Crashes all the time after update
Love this game. But unfortunately I can’t play it at all anymore because it crashes instantly.

Glitched game
Can’t get past the first scene because the continue button doesn’t work, tried deleting and redownloading, everything and it won’t work, several other people across reddit have been having this issue for over a year and ubisoft has yet to produce a solution. Yall lose money not letting people play 😂

Spent money on the game and the last update bricked it. I can’t even log in and when I go to their customer service they ignore what I say and just tell me to try what I said I already did. It’s fun when it works but don’t waste real money on it like I did play then delete it when it stops logging you in

Unplayable game
I’ve been un able to play the game for a little over 2 weeks now…. My game worked fine for 2 years… now I can’t do anything but play campaign and when I lose it gives me an error anyways…. Tried contacting support and all they do is tell you to troubleshoot, once you say that doesn’t work. They swiftly end the conversation. Why make updates to your game that just completely nuke the game for some people? Maybe make them optional or figure out how to update a game correctly. Never had this poor of experience with any other game… but hey it’s Ubisoft so i don’t know why I’m surprised.
Why the game is bad
In the early stages, I was incredibly drawn into the game. Constant events, new heroes, a campaign, and a ton of other stuff. The lack of ads was worth it. After hitting the 20-hour mark, I started to notice my progress slowing. Events saved the day, but leveling up my heroes became increasingly difficult without donations. It got so bad that in PvP arenas, you simply became incompetent against other players. Even though you could level up your heroes, you were still a burden and weaker than everyone else. The difference became more noticeable when you logged in every day. You compare your account with other players and realize that every time you upgraded your hero, you actually became weaker compared to everyone else. In-game artifacts, totems, and armor became impossible to acquire, and you were stuck at the same level you were when you first logged in. It's great when there's room for development, but when that devolves into constant grinding of heroes and waiting for events, you get bored. At first, the game can be addictive with its variety, but then you accept your progress as a fact and log in every day to heartlessly collect daily rewards, lose a couple of matches in PvP arenas, and then quit. Knowing that a MG is free-to-play, you expect to see microtransactions. There are some here, too, but their number is insane. Instead of gameplay, you're offered to speed up your progress by purchasing bonuses. But even if you buy them, you get a better offer, and the game descends into a blatant scam. Despite all the pitfalls, I wouldn't recommend the game, but some fans of the "Unbreakable" universe may never get tired of such spongy gameplay. But for casual fans, it's completely unacceptable and unplayable.

It’s not a bad game. It’s quality and but it has an obnoxious flaw. Once you get to a certain point you’re either going to have to grind for months to get ahead unless you buy something to get ahead.
From there on you gotta pay even more to get further ahead. It’s unfortunate a pay to win game. A month of gameplay can be outdone by a $20 transaction and not everyone wants to blow hundreds of dollars on a game that you don’t even play but just collect heroes. Not worth the time tbh
Yea, games need to make money but the prices are absurd like $50 for a single character at a higher rarity. A character you’d have to pay for again just to keep upgrading it at that point.

character levels and strength are not accurate when it comes to battles. you will be matched up to someone either too strong or too weak. the new mode they added is not fun and makes no sense. id pass

This potential could be the greatest game ever. However, it continually misleads its players and only does things for this game that will ensure the developers and the makers of this game receive the most amount of money as possible.

This app, is downloadable for me, it’s kind of weird that it requires me to download more after I already installed it onto my device.

pEAy to win
The game is great they have every single hero and villain you could ask for, a story line that somewhat follows the one of the show… but if you want to even compete in the story mode you have to spend at least 15$ to level up your line up enough to get past the 4th chapter and that’s if you’re lucky and get S tier level hero’s/villains that are strong enough to deal with a level 200 omni-man with elite armor. I’m genuinely addicted to this game but it’s either wait 2 days for anything meaningful to happen or buy your way to the top and I’m unwilling to pay 40$ for 5 of the same hero and barely enough points to level him up to level 30.
