App stopped working mid ride. It kept saying you are offline check your connection whereas i could use whatsapp,YouTube without any buffering. Tried closing app again and again but it did not work. Kept saying no internet connection.
Also reset my mobile network still all other apps would work but indrive did not.

Hace aproximadamente 1 mes todo iba bien yo viajo a EEUU y vuelvo a Perú pero ayer me di cuenta que el indriver me pedía poner mi número y Luego poner un código que “me mandaron”que nunca llegó ,(tengo iPhone 17pro Max) revise mensajes,mi SMS no decía nada y tampoco mi whatsapp, hice todo lo que era configuraciones etc y nada quisiera saber qué está pasando,pensé que solo era d Emi iPhone pero no,el de mi mamá también le sucede lo mismo y el de un amigo igual,tal vez es el iPhone pero ni idea

One of the worst ehailing app. App keeps crashing. Riders don’t get charged for canceling rides , but drivers get charged .. this company needs to be sued

Drive Fare Rises
1st I saw 242 NPR then all of a sudden price rises from 242 to 279 NPR. I want to know way I have to give drive 280 NPR.
Riders in Nigeria putting a ridiculous price that is not worth it .
As of today the present fuel hike has skyrocketed and the app hasn’t adjusted for over a month .. proceed to the riders they use this as an opportunity to put ridiculous prices for a ride that they clearly know it’s not worth it .. if the driver cancels too much he/she get blocked … indrive look into this with action .drivers are suffering, cars are breaking down no money for maintenance , adjust the prices today !!!!!!
Useless
Traveling. Someone said try this app as uber is not in this area. I am in Panama as are the people recommending this app. My phone is American. The only option is to enter your phone, and recieve the SIM code. Tried several times and the code does not come through. I have data and WiFi. There is no other option and no support. Deleting app. Personally, I have never heard of this app before. So simplistic it might be useless anyway. I would not know as I can see nothing but a dead end.

You're pin it's always 100 percent 2 blocks away from where i pin myself... Can you please address this issue ASAP or your gonna loose a lot of clients.

Can’t register
When downloading the app, I put my phone number in and despite having good signal, the SMS message does not reach my phone to activate my account. I made an account online (off the app) that was able to send the verification code but the app has no option to sign into an existing account or give an alternate way of messaging (ie phone call, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
Too bad application and don’t recommend it to anyone
Too bad application no costumer service,you can’t give less than 4 stars if the driver was bad if anything happened you are talking to yourself and most of drivers after they accept ask you to cancel or let the fare higher,and most of the time they are rude and not polite so I don’t recommend this application to anyone and these who gave it 5 stars and a good review aren’t real people 100 percent
Tech Support 😳
When it works it’s a great app. Got logged out when I replaced my phone. InDrive requires SMS text verification to log in but it never comes through. Lord help you if you ever need to deal with tech support. It’s an absolute joke with no resolution.
They just keep asking the same questions without ever acknowledging my answers. Round and round we go!

Tuve un inconveniente con un artículo olvidado en el taxi, el soporte de inDrive es pésimo, nunca me dieron solución pese a reiterados reclamos, envié varios correos y nunca respondieron.

Anytime I try to verify my number the code never sends like never and even if I use a different number or phone the code never sends
Impossible to verify
Sms text to verify never arrived, for anyone in our friend group. I thought it might be related to the country we were in (Mexico) but it never worked when we returned to our respective counteies (US, UK, and New Zeland). Not sure why this is rated so highly when the app does not work, at all, period.
Don’t recommend this service
Unfortunately, every time I use this application, I have issues. Drivers cancel, overcharge, take too long, don’t come in verified vehicles, and even stop along the ride for personal time. I waited, then took a taxi home, then he came to pick up payment. He wouldn’t even reimburse me for my taxi ride. He said he had to pee, although we were 2 minutes away from the cafe that was my destination. It’s better to use the taxi system

Impossible to register
Entered my phone number and waited for the SMS message with the code to complete registration … and waited… double-checked that I entered the right number (I had)… and waited. Not sure why it never arrived. Perhaps the app is using a service which has been blacklisted for sending spam sms’s? In any case the app is useless if you can’t register.

Según es más barato y si es la tarifa mínima nadie te quiere aceptar e incluso te suben el precio el doble o el triple. Por ejemplo si son 60 pesos quieren 120 o así cuando es un viaje muy cortó. Ni siquiera parece que quieran trabajar y parece que solo te quieren transear. Literal si no aceptas la tarifa que ellos quieren, no te suben y el problema no es ese, el problema es que ponen el precio muy alto.

Tienen que hacer una actualización en su aplicación de taxi. Están metiéndole unos robots los tiguere y nadie puede coger viajes si no tiene esos robots. The worst thing with this app is that it doesn’t consider traffic. You order a ride that’s 2 minutes away and end up waiting over 15 minutes and being late to your destination because the app doesn’t consider traffic!!
