One minute you are fighting very competitive battles, and then it becomes impossible to win very quickly without paying for the game.

Where is battle 62 ever gonna be fixed? It doesn’t let anyone finish it to get a 100% game completion
Terrible customer service
The game itself is fun but there’s a lot of technical difficulties and they never fix them you just have to wait until it acts right again. My account randomly logs out and then doesn’t allow me to log back in. I’ve had to make a whole new account and lost all my progress and characters. Then tying to reset the password doesn’t work because the app doesn’t email you a reset link at all. And on top of that when you reach out to customer service they say they can’t do anything about it and don’t even try to help…
