They keep charging me even when I cancelled subscription and cancelled account. And because my account is cancelled I can no longer go in and see why they keep charging me. It’s a scam do not fall for it.
Apple users
If your an Apple user and want to get this to stop charging your card go to your Apple wallet and click on the 3 little dots in the top right corner. Click card details. Go down to preauthorization payments and click on that. Click on the app and select revoke payment authorization. I think this has worked for me to get them to stop charging me but we will see.

There is no way to cancel your subscription. They will advise you to cancel your subscription through the Apple Subscriptions or Google but the app does not show up there. There is no way to cancel your subscription through the app, and even if you delete your account, you will continue to be charged $20/week. Watch - They will respond to this review and say go through the
"Feedback" section of the app, but when you click Feedback, there is a blank screen saying "You have no feedback at this time." No other options.
This is fraud and a total scam. My subscription is still in place and I'm being charged weekly while trying to cancel.

Terrible platform don’t use it.
I tend to bounce around platforms as the content gets boring. I tried idrama a while back and saw some new stories so decided to try again. Never AGAIN!
First the dramas have gotten really bad. Like maybe 10-30 episodes and then they abruptly stop. Some the buffering is horrible and you get bounced around. Fine, I figured watch the week and just go. But then I couldn’t cancel. They don’t actually sign you up like an apple subscription, they do apple pay. So you can’t go into apple account and cancel. Not only can you not cancel yourself but you can’t cancel it on the idrama platform either. You have to submit a feedback ticket and then they say 72 hours. I had everything in my ticket needed to cancel my account along with asking for the account to be cancelled. I got a reply a day later asking if I wanted the account cancelled. When I responded yes they closed the ticket and I had to start all over again. In which time they charged me again, and then refuse to refund.
Literally only one other app I’ve found ever to be worse than this one. Don’t waste your $ or your time.

I got this because one of the story was interesting however when I tried to cancel it won’t allow me. I was charged for the year subscription. It says it should be under my app subscription but it’s not. It’s a scam do not buy anything.

Highway Robbery
I had 981 points and was literally about to start another drama when they suddenly disappeared. The points are set to expire tomorrow, June 25th, yet my balance has dropped to 31. I’ve watched a significant number of ads and bought points, so having them removed without explanation - only to push me toward purchasing more is extremely disappointing. Be careful!

I have been trying for multiple days to get a refund back for this game. Customer service takes forever, and their instructions on how to cancel do not work. Report Regarding App Subscription Cancellation Issue
I am reporting this app due to what appears to be a misleading and possibly fraudulent subscription practice.
After downloading the app, I was charged $20 per week for a subscription. The issue is that there does not appear to be any clear or working way to cancel the subscription.
The app instructs users to cancel through Apple Subscriptions or Google Subscriptions, but the subscription does not appear there. There is also no working cancellation option inside the app itself. Even after deleting the account, the weekly charges continue.
The app may respond by telling users to use the “Feedback” section, but that section does not provide any real help. When opened, it only shows a blank screen stating, “You have no feedback at this time,” with no other options available.
The only way I was able to stop the charges was by blocking the company/merchant through my payment method so they could no longer charge me. This should not be the only solution. Users should be able to cancel their subscriptions easily and directly.
This creates a situation where users are being charged weekly without a clear way to cancel. I believe this is deceptive and should be investigated immediately. I was still being charged while actively trying to cancel my subscription.
Please review this app and its subscription practices, as this appears to be a scam and a serious consumer protection issue.

Missing substance
I have enjoyed this app however when I purchased a weekly VIP membership I received my successful notification and the money was taken from my Apple in app purchase account…however the app did not register my purchase and now I have to wait 3 day for someone to respond to me and only end up with 4 days. I better get a response and a credit or full refund for the app not working correctly!
Don’t buy
None of their shorts are actually complete. They all end at 30 or so episodes and the few I watched through end in the middle of a conversation. If you’re not going to finish the movie, don’t post it for people to pay for. AI videos are the only ones I’ve noticed that post incomplete storylines. Complete waste of money and if there were a way to request a refund I would.

App use to work. Now it is overpriced and does not work at all. Just takes your money. Fill out feedback ticket and nothing. Just says wait 3 days or more to hear back. Subscriber beware this is a scam app.
Stories don’t finish
Can you guys tell me why you upload stories that are not finished. I paid because I wanted to watch certain stories. But all 6 of them ends at 30 episodes with more to discover. You should not be uploading unfinished stories. That’s misleading and not good for your business. I will see if I can get my money back through Apple. Very disappointed

Scam to steal your credit card through subscription. You can’t unsubscribe. They will instructions you to go on Apple subscription to cancel but their logo is not even show up for you to select! Scam of an App
This app makes it very difficult to cancel a subscription. No where on the phone does it show up. Not under subscriptions under your google and Apple subscription, and no where in the app itself. I contracted customer support, and after many back and forth convos..they said they finally had the subscription canceled and everything was good to go. I just woke up this morning to another attempted charge by the app’s company. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND DEFINETLY DON’T SUBSCRIBE. Save yourself the headache.
