The shipment was seized and the vendor refuses refund and will only offer half price reshipment. The verified guarantee also seems to be non existent as when you call support, you cannot hear or understand them

MAXX Set Overseas Entertainment did not deliver my product and stole my $450.00. I contacted customer service and they did nothing to help me.

This app is clearly a scam. I think the “verified exporters” just send a cut of they’re payments to the marketplace developers so that they can receive the “verified exporter” badge. As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive a bunch of spam from a billion accounts you didn’t even interact with. They’ll call, email, etc. I ordered some medicine and after they received the payment via bank transfer, they said they were unable to deliver the product. They asked me for my bitcoin wallet to “issue a refund”. I tried calling but it’s just a bunch of rude incoherent Indian people who can’t speak English. I should’ve known better than to trust an Indian marketplace, the stereotypes are earned.

I have been using this all for quite some time. I now cannot access messages. Read, write or reply to them. I keep getting an error “403 Forbidden”. I have sent several messages to support with no response.

3 Packages Lost to customs
I have been doing business with IRA EXIM. Who is a vendor with INDIA MART. I ordered 3 packages for in the past month for Pain o Soma. From India to US. All three were confiscated by customs. I don’t understand how someone expects for you to spend your money and not receive your order. This vendor won’t even replace 1 package after he said he would. So now I’m out of my money and received no package. I don’t suggest that anyone use this vendor if you are ordering Pain o Somas because I haven’t received my last 3 packages and he wants me to pay more money to get a package I paid for reshipped. Why would anyone do that just to lose money

Apple shouldn’t allow apps like this.
Any site that every seller only accepts untraceable forms of payment is not a lawful, legitimate business. There is only one reason for a seller of goods to only accept wire transfers as payment. It’s so the buyer has no recourse when they are scammed. The payments can’t be traced or refunded. Imagine Amazon only accepting western union for payment?
Apple should have higher standards. There are legit India marketplaces and apps that accept Apple Pay and PayPal. This site offers no sellers that do because they are just looking to steal your money and Apple gives them the cover of legitimacy they need to do that by allowing them in the App Store. Every app should be required to accept Apple Pay as a payment option for any transaction done inside the app.

After taking your money- tracking supposedly available in 24 hours. First lie was that it wasn’t available due to weekend. Second lie was payment was short. Third lie was Christmas was delaying shipping. Truth is that they took my money without having the pills and now expect me to wait for a month!!! Trying to get refund through PayPal. AVOID THEM!!!!!

Then when you message the sellers for more information the typical response is “Yes we have that, how many do you want to order” without actually answering my questions at all. So it seems like all the sellers are potentially fake sellers who’re just trying to scam people out of money. ZERO interest in ensuring what I want and receive are the same thing but quick to try and get a payment from you!

I offer to give more money to just get order and ask for signature upon delievery and still never received my order. then the person VICTOR threatened me cursed me out and called me text me verbally abusing me adding he did not care I was disabled

Future Traders on IndiaMart are scammers
Placed an order of two different GYM supplements, I received 5 strips of pill treatment for parasites infection, I think Indians have scamming genes. Contacted IndiaMart for a complain they replied back that they are only an online matchmaking platform. They could do way better business if it wasn’t for the scammers. I would trust the Chinese over Indians.

I ordered a product on here. They send me DRUGS instead of the bulk order of T-Shirts I ordered. This is a front for a drug supply company

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE PLEASE!!!! They sell fake medications containing deadly amount of fentanyl. I have a loved one who purchased some medication from this app then passed away from fentanyl poisoning the night he took it! PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. This is very serious.

India Mart does provide quality products at reasonable prices however the customer service of some of its sellers leaves a lot to be desired. There is no reshipment policy for items lost in transit that is a standard for other sites.
Reachbetter Impex is one such seller that demonstrates no regard for customers and fails to engage in simple dialogue geared towards a solution and customer satisfaction.

This app has good places to explorer but it also has is bad places to explorer, not knowing that when I place my order the only thing this people where doing is making me send them more money and they never even mail my product thru the mail, they are scammers, low life people that are just there to steal your money.

One of the vendors, Savvymeds Ltd., took $900 of my money and never delivered anything. Would not communicate at all. IndiaMART does nothing to help.
