Too noisy
There is no way to turn off all the noise. I don’t need. Sounds to play a game. I can’t play it in public because of all the noise. I deleted it from my phone.
Garbage Ads
Have had this game for multiple years, just logged in and did one puzzle took me about a Minute and then sat through a 5 minute ad! That is ridiculous, will be deleting.

Not like it used to be
I loved this when I first started using it. Now, the ads are terrible. Most of the time the ads even cover up the words you are supposed to be looking for. I’m definitely deleting it. Too stressful!
Crashing No Support
Game won’t open. Constantly crashes. No response from reporting the issue.

Workaround is to close the app after challenges get updated, remove from memory and then reopen the app. Annoying. Went thru their app support process and reported the bug. Absolutely NO RESPONSE at all. Not fixed in any updates to the app. Good luck if you run into any other bugs.
Touch function horrible
The touch function on this lame game is absolutely horrible you have go over the same word 4 times for it to register as correct. It also glitches where 2 games will overlap on each other so the letters are all overlapped and look like gibberish. There are time match up issues too where clearly the opponent’s game loads faster than yours so that when you enter they’ve already chosen 3 words

Was enjoying, but as of late advertising is covering the words at bottom to search for in the puzzle.

After not touching this game for months, not only is there a redesign, the multiplayer function is still broken. Uninstalled.
Can’t Turn Off Sound
I don’t like having sounds on when playing games because I am usually multitasking (like watching TV or listening to my own music) & I find them annoying & distracting. I have looked all over & can’t find a settings menu or any option to toggle sounds off. Every time I click on something, to see if I can find sound options, I have to watch an add first which is also annoying. Speaking of ads, I don’t mind paying $5 or so to permanently remove ads. However, I detest games where I have to pay weekly to keep the ads removed. It is NOT worth it to constantly pay it, like this game which requires $2.00 per week to remove them. Why should pay $8.00 per month for no ads when I can pay $5.00 - $10.00 one time fee to remove games like this.

Very annoying ads have been added
This game has the most annoying ads at the bottom. The image is so small on a phone that you can’t see it and the only way to play without hearing the annoying audio is to turn your sound off.

My progress has been deleted and levels I had unlocked are back locked.

I love this game. I love the graphics and challenges. However if you continue to advertise Royal Match I will delete and chooses different game. You should respect the privacy of your customers. This isn’t a have to thing. I have LOTS OF CHOICES !

I have used this app to pass time throughout the day for years. It’s the first app I go to when looking for something to do between assignments at work. I’ve even messaged the developers a few times with category suggestions.
I paid to remove ads when I first downloaded the app. Now, at the end of a puzzle, I’m getting a suggestion to watch an add for highlighters. WHY?! If I paid for no ads I shouldn’t be asked to watch a video after completing a puzzle.
I keep hoping new updates will fix the app and they honestly haven’t. The appearance of the app has changed as well. I haven’t been using the app as much because of the “new changes”.

Ruined a good game!
This game is terrible now. It used to be relaxing and fun to have an occasional competition in multiplayer. I guess there was an update, and now you cannot change the daily challenge until you have done the daily puzzle and then sometimes it still doesn’t let you even if you watch multiple videos. The videos freeze up. And the new font is absolutely horrific and extremely hard on the eyes. I guess I will have to find a new app. Disappointing.

Why are there so many duplicate words in each of your games? And why do you only have a few subjects to choose from? Your game is called infinite, isn’t it? I don’t see where the word infinite comes into play. I am very disappointed.

More ads than game!
Not worth the download! I’m fine with ads, but these are too much. Each time you hit to close the ad it opens another ad for the same game. It’s never-ending ads. Second, even the hard setting gets too predictable. There were multiple puzzles that it was straight across words from top to bottom. Not worth your time.
Frustrated
If you like watching ads 50% of the time this game is for you. Game itself is fun ads are extremely annoying. Play a game watch an ad. Exit after playing a game watch an ad. In the middle of a game ad pops up. And many of the ads you have to tap 3-4 spots to finally close the ad to go back to the game. They make it sooooo annoying that you either pay to remove the ads or you quit from all the frustration. Find a better game this is not it.

I dont understand how i purchased keys and and completed some puzzles, even twice and non of it is saved. I really enjoy the puzzles but im going to just delete the app because i lose all my data everytime. feels like a waste of time

Might be a fine game, except for ads the are constantly freezing requiring a hard quit if the game. Thus, loosing any rewards for playing and finishing the challenges. Don’t waste time with this game.

I was playing with my daughter and at first everything was great. Until the words started taken a turn. A ton of foul language started showing up on every game. On our last game “IN SPANISH” one of the words was “TE VOY A MATAR” which means “I AM GOING TO KILL YOU”. Of course my beautiful daughter and I freaked out and quickly deleted the game. Awful night!

Tiresome adds
Deleting. Game pretty well made and fun to play. However, over the years, adds have unfortunately gone from 5 or 10 seconds to now being 60 seconds (usually 3 back to back 20’s). Has become very tiresome.

You pay for the ad-free version and it still doesn’t let you play the next game without waiting through the ads. All of a sudden this game was ad based, a year ago it wasn’t which is when I played it last. I love this version of word search. I guess back to crosswords because I am NOT going to pay 2.99 per week for ads
What has happened???
I pay for the subscription and now all of a sudden there is an ad banner showing up on the bottom of the screen to where you cannot see all the words you need to look for. It makes no sense. Also, if I’m paying, why am I now seeing ads?? Literally that is why I pay, is to not be bombarded with the long ridiculous game ads. It’s obnoxious.
Locked out of it all
I’ve paid to remove ads, I had many categories unlock as I’ve been playing for a long time. Now… they’re all locked up!! All my time and effort lost!! Time to DELETE!
Did love till problems with “see video”
I used to be able to skip see video. I could move on without seeing the video. Often now, I have to select “see video” because it will not always allow me to skip see video.
A commercial to download another game comes up. An “x” never appeared to go back to game. Once I even downloaded the game commercial thinking that would remove the commercial; it did not. I have to turn off my phone to get rid of the game commercial. I have done this at least 4 times now.

Last update messed it
I love this game. I’ve been playing for years.
The last big update has created an issue. I find the word but it doesn’t get removed from the list. I have to go back and highlight it for a second time. It never did this before. I hope it can be fixed.
