In the game you have the option to watch video ads for rewards- the video ad for Kingshot when trying to get an extra attempt for solo raids does not offer reward. Very frustrating and then there is no way to send this issue to devs in game that is convenient. Thanks for wasting my time.

One of the worst and greedy mobile games
My review got deleted and I am not going to retype all my issues. This game is incredibly greedy and grindy. It takes ages to get new characters and shards. Also uncheck the box in settings as they are selling your data. These companies need to compensate players when they sale our data.
Aged poorly
The back end architecture on this game is archaic. There is a delayed wait for every single menu switch of anywhere from an already atrocious 3 seconds to an absolutely insane 30 seconds sometimes waiting for back end synchronization. This game has been poorly maintained and optimized post release over the years and is barely functional anymore.

URGENT: constant network error/disconnect
Great game but constantly says network error and gets stuck in the loading phase. Smh. Do better. Update: server error continues.
Trash as game
I gave this stupid game a trying again and nothing has changed not just that but when playing some game mod I don’t get my rewards and not not even the worst part when I play with some characters the game starts to cheat and give me level 7 characters where I can’t even move I press on block and don’t work or anything and all I can do is look how he kills my character in seconds

Make the game feel good and it will be good. I like everything about the his game but I just can’t play it, the input lag is just to much.
Dishonorable Support
I’ve been having countless issues and bugs lately. Which prevent me from collecting rewards I’m supposed to get. I played Injustice Mobile 1, and Injustice 2 Mobile off and on since its release. The recent issues I’ve had have demonstrated the Support to be dishonorable and a sham.
If I watch an ad for an in game reward and the game crashes preventing me from getting the reward and wasting 5 minutes of my life 5 times so far, then you’re essentially getting free advertising revenue and telling me not to play your game.
Then after complaining to Support and these issues (I get ignored and devalued) only to experience more frequent and weird glitches and bugs. Culminating in worse and worse luck for rewards. I understand that when a player/user interacts with random chests that there will be a bias on bad drops in the user mind.
But seriously 40+ chests opened with hard earned gems from ingame activities reeks of Support negatively altering my account for the worst.
I expect to be respected as a customer not discarded. I live by “Respect the light in others, lest thy own be extinguished”. Yet here I am being disrespected.

Outdated and bugged
The offerwall is full of bugs 90% of them don’t work even if it says you started them. The arena system is terrible and the balancing is some of the worst that I’ve seen. The PVE ai is too op, i can get 10 block breakers in a row and they’ll still be blocking and I’ll take damage. Fix it.

Functionality
I love injustice, it’s my favorite game on console and the first mobile game was amazing, I nearly have everything in the original, but when I go to open Injustice 2 mobile no matter how much or wherever I tap the screen the game won’t play, I’ve deleted and redownloaded it on numerous occasions and it doesn’t work.
You can’t stack keys.
You can’t stack raid keys. I had 5/5 already from competing a raid then it gave me more from doing achievement but I didn’t get those because I already had 5/5. Why the hell don’t these stack. That’s a rip off.
Garbage
Been trying for years to play this game. As of feb 2026 the game still auto closes after hitting the play button.

I officially quit your stupid game. You can only use one character every 24 hrs in solo raid!! Unless u spent 10 grand on this game you will never beat the raid. I spent $15 on a season pass reward thing, the app glitched and didn’t distribute, but absolutely charged me. Their support team “forwarded my request to the developers for improvement” and have no intentions of giving the rewards that were paid for, then closes your ticket and doesn’t allow further responses.

