Literally NEVR have enough time to finish an event and get at the LEAST the dress. The story events are absolutely ridiculous. 1200 energy points just to reach the key to unlock the next level yet we only get 300 energy points to start per 3 hours? Y’all are a joke and im deleting this app. Also update the stores and shops weekly instead of every 2 months .. the fashion store outfits and shopping mall outfits look a MESS. nobody spending hundreds of diamonds on that bs. 💕🆗

I’ve been playing this game for over a year & the creators will send a letter asking for input on the game & for months i asked for more Black characters, storylines, etc. with no changes occurring. This week they finally decided to make a black addition & i felt it was so lazy, and racist. It’s clear they did no research, just put up a storyline from Africa, then named the clothes “all lives matter” . I spent money and time on this game so it honestly was bothering me to even delete the game. But as a black woman i don’t feel represented correctly & don’t want to spend my money with these folks anymore.

I had to go through Apple in order to receive my refund and now they have placed a ban on my account. I would not suggest anyone play this game and if you decide to, please do not purchase anything on this game as you will gravely regret it. They will take your money and in games resources and will not compensate you for what you have paid for. Run far away from this game. It’s really repetitive and becomes extremely boring anyway. They have a money grab system set up and don’t care anything about their customers and that includes the paying customers.

This game whole beautiful and a lot of fun is rigged to cause you to spend a fortune just to get ahead. All the good clothes are paid or locked behind events you can’t finish in the time given without buying loads of every packs. You can easily spend about $100 just to finish an event on time. I’ve asked repeatedly that events get a longer winder and have been ignored in the discord. The messed up thing is I actually pay the money but it’s wildly out of hand. This last event I pumped in $60 and couldn’t finish it even tho I played every moment possible. Even with all the money I can’t get the end of the story or the last item. And it’s pretty much the same experience across the board. Love stories, fashion shows, invitation events, parties all of it has minimal free options and loads and loads of paid options. I’ve never seen a game to ridiculous with their constant grabbing for money. UPDATE: deleted the game today after I looked at how much I had to spend in just the 30 days I’ve had the game just to keep up. Over $200. Screw that, I can buy a proper video game and get hundreds of hours of entertainment for a fraction of the cost. Fricken ripoff how much they scam you for every penny in this game. Absolutely abusive behavior.

I’ve invested both time and money into this game, which is why this experience was so frustrating.
I purchased a $4.99 event pack because I believed I had about an hour left to complete the event. After making the purchase, I realized there was actually only ONE minute remaining. The event ended almost immediately, and I was unable to properly use the items I had just paid for.
I contacted customer support, provided screenshots, and even offered video proof showing the situation clearly. I wasn’t asking for a refund - I simply requested partial in-game compensation (200 diamonds, when a $4.99 pack provides 300). That felt more than reasonable considering what happened.
Instead of offering any goodwill gesture, I was told to “pay attention to the remaining activity time” and that compensation was not possible. While they apologized, the response essentially placed the blame on me and refused to acknowledge how misleading or poorly displayed the timer was.
What’s most upsetting isn’t the $4.99 - it’s the lack of customer care. When a player who has spent money on your game experiences a frustrating situation and asks for a small, fair compromise, dismissing them completely shows where customer loyalty stands.
I’ve supported this game, but after this interaction, I no longer feel valued as a player. That’s why I’m uninstalling.

That was better than them choosing that you have to get the jewelry and accessories first and the outfit last. If I’m taking my time to play this game, I should be able to choose which pieces I get with my coins. I also just paid for the advanced pass and I realize it is set to one day off from the actual event. I can’t get the outfit. I’m really mad about that. Only pay to win
this game is only paid to win even if you try to save up every item they give you you’re still going to be losing in the leaderboard to people that are spending a crazy amount of money. It’s actually insane. There’s no way for you to ever get a full complete six star outfit without spending a whole lot of money and when I say a whole lot of money 50+ dollars each event which is like every 3 days. the other reviews aren’t lyinh

I player this game a year now & this game used to be fun but all it is now is a pay to win anything kind of game. And I don’t mind spending money but they want you to pay over $50 just to have a complete outfit. It’s ridiculous!! They have us do surveys but never listen to the players. You are losing yet another player. There are barely any active players on my server anymore. So many have left & I don’t blame them. Not a game you can really progress that well in unless you spend ALOT of actual money.
The developers of this game are extremely greedy and it’s only getting worse every time they update the app. They continue to give us surveys so we can tell them what we like and don’t but then they refuse to actually fix anything that people complain about. Most of the clothing items that are only obtainable by diamonds are extremely expensive (2,000-3,000 a dress not to mention if you want the whole set it’s around 10,000 diamonds which would cost you about 100$ in real money to be able to get because diamonds are only available for purchase (of course 🙄). I have about 10 active players in my server and they also refuse to merge servers or to open the ones that say crowded but actually only have 10 people playing.

This whole game is pay to play, I would not recommend it. There’s so many problems with it and the DEVS are extremely extremely greedy. Like their greed is through the roof. I’ve lost so many high paying players because they grow tired of how greedy this devs are. The game is awesome but is run by people with no morals.

