Customer report sucks!
I submitted a request for reimbursement and have been waiting for 2 weeks to get compensation!!! They asked for the same receipt twice and still haven’t resolved the issue!

Unplayable cash grab..
Can’t express the insanity behind the amount of how many times the game would just shut down on me or the fact of saying you can pay 1.29 or so if you pay on web just to hide a fee sure we’re not paying your full amount. However, we’re not paying as little as we were told we are. Also now the game is unloadable and crashes every time I attempt to open it. Deleted,reinstalled still crashes.. I’ve never played a mobile game with this many issues. Do better.

i can’t even add black Samson to my team because i get stuck in the dialogue screen. i tap the screen and nothing changes.

I was level 42 I had almost every character including thragg and I logged on today and I was back to level one with nothing I don’t know what happened but it’s super annoying I need my stuff back
Too Bad…
I really wanted to love this game. In the beginning, it was a blast-especially as a fan of the show. Collecting characters and building teams was fun, and it felt like something I could stick with long-term.
Unfortunately, that didn’t last.
The game now won’t let me access the GDA server, which means I can’t use Alliance features at all. On top of that, it constantly freezes, making it frustrating just to play basic parts of the game. What’s worse is hearing from other players that these issues have been around for years without being properly fixed.
It’s a shame, because the core of the game is actually really enjoyable. But when major features don’t work and stability is this bad, it becomes impossible to keep playing.
This had the potential to be a long-term game for me, but because of ongoing bugs and lack of fixes, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Needs a lot of rework
Fun game for sure and it’s nice to leave idle but the battles all across are very inconsistent. It doesn’t make sense how an enemy battle that has 5k-10k more power than my team loses easily to me but then another fight will occur and my team that is stronger by 30k power difference will lose.
There are times where the boss battles are easier than the simple fights. Again this game is cool but there’s just way too much inconsistency where your power really doesn’t matter.

Decent Game, but deals double charge you.
While the game is fun I saw one of my notifications over double the amount agreed to in the the deal. Granted some of it was taxes but it was the same transaction twice in the same transaction. So I would not buy anything from them until that gets solved. This wasn’t a one time thing, I went ahead and did another cheaper one to check, and once again over double what was agreed too. Whoever’s working that bit, good luck. Bet you owe a good amount of money back to customers.

Ridiculous Pay to Play
I honestly think they are joking with the prices in the store, like is anyone actually paying $100 for some recruitment cards? If you don’t pay real money, it takes forever trying to level up your characters, and there isn’t much you can do but wait till your GDA timer is up to collect. This could be a decent game but it needs a mode you can play actively and one that gives enough resources to actually matter.
