Have to pay a subscription to get more than a heart rate, which is also inaccurate according to my Apple Watch.
ADs prevent real time monitoring
Terrible app if you have POTS, anemia, etc and are in need real-time monitoring. When you open the app, first you have to wait for TWO AD cycles while trying not to pass out. By time the ADs can be closed, your heart rate had already shifted. Absolutely awful to prevent monitoring until after ADs cycle. Carry your oximeter, this is not a suitable replacement.

Impossible to use without a paid plan. Also, I compared it to my gauges and it was way off.

This app is good for checking heart but you can’t check anything else without having to buy something. I just would like to check my blood pressure without having to pay for anything. I don’t recommend getting this app unless you want to pay for this bs or just want to check your heart rate. 👎

I cannot find anywhere within the app where you can actually take the measurement of blood pressure on the phone when I go to Blood Pressure it just says logged blood pressure presumably from an external device
More annoying than helpful
Starts with 7 ads before you can do anything. The controls are unintuitive, it is so inaccurate it is useless, and takes so long to get to a position to check your pulse it is more dangerous to your health than helpful. Plus since getting to the place to take your pulse is so frustrating it raises your pulse… As a former medical professional I’d guess this app kills ten times more people than it saves at the least.

The inaccuracy of this app is laughable and the way they try to force u to buy the full version is an insult they hide the x button on buy screen and if your not paying attention it’s as if thats your only option there are other apps that work way better and actually work with the health app apple provides

Saw an ad in instagram of guy demonstrating saying hey siri tell me my blood sugar and put his finger to phone camera lens and it reads it blood sugar. So I downloaded the app and try it and it only reads your blood pressure

The only thing is app can accurately read is your heartbeat. It’s impossible to measure your blood sugar and it’s impossible to measure your blood pressure with a camera lens.

Saw an ad for this and it made claims that are untrue like that it can measure blood pressure using the phone camera. Spent money on it just to realize it’s a scam. Apple refused to refund my money.

I was excited to get this because it says it checks blood pressure. No free trial. Just paid 9.99 to find out there is no bp option- you have to take us separately and log the info. Total waste of money.

Just downloaded the app to test and see if it works for me. But my god way too many ads. Makes it very annoying and hard to like. I know it’s free to download but make it enjoyable so that we can enjoy it and maybe subscribe. I might just delete it!

As soon as I open the app, it closes. The first screen that comes up is an offer to get the blood pressure app. If I select that, it closes. I cannot get the app to work; every time I open it, it closes.

Overrated Excel spreadsheet
All data with the exception of heartbeat is manually entered by the user. There are no Bluetooth connectivity with any medical device, such as O2 sensors , blood pressure monitors, and glucose testers. There are way too many advertisements for their other apps and navigation away from the ad is nearly impossible unless you agree to a download. These ads pop up even after you have subscribed. There are much better apps on the apple site than this one. I recommend you go elsewhere for your health apps.

Does not measure your blood pressure. You must use a blood pressure cuff and manually record the reading.
Bad customer service
After upgrading from my iPhone 14 Pro Max to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, the iCardiac app stopped working. I’ve reported the issue on 10/26, and still no response from the support service. Very irresponsible customer service. I will not renew my membership.
