Cannot seem to log into my account.
Redownloaded after a few years of not playing and it wont log me into my account. It’s the same Game Center account and the same email but it makes me start all the way from nothing every time. This really sucks because i spent a lot of time and money playing this and was hoping to hop back in with all of my old stuff but it’s all gone?
lost my account and no helpful sources
so um i lost everything!..last time i played this game was during january 2 of 2025 and then after a long months of stop playing i can no longer log in. whenever i do log in i only just get sent back to the first chapter of the game.

I hate it terribly with a passion
Honkai was absolutely once enjoyable when it first released even though I only started playing it when I was introduced to it by rdcworld1 and it was very addicting then now since becoming the game genre I hate so much which is open world I can’t stand it to have it on any device will be deleting in due time

didn't even let me into the game
if your device is like mine, it's from your school, and it's low storage. when entered the game it said "network error can't connect" but there wasn't anything wrong with the internet. all of my other apps were working.

Takes too much memory
I have an IPhone 15 pro with over 125 gigs and couldn’t download cause it asked to delete stuff to make more room. Im not deleting anything else. I have plenty of gigs. You should make this game for consoles only.
Terrible, used to be fun
I’ve played this game a couple year ago. But I signed in with apple, and they removed Apple for the sign up thing so now you have to restart with no progress. Customer service doesn’t work. Stupid

Stop forced tutorials
It seems like a great game, but tutorials that force you to press one button and play a certain way are beyond infuriating and will never get more than 2 stars for me

3.47 gb is a lie
I play this game on PC but recently I had to go and travel and I wanted to login to not miss my login streak. So I check on the App Store and it says 3.47 GB. Well, I had four, but that wasn’t enough.
So I deleted another 10 GB of space. Still not enough.
So i deleted 20gb of space, guess what? Still not enough!
The description on the escort says 3.47 GB, but that is absolutely incorrect and is blatant misinformation and false advertising.
I have spent two days trying to clear up space to download this game and it’s still not enough.
At least Genshin tells you how much you need but Honkai Impact third just lies about their storage needs

i loved this game and use to play it everyday and my account was linked to the apple thing okay so when i logged in one day it said something along the lines of “apple no longer supports this game” and i had worked so hard for my dream character and i had so many other good powerful characters and so much progress and i just lost it all because they removed the apple feature

So like my sister got 3 copies of sena and it took her 3 pulls!! Not 30, 3!!! And she got senas stigmatas and weapon in like 5 pulls like what?? I pulled like a bajillion times and got no sena.. not 90 times but still what
Was fun…until
Was fun during part 1, but part 2 comes out and now basically all the older characters do no damage to these new bosses. Years of hard work gone to waste

Honkai impact 3rd i unstalled ur app because the Barrie-breaking quest is hard to do I got stuck and now I’m mad and unstalled this app do better.