They just tell you that it’s the “tactic” of the player. I’m sorry, so you are telling me that my options are either 1. Roll over and accept their harassment, 2. Sink hundreds (not exaggerating) into a mobile game to surpass them in level to be untargetable, or 3. Stop playing the game. Pay To Win Nightmare
No matter how often you play, you will never be able to complete any events without spending at least $50. Some people have more important things in their life to spend money on. It’s another Kardashian game clone that’s eventually going to be shut down when they squeeze their player base dry or when they get forcefully shut down for manipulating customers and enabling gambling.
In this same vein, those whales that do spend hundreds every week to stay at the top, along with making the game less enjoyable by robbing everyone else of a sense of achievement, are rude and elitist, often mocking others for “not having money” when maybe others are just more financially responsible.

The fact that I’ve put so much money into this game to log me out and then I tried to use the verification code for my number and it won’t send me the code to my phone 😒 please someone help because I was on a really high level and even if I wanted to make another page I can’t bc it logged me out and won’t let me reset my password!! this game wants to be Kim Kardashian Hollywood SO BAD and FAILS MISERABLY!!! Too expensive, events end too quickly, too much going on, and half of it doesn't even make any sense. Posting this review after yet another event just ended too abruptly for me to even use up my FULL event specific energy and gain a new clothing item. I'm angry and annoyed and HATE THIS APP!!!!

You only get so far before you have to spend $100 a month to progress in the game and get ANYTHING… the fashion wheel is a BUST.. the coins don’t save so you have to restart every time.. you can’t save them to get outfit pieces. And you hardly process through events to get whole outfits without AGAIN, you guessed it, paying for it or paying for the diamonds to use for it.. just not even worth it.

It was a cute little game and all, got a bit repetitive and boring when there was little variation in the gameplay of how the main story progresses. However, it was still fun. So why did I delete it? Maybe because an Alabama Barked collab was THE worst possible collab they could’ve done. Not only is she out of touch, a horrible influence on young girls, she’s also a pretty bad person who thinks it’s cute to try and pretend she’s black while simultaneously being ignorant to the actual struggle that they have to deal with. Definitely not worth your time, I’ve played better games.

Before the update, it was a great game to play without having to spend money. I bought a year card before the update and I never received one of the many items that came with it. I’ve reached out to CS but they told me they’re still “investigating” my case. LIES. It’s been months now since I’ve received word about it. It should NOT be this difficult.

honestly, the first time playing at the lowest level it's super fun and easy to level up, just like the old kardashian game. but once you actually settle into the game the only way to do anything is spend money. and even if you do it's not worth it. it's impossible to get outfits in their little promotion games, most you can get for free is maybe a necklace and some earrings and that's if you nonstop play.

Fun but annoying
The game is fun but if you’re a regular person that’s in school, works, or can’t afford to play the game 24/7 it’s impossible to complete challenges and earn rewards. I should be able to complete a challenge in 6 days and receive all items. But no, I either spend 24 hours a day or spend $200. This is annoying and they ask for surveys just to not listen to the feedback they actually receive. Annoying. Can’t even complete love stories anymore bc of the strange requirements. If you think you’re getting a fair game, you’re wrong. I love that one pinball mini game so much. but the way it’s rigged it’s so absurd. this change wasn’t too recent, but when it first released, the way the ball fell was realistic. but because the devs i GUESS realized that people were ACTUALLY winning, they changed the whole ai/working of the ball. it’s harder to win and the ball keeps flying to timbuktu when it shouldn’t. even when i somehow won the most amount of tickets, it was just obviously rigged. everything is rigged and they don’t want you to win because that means they lose money.

There is no other way to say this, but this game depends on you spending money for you to do well. The weekly events they have are P2W. There’s never enough time or the tokens are not enough to get the event items. Everything in this game comes with a way to spend money. There’s no point in the ranking system because once again, it’s dependent on money (whales).

Too Much Going On.
I really want ton,Ike this game but there’s too much going on. Too many task at one time. The Home Screen is overwhelming. There’s multiple currencies in the game which makes it confusing. The energy is confusing. Shopping the clothes is confusing. The game needs to be simplified. I still want to play because I love the graphics.

Events are not long enough & if you don’t spend money you don’t get any of the nice clothes, don’t win any events/rankings. i’ve really been enjoying the story so far, but there are a few things i think could make it even better. for one, the portrayal of influencers feels a bit one-dimensional; almost every one of them comes across as a hater or jealous, which can get repetitive. it’d be great if there was more variety in how these characters are written.
also, i wish there was more control over the romance aspect. right now, it feels like my character is almost forced to accept the love interests' feelings without giving us a clear choice to decide if we want to be in a relationship at all. it’d be nice to have the option to either pursue a romantic relationship, keep things as just friends, or even reject them altogether. it feels a bit odd to have my character juggling multiple boyfriends without having the chance to decide what kind of relationship they really want.
