Cheats for money
This used to be one of the best match games. However, they have become super greedy. Going to the extreme of forcing you to use coins to continue on plying to win the round. For example, you have one target left to complete your goal and a flying plane. You hit the flying plane and instead of it going to hit the target, it hits a random color shape. Trash.
Rip off!
It’s a fun game to play. But if you pay attention, you’ll notice it’s rigged to deliberately force you to spend money. You will see how you make a move to create a special effect, like the globe, and instead they will make it something else, or noting at all. And they constantly for random pop ups that make you spend your in game currency in error, because they will make it appear at the end of a board, when you lose, when the button to back out or restart always appears. This way, by instinct, you randomly click that location to restart and it spends the currency without any form of confirmation. This game is a true ripoff!

Don’t Spend $
If you like this game I highly suggest you DO NOT spend any money on it because once you do the game is against you. They give you difficult levels over and over (even if they aren’t labeled as Hard or Super Hard) to try and get you to spend money. This game will never see another dime out of me. It is outright GREED and I am highly disappointed. This used to be a fun game with some easy and some challenge, now it’s a money hungry game.
Poor support
Any app that collects money for anything should have real people for support not useless chat bots.

No ads, you do have to pay for in game money… it would be better to join a team than not. It has no pin pulling games, only matching games, real hard to beat team challenges, if you lose on a super hard level, it’ll take about 25 tries to beat it. Trust me I know…
Time consuming, annoying, and it takes up a ton of storage on IPhone, 3 1/2 stars. If you still want to get it, then go ahead. If I had known about all this before hand, I would never had gotten it. -OREO_KING

Notifications!!!!!
Every single puzzle I complete a pop-up asks to turn on notifications. No one wants notifications from a match 3 game.
I hate this game
I had it before and it just got annoying and repetitive. I am even receiving non stop adds for it and it is annoying. I have been looking for a way to get rid of this game from appear every 20seconds when I play other games but it is not working
Impossible puzzles force you to play
Once you get to higher levels, they give you impossible levels to get you to drain your coins for more turns to force you to pay. Never support a company that behaves this way.

Союз , у нашего союза рейтинг 400к , в соперники( раз в неделю) дают постоянно тех у кого 800-1000к, и мы постоянно в конце списка. Раньше такого не было. В союз дают набрать только 47 человек, больше никто не приходит, даже когда чистишь его , все равно цифра больше 47 не поднимается
Stole My Coins
I have played this game for a few years. I have one game on iPhone and a separate account on iPad. On my iPad I had several thousands of coins. Somehow it detected my iPhone account and switched me to that causing me to lose all my progress and coins. I’ve contacted support several times and they refuse to help. I’ll be deleting the game on both devices. Beware of shady practices. It’s been a fun game and I’ve spent quite a bit of money on both accounts. But I’m done. See ya, Austin.

What the title says.
Unfairness on developers
I started playing a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the game. One side game uses bug lightening energy. I bought some and didn’t get a chance to use it all they took it away when a new adventure started even though I paid for it. When I complained they compensated me with a few powered up. I wanted back what I paid for, so I deleted the game and warning others that they will cheat you out of money.

Made the game harder on purpose
I started playing in 2017 and I think the game was fair. Some levels were very hard, but overall a reasonable amount of moves and goals to hit per level. Now they have literally gone back and REDUCED the amount of moves you get for levels, and ADDED goals you need to meet to complete them. Making it impossible to finish levels without dumb luck or using powerups. Play if you want, but don't give them a cent because that's why they did this. It's absolutely diabolical. I also recommend joining a team that regularly sends lives so you can try hard levels more.

False Advertising
This is one of the games. Apple continues to allow to blatantly false advertise. The gameplay is nothing like any of the ads. Do not download this game because this company is a complete and total fraud.

This isn’t the first time that has happened. I tried to go to the online support through playrix and it was an ai bot that didn’t help whatsoever. Rather than that, whoever created this game is genius. I love the way it is written.
Won’t load
After latest update, the game will not load. Hadn’t played for a bit and was given a half hour free of all power ups. Couldn’t use them though as it keeps saying the game is updating. Do better.

No Longer Fun
The "developers" have ruined this game! The match-3 portion is okay, with new challenges being added on a regular basis. However, reducing the number of coins awarded for a win seems rather greedy. The is especially true since each improvement in the home portion now costs double what it used to. We play games to escape real-world inflation! Why do we have to deal with it in the game? Of course, it hardly matters since decorating options (which is what originally set this game apart from others) are basically nonexistent. Everything is now predetermined. Nothing fun in that.
Used to be fun…
This game can be fun and has gotten more difficult over the years, but it’s fair enough. You spend coins and eventually gain them back. Do NOT ask for customer service! I lost an entire day with no explanation after reaching out. If you don’t spend $$, don’t expect help.
