything due to this update and the freezing!!!!!!!!!!
Game is completely frozen on the Resort Card collection screen and I cannot click anything. I missed the end of Bloom & Buzz because of this server lock. Please clear my account cache.

Sea travel reward says tap to claim, but nothing shows up to claim and every time I tap nothing happens. I get stuck on the screen, and it won’t exit out.

Loved the game until today’s update when Austin asks me incessantly whether I want updates. The answer is, no! But he keeps asking every couple of levels. Might be time to delete the app. Booooo

Okay, but loses its fun as you progress
This game really requires a ton of money to play after you get in a couple hundred levels. It’s lost its fun for me. I was willing to spend a couple of bucks to get past a level and keep playing, but now even the easy levels can take 3-4 days to get through. It has lost enough fun now that I don’t care. I go play other things and stop by this every once in a while, but I’m not going to pay to get past anything. No reward to trying.

If you collect a bunch of coins they give you levels that you can’t beat and then you lose all your coins and all your hard work. I went from like 11k coins to 3k in like 15 minutes

I love the game but today, there is a glitch where I have obtained cards and gotten a reward but there is nothing to claim, all it says is “tap to claim” and after tapping I can’t return to the game to complete any of the games

Annoying Olympus Cup
Progress in the game is constantly interrupted with the stupid Olympus Cup event. It lasts for days with a small break in between. I decided not to play while it’s running. Super annoying and not fun at all.
