Your teams send out WAY too many messages and all of them are about buying stuff. I can’t even block these messages because you’ve made their profiles unblockable. This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t be getting excited for 7 messages, thinking they’re from friends and EVERY SINGLE ONE is from your team begging me for money. Allow me to block your accounts and leave me alone!!
Edit: I was given instructions for email which showed absolutely NO way to disable offers THROUGH MESSAGES ON THE APP. Thanks for wasting my time!!

Long time player, very disappointed
I have been playing IMVU for twelve years now, and I have to say that it has gone downhill so much. NFTs, the oddly priced in game items, removing really fun and lovable features. But, my biggest complaint is that they keep stealing my coins. There have been two separate times now that I have had 1k+ coins, just to log on and be left with basically nothing. I just logged in last week to 1k, and tonight I only have 100, despite me not buying anything. It’s honestly made me not want to play the game anymore, or spend any more money with this company.

I keep getting banned on the app for no reason. I’ve been getting harassed and reported since January and they don’t care about how I feel on banning me before looking into the situation. I’m not a very happy customer and I’ve had this app for a year and 5 months now. I feel I’m getting harassed by IMVU now. Like who’s on my side?

This game has tons of pedos and weird people. I put my account as a 16yo and i was able to access the inappropriate games without any restrictions. This game is not safe for kids at all. Please keep your teens away from this game. Things are expensive and you have to pay for everything. Gross avatars, people having e sex. Just NO

Can easily report someone for being a different age
Stupid game if you can report someone so easily for being a wrong age. I am 27. I think I know exactly who reported me. He was a disgusting person looking for someone who was 12. When I finely told him my age I could tell he was annoyed at me. So if they let disgusting people like that on IMVU, I do not want to go on the app anyway. Real people like me get booted off just because someone says I’m not my actual age. That’s messed up.
I think it’s a glitch
Recently they have gotten rid of the bottom bar when you join chat rooms were now you can’t go to she shop and can’t see any or your messages and ive noticed way more people are off now please fix this
Ads open on their own ?!
shein ads randomly open without tapping on them and take me to the browser. I'll be in the inventory or messages tab or simply on the home page and the ad opens on its own. I have closed the app and reopened it and I also restarted my phone to see if that would work and it continues.

El juego engancha, no lo voy a negar, todo está pensado para que te quedes horas. El problema es todo lo demás.
Los bugs son constantes: fallos de carga, errores en el inventario, Y lo peor es el soporte, después de meterle dinero real a la cuenta (a veces mucho dinero), basta con una denuncia injusta o un error del sistema para que te suspendan o eliminen el acceso sin un proceso claro ni compensación.
A eso se le suma la plaga de bots que invaden los rooms haciendo spam todo el tiempo.
Es una app con potencial enorme, pero entre los bugs, el soporte que no responde por tus intereses si no eres vip y los bots, la experiencia termina sintiéndose frustrante más que divertida.

Imvu is a great game but it has a lot of flaws as much money as people put into imvu there should be no issues of not being able to change your avatar or load into your own rooms or load into other rooms always says check connection and connection is not the issue

Imvu use to be such a good game pre ads, now there’s ads everywhere, all over the game, even every time you enter a new chat room you get ads, makes it really hard to room hop. Only way to avoid the ads is to pay for it! Lame
Why yall take away the bottom bar
