I was charged for this app that I didn’t want for a year. Thought I was paying monthly, but it charged me 39.+tax which was $43 and some change. I have been trying to get a refund, but no luck. It’s not fair. I felt like I was scammed and now the app is not even showing up on my phone.

I would rate ZERO if possible. DO NOT BUY…thought I would try this with the free 6 month trial that it said was for first time users, then pay 19.99 a year. It charged me anyway as soon as I accepted the 6 month trial. That was the only way to try it out. DO NOT BUY!

Total waste of money
This seems to be a scam. They advertised it as free for a certain amount of days but was charged up front $39 for a years subscription!! I tried to get a refund and said it wasn’t available for refund. I went back a week later to check on all the info I had previously put in and the heart rate monitor and stress test is no longer available so you’re not even getting what you paid for. It’s a total scam. They’ll tell you they’re fixing it in 2 days. They’ve been saying that for weeks.

Awful waste of money
I got this to check my blood pressure and it worked for a month then all of a sudden it stopped reading my blood pressure.
Rip-off
No notice that it would cost $30 if downloaded. Argh!
Do not buy this app!! How do i cancel?
This app says to go to Account Settings in the App Store - there is no account settings in the App Store to stop the subscription. I want to stop the subscription but there’s no way to do it. The app is no longer working properly. They are robbing me, literally! Do not buy this app!
No Longer Useable
For a week or so, I haven’t been able to access all of the app. The pulse rate portion is now missing. All I can do is add my blood pressure manually. It’s no longer usable or useful for me.

I am wondering when the full use of this app will return? There should be some compensation for the loss of use given that I have already paid for the full year.
Worthless Now
I downloaded this app to be able to check my pulse from time to time. I had an episode earlier this afternoon and I go to check my pulse and that function is no longer available. Now it just looks like a chart to record data for blood pressure and other worthless data manually. What I purchased the yearly subscription for no longer is available. I’m attempting to get a refund.
I fell for it
This app isn’t worth it even if it were free. It checks your pulse rate and then tells you are stressed with a good pulse rate or rhythms. Everything else is manually entered. I see no value in this over just getting an Omron to check yourself.
Bait and Switch
I downloaded this app and paid the $40 annual subscription, only for it to stop its Heart Beat Monitor. Now I have manually add in the info. I can do that on a piece of paper, FOR FREE! Apple needs to boot this app off its platform as soon possible.
Total rip off
After paying $40 for a whole year subscription, the app changes where you have to manually add in data. It doesn’t measure anything. The Heart Rate Monitor goes away, left only with a Blood Pressure where you have to enter your data each time. Piece of $%^.
Waste of money
I purchased this app thinking it would help me check my heart rate by putting the finger on the camera and it took my pulse and my heart rate told me I was having a good day or a bad day with my heart rate. I purchased it on February 27. They did that for two weeks now today went to go take my heart rate and the option is no longer available. It fixed some bugs. The last I heard but all it does is you have to manually enter your blood pressure and your weight and your BMI and I can do that on the piece of paper I don’t need this app for now I’m stuck for a year and something that I will never use
App changed
I already thought this app was useless but I was able to record some vitals using my camera. After an upgrade 3 days ago that option changed… so did the icon? I have reviewed all my apps this is the only subscription I purchased involving iHeart, I will not renew-live and learn!

I purchased it so that I could check my heart rate every day and after one month it went away, and I can no longer do it and they’re charging me my steps and my weight loss and to log my blood sugar and blood pressure makes no sense I will be canceling. Don’t waste your money.

Come-hither language said it would measure blood pressure via the iPhone camera, and it did, once. But after that, nothing except prompt to ‘enter manually.’
Yes, it does measure pulse, but so does the phone and Iwatch.

I downloaded this because I thought it measured BP. It clearly showed this in the app advertising on IG. I already have a similar app and am upset that I just wasted $40 for similar info. Very disappointed

First off, i was not aware that they would charge for a full year off the bat. I downloaded the app and thought i was agreeing to a month by month subscription but i was very wrong. I reached out to them multiple times and never heard back from anyone.
Also, this app is not accurate. I tested it with multiple people and somehow we all got 97%+ reading for stress and tension levels. Now, I’m sure we all have some type of stress but I can’t imagine that we’re all over 97% stressed.

The ad shows heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar all being captured by the iPhone camera. Only HR is, the others need to be manually entered. There is NO truth in advertising with these guys.

Like others have said, the ad for this app flat out lies by telling you it will determine your blood pressure, which I couldn’t understand how it could do but was willing to give it a try. It’s baloney! Don’t waste your time. All it does it measure heart rate which your iPhone can do for you with the app that comes on your phone!
