Money grab!
It’s obvious that this game is used to get rich. People are so greedy sometimes! It’s a fun game but very very addictive and they will take advantage of that! The longer you play it the more money you will need! Pretty soon you won’t have any money to live on and will be out on the streets! There should be a law against it! I’ve been reading the reviews and every one is saying the same as I just said. They keep promising to fix the game but never really do.
Beware! It’s way too expensive to play this game. You have to spend too much money to advance. Too many adds! You fall asleep while watching and by the time you get back to the game you lose your place and don’t even remember where you were. More money needed every time! Very frustrating!

So greedy!
2-3 min ads?!? Are you serious right now? It’s not like it’s just a long ad every so often, it’s one after another, after another, on, and on. This is not okay, and you need to begin putting yourself in the players’ shoes.
Ad rewards disappearing
This game is fun and the power ups are not super expensive. The problem is is that when you do want to watch ads in exchange for a reward, the section to watch those ads keep disappearing. If you contact the developers, they tell you to make sure that your IP address isn’t blocked or change your IP address and make sure your game is up-to-date blah blah blah. So I made it a habit to delete the game and go back to my progress that was previously saved to get back those rewards. Once again, I had to do that. Now the game is starting me from level one saying I have no progress saved under my Apple ID. I spent lots of money in this game. And really liked it but now you guys are going to lose out on a paying customer because you can’t fix your glitches.
Limit on pink levels
So after increasing the amount diamonds you have to use, making it more expensive to upgrade hospitals, plus the decrease in getting coins from pink levels, you have now set a lim8t to how many pink levels you can compete in a day? Why would I continue to play when it just gets worse and worse as the days go on.
Impossible to beat a level
Increasing suddenly from 50 gems to 100 to contribute on is ridiculous! I used to pay upgrades but now it's impossible and I'm not interested in this game anymore. They are going to lose their loyal players if their don't revert back soon.
Will no longer pay to play
My last review didn’t post. Trying again. Developer responds to each low review for months now, saying they will look into gameplay mechanics that forces you to pay to proceed. But they don’t do anything, they just increase cost of coins for upgrades. It grates me that even if you want to help support, buy a special offering or two, the game then becomes impossible to play, I guess because you show you’re willing to pay. Just a complete cash grab. It’s greedy behavior and becomes offensive.
Have rigged it since the update
After the recent update they have changed it so the levels are pretty much impossible to finish without using gems etc. I watch a ton of ads so they already are making money from my playing, but it’s not fun any more , so will move on to another game.
fun but expensive
i will be honest its a super fun addictive game but im not a fan of free games where you HAVE to spend money to advance. Ive probably spent over $20 purchasing powerups in the month ive been playing and currently have been stuck on 1 level for over a week, if i dont purchase a power up ill probably never surpass this level. wouldnt recommend if you are looking for a free game
Greedy developers
I loved this game until the most recent update this week with doubled cost for upgrades with coins, 2000 to 4600 in game coins for one upgrade? What? And 100 gems for 30 more seconds in a level instead of 50? It was hard enough the way you had it before and now it’s clear you want your players and fans to only play if they use their actual credit card to play. Huge disappointment. I played and loved this game because it didn’t seem like that. Guess it was only a matter of time.
Slow progress
Money is needed too often to progress in this game. Winnings do not balance out with the amount of money that is needed for upgrades. All doctors need to be upgraded to next level at once but don’t win enough per match for at least 1 doctor. Gems do not seem to be worth much compared to coins.
Fun but eventually you will need to p2p
I loathe that this becomes a play to pay game in the third hospital on level 59 you will have to pay to keep playing makes me regret giving my time away to be baited and switched on
Beware these developers & this game
This game is basically a paywall disguised as a fun point and tap game. It constantly tempts you with upgrades, but the moment you buy them the prices go up and the difficulty spikes so you burn through everything you just paid for. Levels feel nearly impossible without spending money unless you’re willing to wait days just to collect the free rewards. Instead of rewarding skill or strategy, the game clearly pushes you to keep spending. It stops being fun very quickly and starts feeling manipulative. You are punished if you justify spending a few dollars on a game you enjoy. I learned this the hard way. Don’t waste your $$, you’ll regret it. Keep playing on free mode and you’ll have a better chance at advancing. Finally, the developers do not respond to emails, so don’t even bother.

*UPDATE 2* now they have lowered again the amount of coins you can make on Extra Jobs. I used to love this game and would make purchases weekly. Now I am deleting the game because it is obvious they are trying to make it a game you have to purchase. It’s not enough to view ads which they make money on. They want daily purchases to be able yo pass just one level. Beware that you will be fine in beginning but their greed has ruined the game for me. *UPDATE * This game also limits how many extra levels you can play a day in an effort to keep getting money for levels that increase exponentially so that you are forced to purchase more and more just to continue playing. * Ready to stop playing. Upgrades are never enough to pass levels. Having to upgrade 4 or 5 sometimes 7 or 8 just to pass one level. Getting to where only way to play is to spend way too much money. It shouldn’t take this much times to upgrade to be able to pass one level. Sorry you are losing me very quickly.
Not Enough Levels
I made it all the completed all levels up to moving on to Seoul. However since early yesterday morning it’s been saying under construction. I have lost out on almost an hr of infinity lives and lost countless time towards time sensitive campaigns. Not to mention time lost with the doctor in the Expert Pass I paid for. I sent an email yesterday and still no response.
2/23 update: completed Seoul a few days ago no new hospital ready. Sent email to customer support no response. I’m out so much money for buying extras and missed out on so many events b/c I can advance. Don’t waist your time.

You can not go past level 29
Heads up, you need to pay to get past level 29. Game will just end and close you out. Game was fun even with the annoying ads up to level 29.

