If you want to get anywhere in this game past a certain level, you will have to spend money. Past a certain point, the levels are designed that no matter what section you start with, you can’t win without the add ons. Additionally, I hit level 115 and one of the pot sections locked and would not unlock even after completing everything. I had to search online and through multiple places to try and find app support and then when I tried to send a message, I got an error. Wish I hadn’t of spent the money I did but lesson learned. Will probably delete.
Feels like a scam
Spent money on this game to only have level not complete. I literally just spent $6 to assist with moving to a new level, and once level was 100% complete it just sat stuck with peppers spinning around with no where to go. Doesn’t help that there is no where to send a complaint or dispute the charges, and if you do no one ever responds (I’ve tried sending an email when this happened once before). Deleting this garbage game.

Almost
Would be a great game if you could get through a level without watching three ads. Not just normal ads. 180 seconds and then having to put on reader glasses then licking your finger to be able to getl your aim on the tiniest X to get out of the ad. It is impossible I cannot believe anyone would do this to someone that wanted them to play their game.

I have about three screenshots now of times I used upgrades and the game glitched so even though I paid real money and used the upgrade I was unable to finish the game and had to forfeit cause it was still locked without a key. Don’t get this game. There is no support
Game designed to get money from you
Game was obviously designed to try to get you to spend money because there isn’t enough available ingredients in the columns it provides for you making it impossible for you to progress through the game with paying for power ups
Too many ads!!
At first I really enjoyed this game, but then randomly I started getting ads like every 30 seconds I tried to ignore it, but honestly you can’t even enjoy the game because of the ads. I had to uninstall the game!
Loud ads you can’t mute
Was a fun game until the AI generated ads at the bottom of the screen started. They are extremely loud and unable to mute.
Nonstop ads and intentionally non passable levels
This will have leveled that are intentionally non-passable so that you watch ads or pay to pass. The ads are also those very long ones that are between 60-90 seconds and require you to click to exit 3-4 times. It’s ridiculous and annoying. Even if you pay to remove ads, the levels are made in such a way (especially true after level 100), that you still can’t pass them in one go.
No stars would not recommend
Forces you to use power ups to complete levels leading to in app purchases just to progress if I could give it 0 stars I would
Rigged to lose
This game literally starts you off in a level with no choice but to lose every time. It’s literally impossible to move forward unless you spend money. This shouldn’t be allowed to happen with game apps that claim to be free. I wouldn’t recommend this game at all.
Absolute horrible game
If I could give this game 0 stars, the game is inconsistent, crashes frequently, gives advertisements you cannot exit out of, and the gameplay is atrocious, it constantly changes what item it asks for, sometimes asking for the same item 7 times in a row, as if it was designed for you to not be able to play, and with the game choosing different items it asks for you cannot plan out how you’re gonna play next time you play the level, this is the worst game I’ve played

Played the third level 3 times and got locked out every time, having to watch an ad to continue.

** update to 1* not only can you not pass level 120, but keys disappear and you add double locks!**When you buy aides the count never appears so you don’t know what you have. Do not always get coins when purchasing during the active game. Keys don’t register to unlock locks. Have to use too many aides to get through levels. Should be a balance. Love this idea but can’t play with so many bugs.
Ridiculous Pay to Win Mechanics
The game is fun, but as you progress there is no way to beat hard levels without paying for boosters or continues. Don’t waste your time.

Scammy and Low
Can’t stand it when an app pretends to be a game and then makes its levels impossible to force you to buy power ups. I do spend money on mobile games. But there are so many games out there that I can afford to be picky. There’s always seven clones of any game concept. The most honest game is the only one I will keep for longer than a few minutes. And this game is far from honest.
Fun, but ads make it impossible to play
I’m at around level 100, and I really enjoy this game. When I first started playing, the ads were pretty minimal and did not really affect gameplay at all. A while ago, the banner ads on the bottom of the screen during a level started to play sound which was so disruptive and there was no way to turn it off. Now, the banner ads turn into full screen ads about every 15 seconds. It happens while my finger isn’t even on the screen, so it’s not a misclick. The game gets fully interrupted by a video ad taking up the entire screen and I have to keep exiting out of the ad to get back to the game but it happens so frequently that I genuinely can’t play the game any more.

it’s just a basic freemium game, it purposely traps you into trying to spend money or watch ads. it’s fun but there are better one so don’t waste your time. it starts asking for money or ads after the 5th level no matter what you do.

