This company is bad in following up with an interest in a property. I don’t understand how do they do business without following up with an enquirer that has interest in a home.

No one answered neither on my messages nor inquiries.

No point in a real estate app if you don’t hear back from realtors that post the property.

I gave you 1 star because there are lots of fake advertisement and I call or send more than 100 message to owner of apartments but didn’t receive any messages

I can no longer search by city in the app. I am on a phone 12 running 15.6. I’ve used this app for so long with no problems until the recent update. Kinda sad I did the update tbh.

I clicked on two separate properties and they were the exact same listing at different locations. We have realized that this site uses the same file properties over and over.

I tried more than once to communicate with advertisers, whether by calling or sending a message, but unfortunately no one responds

So many issues trying to create an account, one can’t help but wonder “is this software really this bad, or by letting it know my location, it refuses to allow me to complete a registered account?”
Either way, bad.

Inability to clear old searches, inability to set an area and change parameters (house versus land, etc.), inability to multi-select at all make this a painful experience.
Additionally, old listings of houses that have been sold persist (perhaps a database or listing agency problem, but still challenging)

Con l'aggiornamento ho perso tutto l'info salvato e ora devo registrare salvare info.

It would make the app so much easier to use if, instead of the number of rooms in the house (which seem to be counted differently by each realtor), if it showed bedrooms.
It’s also really helpful to have floor plans with dimensions for each listing.
Oh…and if you only have 3 pics…if you can’t be bothered to take more, I can’t be bothered to look.

9. Satellite view
10. search option for Cellar
11. search option for Gym
12. search option for Conservatory
13. search by province does not work
14. eMail contact within app is erroneous
15. returning to app or opening it again should start where you last left off