Gutted endless levels
The new update made getting coins from extra jobs/bonus levels a much slower process. It’s mostly only offering low levels now which give less than 100 coins per extra job. It now takes 10 extra jobs to barely make 1000 coins when before 3 plays could get you >900. You guys are getting too greedy. Maybe you could give us a setting to only play high extra job levels. Give access to extra job levels >50 instead of making us play level 7 and only winning 80 coins. Do better. edit: you guys put a limit on pink levels. That’s ridiculous and so unfair to your loyal players. It’s greed
Glitchy
This game is sort of fun but has the weirdest, most annoying glitches. Having a “clean” symbol over an occupied bed is one thing, but the whole game crashing mid-round just sucks, especially when the game counts it against you as a loss.
Change the new update
I’m disappointed- If this is the new update, it needs to change. There is only a certain amount of pink levels you can play a day, which is my sole way of getting extra coins to upgrade the hospital I’m at and now the amount you get from each extra level is only about 100 coins which makes its impossible to upgrade anything. If this stays this way, I think it’s unfortunately time to leave the game, which is sad since it’s such a fun relaxing game to play.

Ridiculous
The game was fun but getting ridiculous. It is very obvious they just want you to spend money on coins and gems to pass a level. The upgrades are not enough. I play a lot of games and this is by far the worst as it is not functional without spending money. There’s also too much going on on the home page where you don’t know where anything is

This is ridiculous,It’s Feb and wasted so much time to gain crumbs from endless play.Its more like pay to play or repeat a level 25 times to upgrade EVERYTHING just to complete any hospital after the 1st few
Disappointed
I really love this game but when I got to Cairo there was a display of a topless dressed woman I found it very disappointing especially for a kids game as well it is highly inappropriate and unnecessary I will not be playing this game anymore unless that is changed.
Unplayable
I would really like to give this game more stars. It is super cute and the time management concept is great, but the game is simply unplayable. You get a few hundred coins from each level, but every item you need to upgrade is 2,000 coins and in order for the next level to be playable it requires multiple upgrades in multiple areas. The doctors won’t even come out and tend to patients half the time so people are taking up space blocking someone else. You only give 5 lives which go out immediately. You have to watch an ad for 30 extra seconds, but it only lasts 10. And watching 2 ads only gives you one extra life. The ads are so long. It takes 2 minutes to get through them and requires you to push multiple x buttons to get out of layers and layers of the ad. All of that to just lose again and watch more ads. I’m not even playing the game anymore because it’s all just losing and ads. You can’t frustrate people into giving you money. They will just leave a bad review and delete instead. There is no point to giving money when it only shows it eats everything up with no meaningful progress. Why are the endless ads not enough for you? It’s just making the app marketplace depressing. There are no real games anymore. This game is a wasted disappointment.

All of the graphics in this game look AI generated. It’s horrible on the eyes. Insane amount of ads and game becomes unplayable if money isn’t spent. A game only made for profit and not for enjoyable gameplay

I like the game but it’s so expensive to purchase upgrades. It takes forever to pass a level which makes me not want to play. It would be nice if I could recoup some of the money earned for levels that aren’t passed.

I’ve played this for a bit, it’s super fun and addicting, but even if I’m upgrading everything then it still makes me lose for whatever reason. All customers are happy, but I lost because not enough coins earned, so I watch endless ads to earn coins to upgrade coin machines earnings and even with that and customers happy, I still lose. This game wants you to spend real money, so I’ll just delete it instead.

I was enjoying this game a lot but with the latest update they have doubled the cost for everything including game coins and gems. This is predatory pricing and I will simply look for a new game.

Horrible Updates
I’ve been playing this game for awhile and I really enjoyed it. I’ve even made in game purchases. However, the updaters have ruin the game completely. There is always a glitch. The free coins don’t pop up anymore. It cost 4000 coins for basic 1st level updates. The updates will say one price and once you click to upgrade it cost more coins that advertised. I think they did this out of greed. After this week I will delete from my phone because I no longer enjoy this game. It’s so different than when I first start. Completely fell down hill. I don’t know who the developers are but you ruined the game experience!

This game daily freezes and you lose any points you should have been awarded. Frustrating. You get 10 extra seconds but have to watch a minute long or more video just to get those 10 seconds. If you upgrade something, there is little if any difference.
It’s all about money now
I really enjoyed playing this game so much. It helped pass the time and I could play as much as I wanted to. I really liked the option of purchasing coins if I wanted to which made me not feel pressured to purchase. Now you’ve capped the number of times you can play the extra job and the number of coins have been SEVERELY cut to nearly nothing. Making upgrade impossible without purchase. Not fun anymore knowing my playing alone is making no progress. It doesn’t help that it literally takes all your attempts to acquire enough to make ONE upgrade.

Unfortunately, the game had a lot of potential but you can tell they only care about money. I’m the type of person who will delete the game if it loses it’s fun because I don’t want space taken up on my phone if it’s basically impossible to play the game.
What happens is you have 5 lives in the beginning. The levels get harder with each level and you have to upgrade the staff and equipment in order to successfully pass each level.
I’m currently on level 48 of Sao Paolo. I have upgraded 11 different things between staff and equipment (I counted) and it is still impossible to pass. They try to force you to use real money if you want to continue to play. Even after you refuse to, they pop up 40 different offers of $1.99 here for 30 lives, $10.99 for 300 diamonds and so on and so forth. There’s also a ridiculous amount of ads or your only way to pass the level is to watch ads.
Basically, all I’m saying is unless you plan on spending a fortune on a half finished game and basically being scammed out of your money, maybe you should choose a different game.