App Breaks A lot and The Purchases suck
The game is fun, but weird things happen, especially when you have “locked” pots. I spent $12 on a coin pack - my fault, I know - to get past a hard level. A part of of the pot was locked and the “key” disappeared after resurrecting the level by spending 900 coins. When I got through all of the food on the conveyer belts, the locked part was still unable to clear the board and the game was effectively stuck on a loop. A waste of money and coins.
Also, the coin packs make no sense. I had 400 coins and purchased a 2000 coin pack and it left my total coin count at 2000 instead of 2400.
The game is fun, but the functionality does not work and you will end up screwed over.

Multiple glitches / pay to win
This game has multiple glitches. Even if you buy coins to win and upgrade , it freezes and you’re forced to quit losing the coins you paid for. Some levels you absolutely can not win unless you pay.
The ads don’t work.
This game sucks. While it is a bit addicting, the ability to watch an ad hardly ever works (and only for when you lose, the ads never work for the other helper things) the super hard levels are almost ridiculously impossible. I think I’ll try another company’s version of it.
Full of glitches
This game is full of glitches and even when you do use the extras it will glitch with the extras. I played a level and it already had moves added before I played making it impossible for me to make any extra moves. Don’t waste your time. It’ll glitch and waste your time with ads or it will waste your power ups by glitching as well.

I play HotPot Loop, and paid to remove ads and for in game items. I played level 25, used in game items I paid for to beat it, and it never passes to the next level even though I show that the hotpot items are fully satisfied. I have used several items I paid for to pass this, but force closed thinking my device froze.i tried to get customer support and that gives me an error. The game is fun but lack of support is terrible.
Game makers too greedy
Excessive Ads, force you to watch ads every single game, even the “easy” levels in order to beat them. Games intentionally stacked this way. It’s just too much. Yall did too much.
Ads get stuck
Stupid nonsense. Watch 10 ads to finish a level, but on the 9th in a single level the ad gets stuck and no progressing possible. Have to close out the game, losing the level progress, and start over. And it makes my new iPhone hot. Deleted on level 143ish never again

If you use power ups on levels that require a key, the key disappears and you can’t finish the level. I am stuck on a level for the fifth time because I paid for a power up on a hard level and I can’t finish it because there’s no way to unlock the section I need. The keys disappear. I have a screenshot and I thought I could put it with this review but apparently I can’t. It’s extremely frustrating because the levels are already really difficult.
Ads break the game
Some of the ads, which you can’t turn off, will break the game by freezing not only the game but also my phone. I had to delete the game.
Fun but has a bunch of bugs
This game is very fun and addictive but there are a bunch of bugs with it. The game crashes in the middle of nowhere freezes your entire phone I usually have to force reset my phone or click random buttons for a couple of minutes to turn it back on, and it causes me to have to completely restart the level (especially hard levels). Some levels there is no possible way to finish unless you watch an ad, pay, use your coins, or use a power up…some levels you may have to watch more then 5 ads just to finish it. Also when you get something for chest it gives you lives you can’t activate like they don’t work?? Also there are levels where it asked me to do a food or delivery but I didn’t even have the food left for it? Also you CANNOT play this game with any other tabs/apps open it WILL crash and your phone will freeze causing you to restart…i can’t stand the app tbh

The game also made my phone very hot while I have much more complex apps that work just fine, making me wonder what processes are running in the background. The game concept is fun but the app simply doesn't achieve it. Skip!
Frustrated
On June 5, after weeks, I reached the end of my patience in passing a level that required a purchase to continue. I bought a $4.99 package. Immediately after purchase, the game froze, which it periodically (almost daily) does, causing the screen to freeze to the point that I have to push side buttons on my phone to escape this. So I lost money, the screen freezes, and there are levels which require using extras to pass.
Poorly maintained
I like the game, but it constantly glitches and freezes, causing you to lose lives and miss out on rewards. There are also a ton of ads and many that open your browsers to scam websites that say your device may be compromised. With the issues, it’s just not worth it.

I’m currently on level 113 right now I have to start over bc all the sections are locked and they haven’t provided a key that’s connected to the ingredients to continue. It inconvenient bc some of these levels take like 10 mins its seems and to have to start over I just want to delete the app. There was a level as well that I just could not pass and one day I came into the game and I was passed it. For now 2 stars.
