Confusing & No Customer Support
I recently started my own business from home. I bought this app in hopes that it would help me keep up with inventory as well as let me know where I stood financially. I don’t like the fact that you aren’t able to do one entry for an item and have different sizes... so each of my clothing items have a single entry for each size and then when I have different colors it’s a long mess in the description so that I am able to see on what each item is.
I also don’t like the fact that when you run a purchase report it doesn’t work at all, therefore you have no total on how much you have spent on your inventory which is very frustrating because you have to go through and add up each individual item you have to see where you stand financially.
The most frustrating part of it all is that I’ve tried multiple times to contact ICubemedia and NO ONE has ever responded and it doesn’t look like they will be anytime soon.... If they would respond maybe some issues could be resolved and I wouldn’t have had to give them one star, but they haven’t so my opinion is don’t waste your time and money on this app or this company.

Don't waste your $
Purchase order doesn't work. I have contacted the company a few times and I continue to tell me that they're working on it. Makes it hard to run a business when things don't function correctly. They've also had a 50% off sale forever! Go figure!

Can not have even 2 different locations no inventory
Essential Feature missing
I can enter the cost of the item that I purchased but when you create a sales order, the price remains the same as the price you purchased it for. You have to manually change every item, every sale, every time to the price you sell for. I would like a refund for a product that I cannot use...

Totally half-baked!!
I'm so tired of purchasing poorly designed applications, that offer little to no technical support. Hint: Offer a free trial version (that can be found) or a mechanism for a refund!! A simple Excel spreadsheet has more functionality than this app...including customization. I should have just built this in Excel for iPad, & not worry about compatibility, future updates/ features...etc. You guys are putting yourselves out of business by offering crappy products. The consumer is then forced to find another solution (or develop their own) once you have our cash. Now, I wish that I had the option to block ALL apps made by an offending development company! #junkWare #delete
Awful and unusable
This app freezes constantly and lags a lot. This makes it entirely unusable for me. I cannot make invoices or take inventory accurately because the app won't work when I need it to. Too slow and constantly freezing. The customer service is also horrible and doesn't answer.
Waste of money
Can't even receive against purchase orders, terrible app.

I want to love this app. I spent hours loading only 10 products and it crashes, takes forever to simply load a new screen... I don't get why it's got stellar reviews when I can't get the back ups to work and I don't even have the "manage account" to pay for the upgrade!! I want this to work.. Please fix this app!
same Apple ID for all devices
I thought this was smart enough to sync all devices without the same Apple ID, they need to improve this, too bad they didn't said on the detail description, Will ask for a refund
Epic Failure and no support too!
Delete and delete all features do not work! No responses to emails for support. Links get 404 errors meaning they lead to nowhere.

Really want my money back. Its not that great, in fact i dont like one bit. Limited field customization, bug on unit cost, slow barcode scan, hard to adjust the quantity, complicated UI and use.
Needs return to home button

Bad Scanner
I would love this product if it wasn't so hard to scan my product barcodes.
No Back up
I would like this ap if it would back up I notified via e mail three times and have waited over a month ans still no fix. They told me it was known issue. If my phone crashes I loose the inventory. I keep printing about every other day just to protect my data .. Please fix the back up soon
