Sandwiches good, App bad
This review is solely for the app because your sandwiches are amazing. I find it tedious to find a sandwich to order in the app because I have to click into each sandwich and read the ingredients to locate the tuna sandwiches or roast beef sandwiches or whatever I’m looking for. It feels like the app was created for people who already know which sandwich they want. Please organize the sandwiches by main ingredient or include a search function so I can easily find all the sandwiches that have turkey, chicken, beef, etc.

No longer loads. Crashes
App simply doesn't load for the last two-three months.
Terrible food, terrible response.
My food was inedible. I sent a message to the location I ordered from, and got no response at all. It seems they aren’t interested in making your order correctly or making it right if they make it wrong. Would not recommend.

Pretty goofy that we’ve had a new Ike’s in Santa Rosa for months now and it’s still not on the app. Please add the new Santa Rosa location!

The sandwiches are great but every time I use the app it charges me and my order never goes thru. So I go down to the location and have to be charged twice. Not worth it this is the 3rd time this has happen I will no longer come here.
Forced Opt in
You can’t create an account without opting in for marketing and texts. Immediately changed my opinion of Ike’s. Headed to Firehouse Subs.

Your app is extremely difficult to use. You can’t even see the ingredients on the first page next to the picture of the sandwich. So you have to click to go to the picture and then go back to actually order it. Plus, there is a bunch of menu items missing. so then I went onto the website to order and there is a bug where I tried to enter other tip and it would not submit. I wasted 30 min ended up having to go to the store and order in person. For having to pay $69 for four sandwiches I would assume you guys would have a better online experience.
Coupon not usable
Literally no way to use coupon on app and then you go to website and you can only use coupon but not order. Nobody in store knows what to do either.
Don’t even download this app
This app would be great to use to order food, if it actually worked. Can’t click certain buttons, deletes your order when you click out of your cart, and once you use your points to get a reward you can’t even use it to any item in your cart! Just a complete waste of time and sad excuse of an app I can’t believe I’ve been trying to build up points just for nothing in this app to even work makes me not want to even go here anymore and I obviously won’t if I can’t even order it on the app lol
Let someone else make this app please
Login with (provider), ApplePay? It’s 2025. I bailed instead of using a 2012 app.

First off, Ike’s is awesome. 10/10 on their food.

Good Sandwiches horrible rewards system
I wanted to use my rewards for a free sandwich but I was not able since the reward did not appear. And I wasted an hour trying to put the reward in and it was pointless i had to wait to get support from the email.
I decided to uninstall the app because the rewards system said that my account is locked. Honestly its sad but after this incident I would not spend money here.

Poorly made
Food is great but the app is horrible, rewards weren’t working coupons couldn’t be redeemed and the app just doesn’t load quickly
Rewards Unredeemable No Help
Can’t claim anything in the app. No free combos or anything, what’s the point of the rewards app if i can’t claim rewards. Support unreachable too.
Charged my card twice but no order
I tried to order twice, and both times it said “failure to process payment due to zipcode”, yet I see two charges on my card, this is ridiculous.
Stole my money with no food
I was trying to place an order through the app and as I hit the submit order button I got an error that order couldn’t be placed and a notification that I was charged for $40 on my card. I called the restaurant and they said that they didn’t receive the order. I asked if they could still make it if I should them I got charged but they told me to wait 30 mins to call back to check if the order was placed. I haven’t eat all day I am hangry and now I have to wait another hour to possibly get my food. I just now have a deep hatred for this app because it first said if I download it/join it I could get a free sandwich, but that was a lie! And now it took my money with no order placed and now I have to wait more time to possibly get my food or not! I don’t know I’m still waiting but all I know is I hate this App!!!!

But there should also be a place to give feedback or request help with an order.
For example, I just got the wrong order delivered. How do I fix that? Do I have to call? Seems silly in 2024.

Multiple Errors with order
Order is often incorrect. 3 times I received the wrong bread that I selected and have sensitivity with other options and avocado was also missing.
Misleading
The app promised to “spin the rewards wheel” with every purchase as well as a free sign up sandwich. Neither of which were recognized by the store.
Longtime Ike’s customer - this app is TRASH.
Something so simple is fumbled and the poor people who seem very overworked and stressed at the store have to pick up the slack for the fact the menu isn’t complete in the app and the options to create a meal by adding chips and drinks is constantly glitching preventing people from adding to their carts.

Great food, better people, App needs work
Ike’s is literally the best. However while the menu has so many amazing options, the ones on the app are limited, and don’t have a search or entry for some that are our favs, like the Hot Mama Hudda, even though they are listed on the website. Hope to see this fixed the next version!
App is terrible to navigate and things are broken
Very clunky interface and user experience overall. Entering a credit card is a annoying with fields that get hidden behind input fields so you can’t see the zip you enter for example. Also good luck trying to apply a “reward” … after trying on multiple orders I gave up and assume it doesn’t work at all. I’ve also tried a promo in the past that was emailed to me on the same day and it never worked. I would suggest avoiding the app altogether.
