Confusing and Complicated
Moving up levels in each pool class is very confusing. This is not the best pool game for competitive pool play. The best game was taken down.

This app is nothing more than an aggressive advertisement delivery system disguised as a game. I downloaded it hoping for a quick, relaxing game of billiards, but instead, I got caught in an endless loop of unskippable 30-second videos.
What makes it even worse is the bait-and-switch. When the game finally does let you interact with the screen, it forces you into these bizarre, cheaply made mini-games-like pulling pins to save a hero or sorting colored liquids-that have absolutely nothing to do with pool. You spend 90% of your time watching ads for other garbage apps, 9% of your time playing unrelated mini-games, and maybe 1% actually aiming a cue stick.
It’s completely disrespectful of the player's time. It feels like a chore, not entertainment. Do not waste your data or your sanity downloading this. Definite uninstall.

Too many pop ups
The amount of pop ups in this game is ridiculous. You get hit with 5 things asking you to spend money when you open the game. Then you play one time and boom, two more request to buy stuff. It’s ridiculous

Fraud
The ad I watched in another app says no data no WiFi no ads. Right off the bat after downloading it says “connecting to server…” and the games are with other players on the server. So sick of Apple allowing outright fraudulent claims and these loser developers getting away with fraud. Stay away from these guys!
Beer Pong
Is there any way to play 8 ball pool on this app without having to play Beer Pong, Black Friday Shopping, and any number of other non related to pool ads?
Adds
While I enjoy the game somewhat I DETEST the CONSTANT adds and the requirement to confirm every choice. Tapping once should be sufficient and the constant adds should be dramatically decreased. There should have an OFFERS tab if one wants/needs but NOT CONSTANT POPUPS!
False Advertising
Add says you can play without WiFi or cellular data. That's absolutely false. Been playing for years and haven't seen that yet. Please explain how that option is available. Also your graphics in your previews don't exist in the game.
It’s all about buys jewels
I’ve played for atleast 5 years and it gets worse and worse
Parts of the games are close to impossible to win if you don’t buy jewels to keep going and when you do you will start scratching on shots that would be a scratch shot. I am about to the point as people are saying “ if I don’t like it then quit”. It really had turned into a game where you have to buy something to keep playing. I love the game when it’s honest but it’s clear it is going to be worse and worse Even when you use the chalks they show you lined up straight in the pocket not touching anything and you will still somehow miss. Atleast it’s only the games like star challenge or anglers advanced where you have to buy jewels and chalk to keep going. I see myself deleting it if it does keep getting worse

They have so many different options, so many different offers, chests, challenges, special holiday rounds, this that and another thing, that it takes several minutes to click through the bs to get to a game. Stupid
This has to be the most boring game ever. They control the cue ball it’s obvious . The site has way too many pop ups even if you make a purchase. Customer service is AI if I had to guess they came up with this game in their parent’s basement .

They stopped giving vouchers in December. No updates. Facebook profile went dead. Please update or will delete.
Bait and switch of course
Video ad made this game look so good and different. And it stresses NO ADS NO WIFI which is complete BS. It’s just like every other pool game you’ve already played but somehow worse

This game is really fun to play, but the fricking wasted time as they are constantly twirling the cue. Too much wasted time.

This game is just awful. As a real semi-pro pool player, I can CONFIDENTLY confirm that the cue ball mechanics in this game are horrible in relation to real pool.
Side spin absolutely does not transfer appropriately to the rail for shape.
Force follow/draw are absent completely.
Bank shots are equally as terrible.
There is absolutely no angular change for banking with or without power or transferred spin to alter the angle of reflection.
The chalk advantage is outright cheating.
Even after you level up your cues, the applied spin is extremely weak.
It’s completely impossible to throw balls left or right, particularly on frozen combos.
There is no jump shot or masse shots available.
Rail first side spin cut shots are absent.
There is ZERO deflection when using side spin, which is a very useful mechanic if you know how to use it.
Overall, this game is a straight ripoff if you’re expecting it to be reflective of real billiards.
I would not recommend spending a single dime on this game unless you’re willing to throw away your money.

Gems seem to be the things you want the most, because when playing in the ‘Star Challenge’ (or as I call it, the “Gem Eater”), you will lose gems - REAL FAST! It’s an absolute given, no matter HOW good you are. And to advance in the game’s overall leader board, you MUST play the ‘Star Challenge’ (or pay $ to advance, if you want to go THAT route…).

Too much junk when you open the game
Use to be a good game, open it and maybe a daily reward. Now you can’t even get to the game for over a minute!! Bye!
Sure seems rigged
I don’t soend any money on chalks and have videos of mysterious fouls. Can’t tell me it’s not rigged when the skill shot “kick shot” does not appear and the mystery english sends your cue ball to a pocket. How can the game predict the scratch? Watch Mark Rober videos on bow carnival games are rigged.
It’s not an honest game
I’ve played thousands of games on this app. There are good things about it, but the visual indicators of where the ball is going make it too easy, so the game goes out of its way to scratch you or make your shots difficult or impossible by putting your cue ball in difficult positions-especially when you’re near the end of the game.
The best way to win is to take no chances at all, hit everything softly, and not allow the game to put you in impossible positions. But that’s no fun. Hit the ball hard and you get screwed. It’s too bad because some parts of this game are well designed.

Great game
I really enjoy this game. BUT….the ads are killing me. Especially the ad for the 2026 Toyota RAV 4. The timer says it’s a 30 second ad but it freezes my device until I have to reboot it to get back in. It needs to be fixed or I’m going to have to delete it.
Give us more 9 ball
9 ball is much better than 8 ball. Why are so stingy with 9 ball but you have a ridiculous number of 8 ball tables. Also your scratching algorithms are infuriating : all sorts of improbable scratches.
Fun but annoying
Game is fun to play, but the pop ups for in game purchases are so annoying. There are so many and one right after the other.

I am completely sick and tired of having to take at least 2 to 3 minutes to go through all of the things you are trying to promote in this game I used to play this every day. I probably haven’t played in months because of this, and it happened again.
