Перестало заходить в приложение. Раньше заходил с помощью почты.После переустановки для входа требует номер телефона, но всеравно не заходит. Даже если починят и получится зайти с помощью номера телефона, то все данные всеравно останутся на аккаунте с почтой, так как там номер был не указан.
Unresponsive, terrible customer service
The next button is virtually unresponsive, completely preventing you from logging in, resetting a password or creating an account. The only customer service is for in body account holders at a business level, not for the app. It’s terrible

I get error codes or it just locks up entirely. I still can’t access my results.

I got this app through my gym but it only gave me a few, very old results. I tried for several weeks to get it straightened out.
In the meantime, my phone number changed. I tried to get back online but it kept sending requests for authorization to my old phone number.
They finally asked me to deauthorize my account and start over, but I couldn’t get at the deauthorizing button because I couldn’t login!
The people at this app obviously have dumbbells for brains!!!!

New update enormous and unwieldy
Why is the most recent update 442 MB??!? Nearly half a gigabyte is absolutely absurd for this type of phone based app
Glitchy App
I was warned that registration would be tough. Not sure what to do now that my phone number is considered wrong although I use that when I registered for this thing in the doctors office. Come on app developers please fix this.

Registration flaw
I downloaded the app so that I could use the locate feature to find an InBody composition scan near me. The app makes you register first. During registration I’m prompted to enter my phone number but can get no further because the number keypad is hiding the button you need to click to go to the next step; the number pad cannot be minimized or dismissed. Frustrating.
Why do they demand your address?
You can’t search for a scan without giving your complete address? Can you just provide a service and not try to capture more data about your users?
Can’t create an account
I am unable to create an account. When it asks for my email, I enter it but then can’t have it save the email or progress any further.
No customer service
I need to change my email and forgot my password. I request verification codes to be sent to my phone and I never received them. I went to app support but not in English. I emailed them and it comes back as not a good address. This app and its support is not helpful.
Not working
Wast of my time this app doesn’t work at all.
Great but
The application is great, just one problem the app is outdated by its only in day mode/light mode, no dark mode 🫤 the very white background hurts my eyes so bad 👀

Wi-Fi password limits
The Wi-Fi password is limited to 20 characters and this prevents me from connecting my device to my network without changing my password on all of my devices which would be a huge pain. Please fix this.
Almost good
How, in 2025, do we still have apps that don’t support password managers? InBody apparently expects users to manually come up with and remember and enter a complex password.
Update broke Bluetooth data sync
It used to work perfectly. Now data sync with the scale struggles every time to connect. Whatever you did is not good.
Unusable
Just downloaded and cannot verify via text or email. I tried getting a verification code via text and the app is failing at sending the code. It claims that you can also get it through email but the app sends you to a greyed out screen with your phone number, no option to enter your email. I am unable to see the detail report.
No support for H40
Can you please add support for the newest model, H40?
Privacy
This app has huge privacy concerns. Mandatory phone number sharing. Mandatory sms/messaging share are just the top 2. Happy I downloaded the app to try and check it out first.
Won’t load after new update
Pretty disappointing update to an already lackluster app. Since the update the app no longer loads - we just get the splash screen. Thought it was just my phone but the wife tried on hers and had the same issue.
Sync to Apple Health Issues
This app does not sync to Apple health properly. I have had to delete and reinstall the app multiple times. Annoying

Not working properly
I would give this 5 stars except I can’t see my previous data, even though it has all been loaded. It keeps telling me ‘The server response is being delayed temporarily. Please try again later.’ Driving me nuts.
Slow + ads
For an app that only gets results from a scale, this is about the slowest app to open on my phone. Plus it keeps showing me pop up ads.
Doesn’t work as advertised
I just bought the H30 (new). I am getting no segmental analysis AT ALL in the app. I even downloaded the csv file, and can see the fields in the file but there is no data. I have reinstalled the app, and I have checked the manufacture date on the unit to make sure it wasn’t an old unit (it was manuf. Jan 16 2026). I specifically bought this for segmental body composition and will be returning it *very* quickly if this is not resolved ASAP.
Not too user friendly
This app is not user friendly at all. Doesn’t show many metrics and I’m not exactly sure how accurate it is I have a dexa scan today and I will compare the 2. The app is in need of a major update and better placed buttons
I want to see more
I am new to using this app, but not to InBody scans. I would like a way to download my entire scan or at least view it to share it with my nutritionist and health coach.
Kinda Sucks at Using Apple Health
This doesn’t work to well with using apple health data. It dos great with suppling but it does terrible at using the data.
Normally pretty good
Normally I like the app and the way it display my results. For the last few days I cannot get in and the support like on this page sends you to a non-English site so it is useless.
Does not Sync with Apple Health!
The app itself is fine but it promises to sync with Apple Health which it does not. All the permissions are enabled. You have to swipe down manually to sync which is annoying but not a deal breaker. It says it has synchronized but no data gets to apple health. Very annoying! Would have bought a different scale if I knew it did not sync properly. A lot of money to spend for a product that does not work as advertised
