Fix Your App!!!
I’ve been using InShot for 5+ years at this point. I’m a content creator, I have the pro version and it’s used for my business. I am so tired of the constant “video failed to convert” when my videos are all less than 2 minutes long. Recently it was not downloading any of the videos I was making, so I checked how much space it was taking up… over 300 GB on my phone. So I deleted half of my drafts and somehow it then took up even more space (cache was cleared). I then had to delete the app, deleting every single draft I’ve ever made, and here we are with a clean slate and it still keeps saying “failed to convert”. Fix your app!!!! I have waisted hours of my time with this app and it’s clear from other reviews this is happening to so many people. I can also tell the recent good reviews are fake! I will not be using this app again and will be going over to CapCut. Don’t waist your time!

Lifetime Membership not honored
Purchased lifetime membership. App asking for payment anyway. Support confirmed but won’t fix.
Used to be good, now worthless
I have used the paid version of inshot for years on mobile and desktop. Now it is completely worthless. Can not export at any resolution, even the poorer ones. Updated review from 2 to 1 star because the developer’s solution was to download in a poor quality (which I already tried & didn’t work either). Neither

Will not export anything
I used to love InShot and have been using it for content creation for over 4 years now. However it will not export my videos without me having to retry about 10 times and restarting my phone, deleting about half the video to break up into chunks, etc. And even THEN, I still have trouble getting it to export. It’s extremely disappointing and I unfortunately cannot recommend this app to anyone anymore. I will be switching to CapCut, which is such a shame because I really loved InShot. InShot, please fix this! It’s unacceptable. Spending hours on edits and not being able to even export is extremely frustrating.
Broken
This app exports glitchy videos. Audio and video corruption.

useless ads
this used to be my favorite editing app, but now the ads are becoming unbearable. I just watched 3 long ads to do the free logo remove, and I literally wouldn’t let me leave the ads several minutes later, causing me to have to clear the app. same thing happened when i tried go save a video. not user friendly anymore and i’ll have to find another app.

This freaking app have really Sus and bad ads like I don’t need to look at this pictures there is kids use the app and want to use the app but from you idont think they will from this stuipd ads I hate it
Fails to download videos
The app used to work smoothly, but now it fails to convert the videos. I tried all their troubleshooting options and they don’t work. I have more than 80% of my phone storage available and still doesn’t work. I send a bunch of emails to their support mail, and they have not replied. Don’t waste your time, and download another editing app.

Takes up too much space
Takes up too much phone storage space for one video to edit! It does have good tools but they’re useless if you can’t use them on several projects at the same time because of one project taking up all the space! Not every phone is designed to have 100+ gb of space! Pls fix it for better user experience!
