The Bare Minimum ALWAYS!
Ignite is basically criminal, they give you the bare minimal always and I couldn’t suggest anyone waste their time on these scammers!

Locked up frozen screen
I have no way to get help I’ve been playing the pharaoh game and I love it, and I have SPENT a lot of money to continue to play. My screen is frozen won’t let me ask for support. When you go to open the game it goes directly to getting a pin and will not move nothing is highlighted that’s it I can’t even play or select another slot NOTHING. Won’t even go to Home Screen to buy packages of coins play different games. Once again NOTHING , Please contact me. I can not play at all. I don’t want to leave my emai or cell phone I have invested way too much money to just let this issue drop. My personal money. Just tried to let Ignite Slots know that I’m very disappointed in the changes they’ve made in the last year or so but even the communication has changed. You can’t leave a real message anymore. All AI. I can rarely play for more than a few minutes a day because their slots are so tight now. They advertise as free slots, but it’s quite obvious you would have to make a purchase to play or win anything at a higher level. If you do manage to win any significant winnings it isn’t long before they take it all away. I prefer Vegas slots. I can play all day long if I want. Their games aren’t frustrating like ignite games have become. Looks like there have been a lot of negative reviews here. Too bad ignite isn’t listening. They just keep adding more of the same type of games. I guess someone is falling for their advertising and making purchases. It won’t be me!

I never thought I’d write something like this again but after how I’ve been treated by Ignite Classic Slots, people need to know the truth.
I spent months - if not years - playing this game. I worked my way up to 580 BILLION coins. I’ve spent REAL money on this game over time because I liked playing it and thought I could trust this company. That was my biggest mistake.
One day, someone hacked into my account. I didn’t authorize anything. I wasn’t playing. 580 BILLION coins gone in an instant. I did exactly what anyone would do - I contacted Ignite’s “support team.” That’s when things somehow got worse.
First, they ignored my messages. Then they gave me copy-paste answers like:
“We do not have control over other players’ accounts.”
“Our records show you played the coins.”
That’s a flat-out LIE. I sent them screenshots, proof of my account activity, explained in detail what happened. I begged them to escalate it. I politely explained at first. Nothing. Just repeated, robotic answers. They weren’t listening at all.
When I finally pushed harder, their excuse became:
“It’s too much to compensate.”
TOO MUCH TO COMPENSATE? You’re telling me your system allowed someone to wipe out 580 billion coins, but your system “can’t” give it back? That’s not can’t - that’s WON’T. They refuse to take accountability.
What’s worse is they pretend like I’m the problem. They hide behind fake “investigations” where they already decided the answer before even reading what I wrote. They blocked me on Messenger, unblocked me to give a fake answer, then blocked me again. That’s their level of “support.”
I even explained to them how impossible it is for me to ever recover this loss:
I’d need to find the bunny millions of times in a row.
I’d need to level up tens of thousands of times if not thousands
I’d have to break their piggy bank with REAL MONEY hundreds of times.
The math proves it would take decades or thousands of dollars to fix what they let happen. They don’t care. They just want players to give up and buy more coins. That’s how they profit.
They claim to care about fairness, but this situation shows they only care about TAKING YOUR MONEY. Once you lose your coins - whether it’s their fault or not - they leave you with nothing. ZERO accountability. ZERO responsibility. ZERO empathy.
If I worked for Ignite, I’d be ashamed. I would never treat players like this. Imagine if it happened to them - would they just accept it? I doubt it.
To anyone reading this: STAY AWAY FROM IGNITE CLASSIC SLOTS. They are not trustworthy. Their “support” is a joke. Their actions are shameful. And their only concern is squeezing more money from players, not protecting them.

Used to be fun
A friend told about this game a couple of years ago. I downloaded it and really enjoyed it. Over time, the pop ups you have to click through to get to the game have increased (sometimes up to 11 so far) and the payouts have decreased immensely. I think (might be wrong) there is a new company who owns this now. I realize this is supposed to make money for the company, but who would want to buy more coins when the payouts/challenges/‘get Ace Pin’ games return is so low. This makes me sad because I really did enjoy this game but not anymore.

Love playing this game!! Like other comments not enough jackpots and seems the only way they allow you to win is to purchase coin packages.. a lot of times when you purchase coins the game don’t give the coins you purchased once you email customer support they don’t email you back
Go play a real casino game
Free to play, pay to win… RNG is not consistent, designed take your coins and money if you do buy coins kinda like a few casino. Might as well play an actual casino game where you can at least win money instead since this game can only take money for a gaming experience. At this point it’s better to just play real money on an actual online casino instead. Also if you use the rate is function within the app and you select “no” you’re not having fun, you’re provided a messaging window to provide feedback and if you select “yes” you’re actually taken to rate the game positively. I always check out casino slot apps I've been playing them on and off for years I actually spent years in casinos. At first it was terrific there were some wins loss and then some wins and then the game went south. I tried it repeatedly every day and I couldn't once more than 30 times my bet. it seemed the bonus came less frequently and it only won a few only to lose it in the next couple minutes it seems it is a constant losing almost every spin. I’ve sent dozens of comments over months hoping to see changes w/ the algos. They refuse. While playing you receive multiple pop-ups asking for more $$. When you return to your game their algos bump up what you were bidding - 90k becomes 90million. So if you push spin w/out noticing you lose $100 in coins in 1 pull. They said, “It’s the players responsibility to be aware of those changes.”

I used to enjoy this slot game because it was a great way to pass time while waiting for an oil change, doctor’s appointment, etc. In the last 6 months, the developers started treating “wins” like they had to paid them directly out of their own pocket. Fewer wins but more opportunities to buy your way through a particular game. No thanks. It’s bad enough to sit through the copious amonts of ads.
