Don't get me wrong, i love this game and i'm thoroughly addicted to it. I've spent real money in the game plenty of times but now when i click to pay for anything, it tries to take $44.00 from me! This is outrageous, if i hadve had that amount in my account it would have stolen $44.00 from me when i was under the impression that i was paying $2.99. That is outrageous!
Takes too long to unlock another city
I don’t understand why it takes so long to unlock another city, I’ve been waiting for Singapore to unlock after beating Bangkok like 3 weeks ago. It’s really frustrating

Too difficult to play without items
I really enjoy playing this game. Enough to tolerate watching an ad after every single play. However, recently it has gotten too difficult where I simply cannot play anymore. It’s a downward cycle where I can’t pass the level so I am not able to collect any coins, which stops me from upgrading my hospital. How am I supposed to upgrade items and win when I have no coins? I hope I can revisit lower levels and make some coins. Please fix this as I really love this game.
Has potential!
This game can be fun BUT with having to watch an ad after you beat every level is crazy, also game crashes daily
Glitches and unplayable
The game was really fun until it glitched out and won’t let me create one item. Which causes you to never be able to play that level/advance. Asked for support from the creators and got no response. Uninstalled it because I can’t play anymore. Do yourself a favor and don’t get into it because it might not allow you to play a certain level once you get there.
Level not working
I have been playing for some weeks now, got so hooked I’m buying packs and everything, BUT I reached a level with new equipment and after the forced tutorial the game is not doing anything! Just wasting my endless lifes timer. It won’t recognize taps, can’t pause, can’t skip, just won’t move. I’m afraid to delete and reload as I don’t want to lose everything I have bought. I have tried every other step. Did I just wasted my money?
Tokyo level 51 is stuck

Bug fix pls
I enjoy playing Tokyo hospital a lot but after the recent update, I can’t load the water bottle and the scissors/knife/syringe into the disinfecting machine anymore. I tried to reload the game multiple times but the bug is still there.
Not working
Every time it updates something goes wrong. Can’t win and can’t play rn until they fix the newest and latest bug.
Problem after Update
I am currently on the Santorini level. After the update, the sanitizing machine on this level will not work. It only allows me to either put the scissors/tweezers in or the water bottle in, it will not let me do both, which is needed. I cannot continue to play if I cannot pass on to new levels.

Not fun anymore
Every update, the developers make it harder and harder to earn coins. You only get a 10% conversion rate on the coins you earn playing pink levels, so you’re only making ~100 coins each time, even though most upgrades cost 2000+ coins. It makes it impossible to earn enough for even one upgrade :(
So sick of the 🤬 glitches
Just had another issue where I tried to watch a video for 50% more coins and it froze up. The only thing that would let me tap was going to the store to download the app. So sick of the “glitches” that make me do things like download games. It’s bad enough that you make us watch tons of videos to progress at a normal pace, but now this?!?!

The time limit, followed by ads, is killing the fun in this game. That winged thing that floats around is beyond annoying and that’s only the beginning of my frustration.

It’s obvious that this game is used to get rich. People are so greedy sometimes! It’s a fun game but very very addictive and they will take advantage of that! The longer you play it the more money you will need! Pretty soon you won’t have any money to live on and will be out on the streets! There should be a law against it! I’ve been reading the reviews and every one is saying the same as I just said. They keep promising to fix the game but never really do.

So greedy!
2-3 min ads?!? Are you serious right now? It’s not like it’s just a long ad every so often, it’s one after another, after another, on, and on. This is not okay, and you need to begin putting yourself in the players’ shoes.
Ad rewards disappearing
This game is fun and the power ups are not super expensive. The problem is is that when you do want to watch ads in exchange for a reward, the section to watch those ads keep disappearing. If you contact the developers, they tell you to make sure that your IP address isn’t blocked or change your IP address and make sure your game is up-to-date blah blah blah. So I made it a habit to delete the game and go back to my progress that was previously saved to get back those rewards. Once again, I had to do that. Now the game is starting me from level one saying I have no progress saved under my Apple ID. I spent lots of money in this game. And really liked it but now you guys are going to lose out on a paying customer because you can’t fix your glitches.

I do like the game but it is not possible to pass the levels without in app purchases. It’s designed that way. Also, newest update made certain elements in each “hospital “ not function correctly. I believe Bangkok level the sanitizer will not allow you to add the 2 required items to make the one combined item needed. You end up using all of your own elements to get through the level.
Sterilizer Bug
There’s a bug where the sterilizer doesn’t work. I’m playing the Thailand levels but looks like the issue is for more than one country. There’s also an ongoing issue where some ads don’t have a close button. But if you tap on the right corner where there would usually be the close button it will still close.
Fix the new update
With the new update i cant use the water with the tools for example i cant make the scissors plus. Whats going on?

