Uso quest’app da anni, sono cliente San Paolo da più di 10 anni e posso confermare che quest’app è inutile. Non funziona mai. È sempre, costantemente in crash. A volte ho bisogno di fare un’operazione veloce e ovviamente quest’app aspetta quel momento per non funzionare.

Major security concern. Unable to access from USA.
It has been about three or four months now, if not longer. But no matter what I try-whether from a PC or iPhone that I own, I cannot manage to verify my identity in order to access my checking account. I have verified that my codice fiscale/ VAT ID is accurate and that my email matches up with the bank’s records, yet I STILL cannot receive the text message verification to my USA phone number.
So frustrating. This is not acceptable for even a Third World country.

Gli operatori di banca cambiano ad insaputa e repentinamente. Aggiungerei una notifica. E anche se accetto o no ( ma l’argomento esula dalla app.
Tento di impostare le domande di sicurezza da 3 mesi, la app si blocca sempre.

Doesn't work!
After bring warned for a week by Intesa that I'll need to install the new version of the app, so I did. Well, it does work, I can't set up my account or open the app, it keeps giving me an error and saying to try again later. I run a small business, and bring able to bank online is essential, and access from a mobile is required to even log in via the website. If this isn't fixed I will be changing banks.
Does not work with iPhone X
The latest update of this app was released when the iPhone X was already on sale, meaning the developers have fleas months and months to update the app for the iPhone X. But no, they didn’t. I now cannot use the app, I cannot do any banking on my iPhone but worst of all, you cannot use the website either since you need the app on your phone to access! So now for every thing I have to go to the bank, wait in line, and pay more since transactions made in the bank cost more than double.

Per favore, inserite un’opzione per disattivare le vostre notifiche “pubblicitarie” (offerte prestiti, “scopri l’opzione xyz”, “compra un iphone a rate”, eccetera). Le uniche notifiche che voglio ricevere sono quelle di autenticazione/autorizzazione operazioni.
Impossibile attivare notifiche su iOS
Da tre anni continuo a non essere in grado di usare quest’app su iPhone perché l’app non compare sotto le impostazioni di notifica delle app del telefono (non c’è proprio in elenco) e quindi mi è impossibile utilizzarla come O-Key visto che le notifiche non arrivano all’app.
Great App lacks Language support
Looks like a great app, the options and the security checks are something you don’t see in most banks, but for those who are still learning Italian or who cannot, for any reason, and considering the number of foreigners in Italy, this should be on top of their list, at least English!!
