the worst bank and app
limits. limited capabilities. tough to use app (try finding the SWIFT code), navigation is a nightmare. would be amazing if they hired a UC team instead of a bunch of freshers from a non human interface background

App Registration
I am using esim and while registration and during sending the SMS it says no sim. So unable to register the app. I need solution ASAP.
Unable to update newer version
Update app option unavailable in the App Store. It seems like I have to erase the app and reinstall.
Poor navigation
UI is slightly better but the navigation and loading page are poor. Sometime it takes long time for loading and scrolling does not works sometimes. Need a better IT team for Indian bank. The UX and testing needs to be improved.
DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY
The App does not work most of the time. Cannot trust this App to make a payment when needed because in most cases, it won’t work so ultimately I have to use my other bank Apps to make a payment.

Hopeless. I have been waiting for OTP consequently for 3 occasions and it never came. HOPELESS App. You don’t deserve any good rating.

Not opening
After this new update, it is asking only version17 or above only can update or the older version only wil be downloaded, but even though after downloading the older version it is asking to install the new version, my phone is ios17. Vat to do now, I am in emergency situation to transfer money and am facing this issue. Very bad
Fail to open FD account
Current version of IndSMART throws error ERR 0899 69 when I try to open FD. I hold NRE SB account with the bank. I’ll update my rating once the bug is fixed and the app is more usable. Pls don’t discontinue older version till IndSMART is really ready

UPI LINKS NOT WORKING
Please do little more testing in this new app, has lots of bug. Upi links aren’t working. Send money to contacts is not working .