Updated a game Devs never tested.
THE ENEMIES/ AI DONT GET STAGGERED. After my specials or tagging in, or trying to counter attack after they jump attack- THEY HAVE ZERO REFRESH TIME and will instantly block and well time a counter attack right after my failed attempt of countering myself. Then repeat. I feel like a god when I have to strategize around a perfect predicting AI. No matter what the nano second after every one of my tag ins or specials the ai won’t get staggered but instantly get up and perfectly ignore my TWO SWINGS already thrown and EITHER BACK UP AND LAND A JUMP ATTACK OR perfectly attack me with its invincibility frames. WTFFF

The Solo Raids update was fine, especially the updates to the training mode. However, the update concerning heroes being exhausted through all solo raids is mind boggling. Why would anything I do, let’s say, in the Kingdom of Madness solo raids…have ANYTHING to do with my Taste of Evil Solo Raids? When the multiple solo Raids first came out and you could switch between them, refreshing your heroes in the process, I thought it was incentive to buy the pass which I have. But if my heroes are exhausted all the same I might as well save my damn money next time because it’s like being stuck in a single raid anyway. This was the perfect opportunity to allow newer players with not so many viable teams to obtain rewards and upgrade their roster at a reasonable rate. You guys have certainly screwed the pooch on this one.

They sometimes even respond that they never made a decision but b that someone else will, another department, and of course you’ll never hear anything from WB customer support ever again. They even have the audacity to write down, “Don’t leave us a reply as we will not respond anymore to this thread.” I had to reach my bank to get my money back, as WB customer support would not. They wouldn’t even acknowledge or address any money issue as if money never existed and no transaction was ever even mentioned or part of the complaint.

Terrible customer service
I recently purchased the LutherCorps pass for $24.99. I was super excited with the idea of getting rewards for the event. Not only did I not get anything that I paid for, but they immediately took my money and I have yet to receive my rewards. It’s been like a month now. I would recommend not wasting any money on this application.

They have active items to purchase that do not give the rewards. They are aware of this issue but let you make the purchase anyway and then refuse to send items you purchased
Customer support doesn’t care
Rewards you earn aren’t even claimable. You will unlock a level, specifically in my case from the Luthor pass, but you will have blank screen when there should be rewards you can claim. I’ve sent multiple emails to support and still have not received a response back or a fix for the problem.

F this game. One star characters all the time. Opposition computers somehow block and attack way better then the controls allow. Timing of movement, attacks, and blocks are not in sync. Developers definitely want the money. Just like the other comments stated, pay to win. Oh yea you can’t play story mode without leveling up your character which takes months. Leveling up your character requires purchases. I don’t know how many times I wanted to break my screen.
Suggestion: buy the console game instead of mobile game if you want to have a GOOD EXPERIENCE.

The developers of this game are terrible. They make the most unfair and unplayable game ever. They don’t want the people who play the game (the people who pay their bills and contribute to their obesity problem. The bills that are just as low as the quality of this game) to enjoy it. You would think since this game is fell off forever ago they would relax the intensity and increase the fairness but no. The people behind this game are probably fat and ugly. Do not get this game. It is a waste of time and these fat ugly greedy balding developers need to go shower and touch some grass. I don’t even think the big man upstairs could save you. You’re probably divorced or your kids hate you or something.

Just play Injustice 1
The game has batter gameplay and more character than part 1 and they only update this game. Few major problems though which for one the micro-transactions like not only are they around 30 dollars just to have a solid character which means you either grind until you drop or until you let your bank account balance drops. Also it only is it grindy but they make it hard to go anywhere unlike part 1 which made it easier and at least you were guaranteed most characters and it wasn’t necessary to buy anything either. Also why is it shard? Instead of just giving the character.
Crash in the adds
In order to have an extra fight in the solo raid, I have to watch your damn adds I watch them but once the add is over there’s no “x” to close it and continue with the game I have to close the game and start over again and watch again a damn add and keep doing the same, fix that thing.

I can’t open the game anymore
Every time I open the game gives NETWORK ERROR and I tried everything: delete/reinstall the game, resetting my IPad, changing from Wi-Fi to data and finally tried various VPNs and it keeps telling me NETWORK ERROR.
Newest Patch - 1.22.26
Every patch/update this game has, makes the game worse and worse. Newest patch completed today has made the game unplayable. Constant connection issues and server disconnects. Game would be better if they left it how it is and did nothing.

The updates suck!! Takes almost half a day, so you don’t get to get missions done in a timely manner, and the compensation isn’t great. Makes my wonder why I even bother with game anymore
