Charging customers for unauthorized services and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. Their customer support was unhelpful and showed no concern for resolving the problem. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
I will never use this company again and would strongly caution others to check their accounts carefully before doing business with them.

Unauthorized charges
I recently received an unauthorized charge from this app for $75. I regularly check my active subscriptions and know that I did not have one for Imprint. Please beware if you sign up. The company has submitted a cancellation “request” that will take 5-10 days to complete.

the questionnaire that i filled out had nothing to do with the app or the final outcome there is nothing specialized to you as they pretend ti build you a customized plan just to be redirected to the app store to download a generic app filled with random books
Can’t use without subscription
The app takes you through the personalized questionnaire just to find out you have to pay a subscription to even use the app.
Do not use the Buddha for your advertising
The Buddha is not your advertising mascot for marketing. Please stop! Have some respect.
Can’t pick topics, only weird tailored programs
Thought it was a learning app and you could select topics and instead it’s just these weird programs that don’t get granular. Waste of time and resources.

I signed up for the free trial and used the app twice - decided it wasn’t for me and canceled. Even got the “sorry to see you go” email complete with a survey as to why I cancelled. Surprise, surprise! $75 was charged to my card, and trying to contact the company to get refunded yielded no response. None!

I don’t appreciate collecting my info and wasting my time before revealing the pricing structure for the app. Pricing needs to be present up front.
Scammy trial method
App takes trial/payment off of Apple and into Stripe on their own website. Makes it harder to manage the trial/cancellation through the App Store like many other apps.
Terrible Customer Service!
This is the fourth time I attempt to reach out to them because I am requesting a full refund since I don’t use the app at all and got charged for an entire year. I kindly requested assistance as soon as possible but it’s been over a month, 4 emails I’ve sent and no response. This is very frustrating because it seems like they refuse to resolve my query. Be careful with your money!

Advertises as a “free” learning app but once you go to sign in, it’s just a free trial before they charge you. False advertising.
Couldn’t subscribe
I wasn’t able to subscribe without leaving the App Store. Kind of a bummer, I really wanted to try it, but I’m not comfortable just paying via a random URL.

I was intrigued by this app but you can do literally nothing without it prompting you to sign up for a subscription. I don’t want the hassle and mental load of having to remember to cancel a free trial. I just want to poke around and get a feel for the app and then make a decision to upgrade. Uninstalled without even getting to use it. :(

After the trial period they will sign you up for a full year subscription instead of a month and refuse to refund you. Be warned of these scammers.

You have to buy the package before you get the free trial. So I don’t know if the app is worth it bc there was no free sample.
Need Refund
On 04/20/2026 I was charged for a membership price of $74.99. Due on going circumstances in my life and oversight I forgot to cancel the trial subscription. I am kindly asking for a refund please.
Should not cost money
This product is basically a copy of Khan Academy or any other short learning app, however this one has the lack of shame in asking you for a subscription before you’ve even used it and to further make it less trustworthy they don’t use the normal process processing through your phone they want you to sign up on another site so that you will have to remember to go there to cancel. This is an app for dumb people, save your money and use the same free knowledge they are trying to charge for.
Less than one star?
DO NOT BUY. The account management for the app SUCKS. The controls are very unclear and clunky. Our family appears to have paid twice but I still don’t know. When reached out to support for the app they sent my in a circle.

Pay to Improve
This app shows you through various courses of interest such as history, philosophy, psychology and sciences, and then forces you to pay for everything it advertises across the internet. There is a single free course and it is a very short thing on how to improve a morning routine. Not worth the download, just watch some video essays instead.

I reached out stating that the auto-renewal wasn’t through even though I made steps to prevent that. I have been waiting for a refund and have not heard back from the company.

Not what I thought
I thought there would be a wide variety of general education topics but it was very limited and focused on random topics like finance and how to talk to your kids. The interface is weird, you can’t scroll back or “rewind” to a Previous page. You also can’t zoom in so if you can’t see the image well too bad. Overall not for me.

I really dislike apps these days that say they have "in-app purchases" but it doesn’t make it clear that there is no free version of the app. This app has two options at $15.99/month or $74.99/year. There is a 7-day free trial or a month trial for 99 cents. You must put in your payment info to use the free trial. This is predatory.
