Very Poor Customer Service
This has been the worst finance app experience I’ve ever had. My account has been stuck in an “internal approval process” for over 5 months, and I have sent multiple emails with no response at all. There is zero communication, no timeline, and no proper customer support.
An investment app should not keep users in the dark or block access to their own money for months. The app is poorly managed, unreliable, and extremely frustrating to use. This is easily one of the lowest-quality apps I have ever downloaded.
I do not recommend this app to anyone until they improve their customer service and transparency.

How on earth executing takes forever.
How on earth it takes a whole 30 days to execute an order., which system are you using to operate?, learn from others. US stock exchange once you place the order within 24hours work is done. unless the market is closed. But here you guys will hold the money for a whole month and later say failed,how?
And when you want to repurchase then the price has gone high. Please do something about it because it's not nice... If you know you cannot execute it within 3days that 30days then you information the person fast..30 days is too long .. It's very annoying.. How can my order be pending since September till now December.. If you do well we will come back... I hope you guys are not doing favouritetism behind the machine.. I know Ghanaians... Let there be transparency, First come first serve.

Terrible customer service.
I am very disappointed in this institution. They have a very poor,trashy customer service. Day 19, trying to get a simple e-mail replied. I realized my account has suddenly gone negative. I am in the diaspora so I wanted to invest something home. I am very frustrated now. They won't reply any of my emails. I have decided to warn others. If you are in the diaspora like myself, don't join for now. I ha e unfortunately advertised them on my page to Ghanaians here in the US. Don't commit the same mistake. (I will update my review, if my issues are resolved). Let's wait and see.

Problems with log in and password reset
I’ve tried to reset password, it says my phone number and email are invalid. Was logging with the password I can remember too it says the number/email are not in the records. Now I want to create a new account with the same email and phone number and it’s telling the phone number has been taken. What kind of error is this?

They are very slow in working on your account
They have the worse customer service in Ghana.It takes more than one month for them to work or setup your account.i wonder the department that works on the accounts are working.if you are looking for fast means to invest your money then please look else where because if you put your money in there you can’t have access to it until the account is setup,which will take like 6 months. You can’t even trade with shares. Their customer service is very poor

CSD Account set up
How long does it take you to setup a CSD account? The purpose of getting this app was to trade in equities yet it’s taking forever to get the account setup and it’s rendering the app useless. You have a brilliant idea and if you can fix this, you can increase your market share with the investment youth just like the Robinhood app in the US. Get your act together before it’s too late. The old system won’t hold forever.

Why does it keep happening?
I downloaded this app a few weeks ago, I registered logged in my details etc.
But everytime I leave the app and return it asks me for my details again! Every single time! I literally filled it in yesterday again, and I am doing it again right before writing my this review.
