Drivers are doing syndicate.The strategy you guys choose to bargain with biker seems good but now it became a hassle. They are creating syndicate by themselves.They will not accept the ride if the price is not met their expectations although the fair price is low . I’m facing this issue more than 2 months and it makes me to uninstall this app

Esta app es la real basura. Esta gente le sacan dinero 24/7 y no son capaces de lograr que esta mierda no caliente y frise los teléfonos. 🤦🏻♂️ que impotencia.

I’m very dissatisfied with the app because it doesn’t provide much or any support for a drivers that I’ve experienced violence from some of the passengers they need to do something about it and provide a sense of support, they support can be in the form of reimbursement of a portion of money or credit to the account so drivers can actually get to rework and make back money to get their vehicles on the road after being abused or robbed by passenger
Inability to add stops
I can't add stops on the app. It is just to and from, no option to add stops
Bad drivers attitude
They can’t save you from bad driver with attitude driving fast and changing the routes according yo his mode as he said. And all that because he wasn’t happy about the AC and the money is not enough. And he did give the customer 1 star and the company can’t change this. Very bad management and bad drivers. Stay safe somewhere else.

I requested a refund for a payment made through the inDrive app.
The funds were removed from my inDrive wallet but were never transferred to my bank account or refunded to my original payment method. Despite multiple contacts with support over the past five months, the issue remains unresolved.

blocking drivers
since of lately even if a client cancel a work and u drove in the direction of the same cancel work indrive block your account for 24 hours even if you did really not do the work the app became so harsh on drivers recently more since everybody now doig indrive
Te quitan el dinero
Desepsionante aseptas un viaje y el pasajero no se presenta tienes que cancelar el viaje y luego ves tu saldo la app te descontó lo del servicio cuando no se hizo ningún viaje está app está estafando….

No se puede culpar al conductor y echarlo, simplemente porque a gay se le da la gana y se hace la victima.

Poca precisión
La aplicación no es precisa con la ubicación de recogida y destino. Eso implica muchas veces que la persona deba caminar trayectos que en Bogotá son peligrosos y muchas veces no es culpa del conductor sino de la aplicación. Además el tiempo de espera lo calcula muy mal
