Charges galore
I love this app but I have been charged 4 times what I was told I was the yearly rate. The app says $15.99 for 1 yr subscription. I have been charged $9.99, $19.99 and $39.99 twice in 3 months. I’m trying to stop the charges but having a difficult time finding contact info. I’ll have to go through my credit card.
Poor product, poor service.
I cancelled immediately after purchase upon learning that the product is worthless. I was then charged a recurring fee four weeks later despite the cancellation. A refund was refused. Go elsewhere for a better product and better service.
IT DOES NOT LET YOU CANCEL SUBSCRIBE
After paying it does not let you unsubscribe idk why and now I’m stuck paying more and more every time because I cannot cancel the app I try everything and nothing works try looking in settings and it won’t appear in my subscription apps but it still charge me anyone help me pls please
I did not love it
Kinda felt like I was a grandma at bingo the games were all too easy not challenging the brain boring and not brain training

Free trial doesn’t exist
They give you 3 days to try it for free but then you go through these quizzes and they prompt you to pay before they’ll send results. Infuriating.
Scam game
This game is a scam. You’ll get a pop that says you can remove ads from the game, but it only removes ads from that single mini game. Totally deceptive and scammy behavior.

Look at this trash. Like a dumpster. Stinks
Play every day / some games get worse even with perfect results
I’ve been playing this nearly 400 days daily. Especially word ninja even after perfect scores doesn’t improve but get worse. They also made a lot of the memory games 2-3x harder impacting scores rather than adapting to users.
You have to pay for it
I signed up for the free trial thinking I would have access to the entire app for the trial but you don’t you still have to spend money waste of time and money imo very cool concept but make it more affordable or no cost at all or at least make the free trial able to give you access to everything so I can actually try the app without having to spend $20
