The AI agent said it could create the video with the amount of credits I had and then half way through says I don’t have enough credits. I tried to ask it how many more credits I would need because the plans get very pricy but it wouldn’t give me an answer. Very annoying that I already spent money on this and don’t have anything to show for it.

As a busy mom of three, I'm always looking for tech that simplifies my life. I signed up for the $25/month plan based on their "7-day refund" claim, but after five hours of testing, I realized the platform is not what it claims to be. Despite the promise, I was unable to get my money back.
The Al struggled to follow even simple prompts, often ignoring 50% of my instructions and producing generic, repetitive images. The output felt amateur-more like something a beginner could create manually than the "outstanding" Al work you'd expect for the price. The media library is extremely limited. Save your hard-earned money and look for a more transparent company.

This is probably 1 of the worst cases of false advertising I’ve seen. Basically no matter what video or image you try to generate, even at the poorest quality, it doesn’t matter. The CREDITS don’t matter. Let alone show up. And you really do have to pay $35 a month, or $28 a month for a whole year. This is not an app you’d want to use if you were hoping for . . . Anything, actually. You’re better off just using image-editing tools like Canva. And what makes this false advertising? Well, they don’t mention the subscriptions as mandatory for terms of usage, which they are for the app, and yeah. They advertise it as free. There’s probably a reason why this shows nearly no advertisements today, and now you know why. They’d probably get a lawsuit or claim for the false advertising. And they put this in as 9+? Yeah. This is just a scam website that is only popular because it was once good . . . About a year and a half ago. Or a year. Either way, that’s exactly how you go bankrupt. Don’t do what these bozos are doing 😒🔥 and when the 2-3 free videos (which are so limited to options that it basically gets crowded and sloppy) do work, you couldn’t get a poorer quality than this. You’re better off just using Adobe Firefly.

This app is greedy asf. You pay $35 to make basically one video. You get 10 credits but it costs 7 to make one video. Resets every month. Save your money.

Even if you create your 2 FREE video avatar with your paid plan, they don’t allow you to delete and create another. Captions allow you to replace your avatar. My video avatar came out soooooooo weird on invideo.

Very disappointing app.
The generated videos repeat the same sentences multiple times and sound unnatural. The biggest problem is the voice system - the app randomly changes voices between scenes and it’s almost impossible to set one consistent narrator.
Even when selecting a different voice in settings, the change often doesn’t apply. The interface is confusing and many controls don’t respond.
For a paid product, this is very frustrating and unreliable.

Problems
Every since I’ve had a subscription on this platform I have had nothing but problems with making videos they always cut in and out or they never generate and I can’t tell you how many months I’ve had this and I continue having problems I think I’ve made one video off of this platform in the last five months I’ve had it I don’t know what the deal is, but I have not had success
