Decepcionante
Muy decepcionante. Quitaron la función más importante que tenía la app cuando era gratuita y ahora la dejaron únicamente para usuarios de pago. Sin esa herramienta, Hypic prácticamente no ofrece nada que la diferencie de otras aplicaciones de edición. Entiendo que necesiten monetizar, pero convertir la función principal en algo exclusivo de pago hace que la app pierda casi toda su utilidad. No vale la pena descargarla si no tienes cómo pagarla.

Subscribing to receive Errors
This app used to be really good, and I always recommend for the templates, ai features, hair features now, now you get hit with endless errors, retry screens, at first I thought maybe because heavy traffic or even the server being down, however no matter what time, and how long you wait, it just doesn’t work, unfortunately I don’t recommend this app until the app fixed. Unfortunately it’s gone down hill.

Y’all ruined it
I used this app all the time to edit my pics BEFORE they started charging for almost every feature. It’s not fair for new people wanting to experience the app when they’re required to pay. There’s no point. Sad I’m probs gonna have to delete this app if Hypic still wants to be money greedy and charge for basically every feature on their app. It’s annoying for existing users that have used this app all the time like me and now those people are gonna give this app bad ratings because of the change.

USED TO BE such an amazing app. It had so many free editing tools, but after an update you have to pay for 99% of the tools now. Wouldn't recommend this app unless you wanna pay. Lame app that changed for no reason.

I bought the pro plan. disappeared immediately. bought it again, got no benefits and i wasted $22 for nothing in return.

I understand developers need to make money, but forcing a Pro subscription for every single thing ruins the user experience. It went from being my favorite app to being completely unusable
Glitch in payment
The editing app is good but I can’t use the pro feature even after I bought them. I tried everything but this stupid app just took my money and won’t let me use pro. I try rebuying it 3 times meaning I spent 33 dollars but still I can’t use the premium. It’s such a shame too because I really like this editing app

FIX THE AI EDITOR PART!!!!
I pay $10 just to get the VIP experience of Hypic, but every time I use the AI editor part it would say “ couldn’t generate image” “ something went wrong. try again” then it has an option to click “retry” or “cancel”. When I try to click one of those options, it won’t let me so I have to close out the whole app then reload my picture and try to describe what I want again and it’s exhausting because I should not have any types of problems to be paying $10 a month so somebody needs to fix that and I will change my review. Other than that it is a decent editor app.

At first, this app was really good, but gradually almost everything has been made VIP. If everything becomes VIP-only, then what are regular users supposed to use? If that was the plan, why wasn’t it VIP from the beginning? If this continues, the app will lose users like us. From today, I will no longer use Hypic.
Paid for app to get product features monthly and then it prompted me to pay again but yearly!
I want a refund. No way to request one and it did not give me the features that I purchased??? What a waste of my time.

Most of the features that I have constantly used before are now part of the “Hypic Pro” which means that they are now charging for features that didn’t have any charges before … such a shame since the app is one of my favorites but is now being pushed out as a subscription service.

money greedy app (just like CapCut)
I’ve been using this app since 2024 and back then almost everything was free(except for some things), now every time i browse every section on the filters IT LITERALLY COSTS MONEY TO USE HALF OF THEM. Same goes to the effects, plus even the selective I can’t use since there’s this auto AI option and even if I use manual and cancel the AI, it still costs money to save it.
If you wanna make more sales, ADVERTISE YOUR APP AND/OR ADD MORE FEATURES THAT MAKE PEOPLE INSTALL YOUR APP, NOT MAKE ALMOST HALF OF EVERYTHING PRO WHICH LEAVES USERS TO USING LIMITED EDITING OPTIONS !!!

I used to use this app for everything but I downloaded it again on my new phone and they removed slimming and other features. Now its just lame and you’re just paying for the AI.

Im a nail artist and have been using this app for months. I was using one specific filter for about 6 months on ALL of my photos. Now i have to pay monthly for it? So i found a similar one (not as well as i like) been using that for a month and a half and now theyre trying to charge me for that too. Im like 90% positive the app tracks what filters you use so they can eventually charge you. so not worth it
What happened?
I’ve been using this app for a few months now and recently renewed my subscription. I cannot use the AI editor. I’ve tried using it on WiFi, switched to cellular data, restarted my phone, and reinstalled it. Every time I try to use it, a message pops up saying something went wrong. Try again later.
Stop removing features!!!
When I first got this app over a year or two ago it was amazing; there were plenty of accessible features and little to no bugs. Now, however, it is completely unusable!! All of the features that allow you to edit by hand are now pro-only (at this point just use lightroom instead!!) and there have been numerous bug encounters where the non-pro features are unusable because the app thinks they are pro or it forces me to use the pro version and after undoing still disallows me from saving the edits!! Absolutely ridiculous
This app sucks
I think it’s absolutely horrible that you have to pay for almost every feature on here. You could literally use apple’s Freeform and that would probably be better. The developers of this app probably won’t even see this because most companies with a decent amount of employees don’t respond to the bad reviews and they just try and get money out of it. They just keep on getting greedier and greedier. Don’t pay for this app. The one good feature is the AI expand, but I’m pretty sure they’re gonna make that cost money too.

bought the pro features and it even has a checkmark in the app inside of pro features suggesting that I can now use them but it will not let me save anything using pro features after I had already paid for it. Absolute Scam

This app downgraded so much even after I’ve paid for the subscription. It sucks now it used to be so good. They removed the make up option, the body editing option, the template filters, like they removed all the good things even toning your skin. What did I pay for?

I used to love this app. Now theyre forcing that stupid AI face edit and removed all the manual face editor features. WHYYYY?! No one asked you to change that! GO BACK TO HOW IT WAS BEFORE! If we’re paying $11 a month it makes no sense to NOT have the main features for face editing!!
Total Ripoff
I signed up for the 7-day free trial along with the discounted first month, and like I always do, I cancelled immediately to avoid being charged if I decided the app wasn’t worth keeping. I used to sign up for apps and then forget to cancel them and get charged for apps that I should’ve cancelled. The moment I cancelled my free trial was cut off. Now I can’t access the free trial or the discounted first month rate. Not cool at all!
Every other app I’ve used allows you to continue the free trial even after cancelling - this one doesn’t. That’s extremely frustrating because the app actually seemed promising, and I was considering paying for it. But this experience completely changed my mind. It feels misleading and not customer- friendly.

i’ve been using this app for over 2 years and i think it’s ridiculous that i have to pay damn near 8 dollars and the only 2 filters i use on here is bugged and glitched out. i contacted support and no one’s fixing the problem!!!! fix the ai enhance and the lowkey filters PLEASE!
