Disingenuous
Fraudulently charged me $120 for an app I never used, and refused to refund.
Not worth it
It’s not worth it. Don’t waste your money. Don’t pay the annual fee, they will not reimburse you. They won’t even reply customer service.
Save your money
A simple re touch and it’s been 3 hours still no result and it completely drains your battery - first few days seems like good stuff then when you try to create the app glitches and hours later still no content. I’ve deleted and re downloaded a couple e of times trying to give it another chance since I spent $130 on the app but everytime disappointed. And I use the bare minimum edits ! Things I can do on the instagram app myself in 2 seconds.

Once I realized there was no way to try the app at all without subscribing, in fact, this appears to be a shell to get around the “Free, with in-app purchases” requirement. With that level of deception, I assume the product is worthless or could be done prompting existing AI tools. Removed account, deleted app.

Canceling asap. The music doesn’t sync and the app crashed while using ai tools and wasted my ai credits without saving
Worst app ever! Customer service is horrible!
Purchased a 1 year subscription by accident. It was a trial and a monthly trial. The days for the trial went by and they charged me for the yearly subscription and not the monthly one. Even though I never opened the app once. I tried to resolve it with them 3 times. They said only the App Store can. And the App Store denied any requests to receive a refund or change the subscription to a monthly one even so I could then cancel it after that. I do not want the subscription, and have no way to get a refund. I paid through Apple Pay so I cannot dispute it any way besides the App Store. And the App Store tells me that I need to go through the app. So that’s how the app is able to make money from people who don’t cancel the trial. They also do not even give you a full week for the trial like mostly every other app does. I think it was 3 days. This was my worst experience ever with a trial, or with a purchase since I have owned an iPhone….. and that’s going back to when they came out. And that’s saying a lot. Thanks Instories, I’ll be sure to spread the word about your horrible customer service on social media. You should actually care to help people who use your app……… or those like me who don’t, and don’t want to. Even though I may have thought I wanted to try it at the time.

SCAMMMMMM
This app scam ! They have some many other reports on Reddit from other customers like me they scammed me for $119 for something I never used not only am I living in a shelter with my son it was all I had I never used it beware you will be charged for just downloading the app .
Not An Honest App
I downloaded the app and I was originally given 23 credits. I did one project which was worth four credits. I now have six credits left. The app said that I use more when I have only used for ONE 4 credit project. This is just an attempt to get me to buy more or to upgrade. That’s SHADY!
Does NOT make videos
This app will waste your attempts with errors. You MIGHT get a picture after the 10th explanation & a lot of forced, paid upgrades.

I want to be able edit things. I can’t even edit the wording on the templates. And if I try to create my own template, it wont let me add videos….so frustrating!!!!!
The worst video edits
I have not used a single edit made in this app because they’re all trash. They pick the worst sections of the videos and the products are so dumb.

False advertisement
Many of the transitions that they show on their ads don’t actually exist. We paid for the service and wasted money only to find out that the transitions they show in their advertisements and main video are nonexistent.

This is nothing like I thought this app would be like. I’ve used a variety of apps and this one just isn’t one I would use as a realtor. I wish I never downloaded and purchased this app. It was charged to be the day I was suppose to cancel.

I am in charge of our social media management for my work, I work at a bar and Grill… I downloaded this app so I could select footage that I filmed and have AI create a video for me… However, I tried so many different times, using different amount amounts of pictures/videos. I even tried just using three pictures in the AI video editing never finished… I wasted hours on this- thinking that maybe if I just gave it more time it would create the video, but it never happened. #annoyed
Glitchy and Laggy
Can’t edit voice over audio once recorded. Audio lags after exporting. No support. Extremely frustrating app with no support. After recording audio, I would tap to select it and the audio clip would jump to a different segment of the video. I exported in every format, restarting phone, cleared cache, everything I could think of, but the audio still lagged. When adding a second song, the second song wouldn’t play at correct time. There is zero support for this app.

Over complicated with little help in understanding the editing. AI edits were junk and not worth the cost. The templates look cool but adding videos and it just looks bad

I just paid for the monthly service and cannot use the app. Nothing shows when I try to create. Also I tried to hit save, thinking maybe it’ll show in my photos. But it gets stuck in preparing and stays there

App is a money grab. You can’t download the videos. It takes more time trying to edit them on the app, downloading takes forever if it allows you to. Majority of the time you can’t download it. Doesn’t give information on anything. Just a terrible app for what it says it does.