After the latest update, Level 31 is completely unplayable on iPhone.
The game is still running normally: the timer counts down and customers continue to arrive, but the screen does not respond to any touch input. I cannot tap patients, use items, or even press the pause button.
Other levels work fine. The issue only happens in Level 31.

Getting stuck
The game is getting stuck is the level 51, I’m so upset
Fun but…
There are a few things that need improvement with this game. First off I’m only on stage 30 and it’s already making you purchase things. Also, when you don’t pass the stage and you ask for more time, it only gives you 30 seconds which is barely enough time to do anything. Stages shouldn’t be this challenging until we’re able to learn the ins and outs of the game. It’s very discouraging and makes you not want to continue on if these changes are not made you lose a lot of people early on. I will change my rating once I see some upgrades.
Catch 22
I Like playing the game until I got tired of my tray getting full of unneeded product because the count down clock is in the way it’s to close to the chairs that keep patients calm I be clicking on the lil people waiting to lay them down but it kept adding cups of water to the medicine tray then I have to run slow downstairs and throw it all away getting behind in orders, I can’t pass the level also I am at max speed and she slow as a turtle. I will keep the app for awhile but won’t play it until I feel like I am getting a far shot at enjoy the game without the red tape, That count down clock needs to be away from all furniture, water machine and away from the chart machine.
Fun while it lasted
I play this game fairly regular. Now I cannot progress past a level because the “sterilization” item won’t work. You’re supposed to take an item, along with sterile water, to work station. The station will longer accept the item. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app numerous times. It worked previously but now the glitch won’t go away.

Enjoyed very much until I encountered a glitch
This game is really fun! However now I am stuck on the Santorini scissors sterilization glitch. No matter how I try it doesn’t work and I can’t play anymore.

I would like to report an issue with the scissor sterilization feature in the app.
To sterilize the scissors, both scissors and water are required before the sterilization process can begin in the machine. However, even when all the required items are available, the machine does not start the sterilization process.
I have tried multiple times, but the feature does not appear to be working as intended. Could you please investigate this issue and advise whether there is a workaround or if a fix is being developed?

Glitch
After this new update, the disinfectant machine is not working on my phone. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what but I can’t clear any board because I can’t fill that order. It’s left me no reason to keep the game because I’ll never be able to win. That’s really unfortunate because I love the game.

I don’t know what updates were made today but i can’t seem to use the needle sterilizer in Tokyo anymore and i’ve wasted all my lives trying to play the game with a bug… please fix
Game IS Cheating!
Fun game, enjoyed playing it..spent a good amount of money in the game, HOWEVER, Im very frustrated! It’s a scam..Im so ready to stop playing and uninstall this thing and download another. Im on level 51 in the Tokyo hospital and the nurse is NOT picking up the items and delivering them to the patients etc. I kept spending 50 diamonds to continue adding the 30 seconds in order to beat level 51. I rebooted my iPad and did the regular things you do and it’s STILL happening! I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what! PLEASE fix this issue..Im getting really angry about this because I’m using the diamonds that I spent good money on and it’s VERY frustrating!

I watch the ads for rewards, but sometimes the ads don’t have an exit button and when you close and restart the app the rewards are not given even though all the ads were watched.

The game is fun and free but you have to watch an ad after each game. Some ads have no exit so you have to leave the app to play again.

I wanted to love this app so badly. The game itself is great but once you get past level 14, there is an ad after every single round. As soon as you finish a level an ad play immediately. Every time. Unfortunately it’s too much and too annoying. I deleted the app.

Not a great game if you don’t plan to spend money
The game itself is good, gets challenging pretty quickly, but at some point it becomes impossible to clear because the upgrades and coins you need to get are impossible to get without paying real money. You need coins to pass the level but there’s not many ways to get said coins because you can’t even go back to previous levels to grind them.

This could be a fun hospital-themed riff of Diner Dash but it gets wild after the first umpteen levels. All of a sudden, I’m getting an ad after playing just 2 levels and then there is also annoying pop-up offering a money “deal” and then making the players tap “give up” repeatedly when we don’t want it. This makes me never want to spend any money on the game immediately.
Also, just like many other games these days, it’s plagued by what looks like 10 other mini-games and “events” going on. Of course, they all have a prominent icon too on main screen.
The upgrades seem to be very expensive compared to earnings in the first levels, even with optional 50% extra coins if you watch an ad. It was fun for about 30 minutes but then it just becomes tedious assault on the senses. Ugh.
