If you have a gambling addiction, they will enable it with no warnings about addiction problems or how to get help. This is a junk company praying on the weak, vulnerable and poor. Shame on you.

I’ve seen people win big after spending a few hundred lol but is it really winning? I’ve learned my lesson. Buy a ps5 instead.

Just this morning I was trying to trade for duplicates and I had a new one star pop up. I already have all of my one star charms in all sets. It’s never happened before. Your updates are a slap in the face. 1 billion for updating is ridiculous. It should be 20 trillion for updating. I’ve been a long time spinner and keep track in my notes about game payouts. I’ve seen the three of a kind in a game has changed in almost every slot from 30% of your bet down to anywhere from 5% to 10%. It’s totally ridiculous. Jackpots are getting more rare than charms. And free spins aren’t paying much. You were almost guaranteed ten times your bet on free spins but now you’re more than likely not to get your bet. You’re beginning to ruin this app.
Gaslighting customer service
Slot selection is great, games are great. However, the charms you collect in the game by trading tokens that you win, I finally received enough tokens for the trade (750) I was needing but you only get so may trades a day and had to wait 10 minutes to get a new trade. When the game reset all of a sudden the price for the trade over doubled to 1575! Customer service just keeps making up different excuses saying it’s correct, but I sat there and watched it change. They refused to admit that it did.

It’s fun I like the social benefits but I really hate that the coins just get ate up so fast and the conquest needs to be fair for users. I have billions of chips and others have quintillion which makes it harder for me to win those. It’s not right. Like be better it’s just a game just let people feel really lucky a lot more. I feel so unlucky in this game. And the card completion is really hard as well. You’re just money hungry. You’ll probably end up getting sued like big fish did.

Impossible to get anywhere without paying! Constantly trying to suck more money out of me. 13 grand is enough for 3 months of disappointment. Keeps on pulling me in by depriving of any more fun. Too many bots
They just want your money
While playing in a conquest I played with one other team mate we were the only ones playing the game and checked multiple times. We played until the clock ran out. When I went to collect my winnings, they rewarded it to the team that was in 1st place. We watched the entire game and no one else was playing. But Huuuge obviously only rewards bigger players. This game is rigged and they do it right in front of you.

When you purchase chips your win percentage decreases drastically. The average spin win every 10 spins is only 10% of your bet. And if you purchase the huge pass your minimum bet goes up ten fold. This game is a rip off. Do not give this company any of your money. The games are rigged so bad. You have extremely better odds at hitting in a real casino with real money.

When I first started this game it was a lot of fun. However, the more you play the worse it gets. 200 spins and not a single big win. Not even a decent hit to keep me playing. Honestly it feels like after your invested they just want to try to get you to spend money buying the chip packs.

Highly exploitative app. The more you spend the worse your win loss ratio so in essence, a rip off app, that turns REAL money into EXCESSIVELY unbalanced win to loss ratios. I gave a second star because the graphics are really nice.

I have been playing this for years, and really enjoyed it, until recently, when a club member tried to buy her last charm to finish her set and get the grand reward. Many club members, my self included, were offered a chance to BUY, to get a needed charm. My club member, who has spent thousands on this game, was not given the same offer. She contacted her VIP host and was informed the finance department decided not to make that same offer to her, and others, that would have completed their final sets, apparently hoping to get them to spend even MORE money, trying to get the last one. These games are still fun, when they let you win (they “say” everyone has the same chance), but this is clearly not true, and they literally admitted it. So, play if you want, but don’t spend your hard earned cash here.
