App still freezing up
Hi devs, what’s going on with this app? For the last 5 days or so, it freezes every time I try to search for a wine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still same problem.
Scummy producers
Using local wine shops to shoot low quality ads without the decency of even notifying them is scummy. Just swapped over everything to Cellar Tracker for the reliability and consistency.
Won’t Let Me Log In
I downloaded this app, tried to set it up but it wont let me log in. It says the email is already in use so I click to reset, it sends me an email, tells me to click the reset button but all it does it take me back to the original sign in/create screen but still will not allow me to reset my password. Really bummed.

Pricing data
For every wine that I purchased and I input in the InVintory database I included my purchase price. Up until a while ago I could see the total price that I paid. Now InVintory is telling that they will not share the data that I input for my cellar without paying a fee for the market price update. These are unrelated- I input the price I paid, I should have a right to see it without the market price upsell.
Columbia view broken
Last update removed easy access to my cellar. This is probably the time to change because every update gets worse. I seriously wonder if they own wine. I want to see my cellar and don’t want to rate wine in this app.
Ridiculous bug
Updates the app today before adding many bottles of wine. Once finished I discovered that the app did not save any of the locations I entered! What a horrible waste of time.
My access to the app has disappeared
I found this app super useful-except now it tells me I have no account. So I entered a lot of bottles of wine, and now I have no inventory listing? I might as well just do a spreadsheet.
New version doesn't work
Updated the App, now it won't open and get a quit unexpectedly message.

App is almost unusable after this update. It’s like there was zero testing. Please fix quickly!!
Why did they mess with perfection?
Don’t understand why the development team changed the interface. It was perfect. Now everything is buggy. When you choose a bottle and want to move it to a different position, you can’t ever scroll down to all of your shelves on a fridge to choose the one you want. Also, for some reason, when you are in your fridge and click an open spot, it won’t generate bottles that aren’t already placed in a position. EVERYTHING WAS FINE BEFORE YOU MESSED WITH IT! There is no more like neutral or hate option so you can archive the wine and decide to rebuy or not. It’s like they decided to change all the good things. Don’t understand it. I’ve been using this app for years…very frustrated.
Many Missing or Incorrect Wines
Many wines are missing or incorrect. You cannot edit. You can only submit for review. They never reply to a review. This was just to play with personal bottles at home. As someone who runs cellars for a living and as someone with OCD who likes his wines labeled perfectly, this app is not for me. And certainly not for anyone on a professional level from what I have seen. Not at all impressed. Disappointed, honestly.
Can I revert back to the old version?
The updated version of the app is abysmal. It’s clunky, hard to navigate, too much going on, horrible user experience. The app is so good in idea but they keep shooting themselves in the foot
Import is a joke
I can’t get my list from Cellar Tracker over. I think they send the the list overseas and cheap labor types in the wine list. Not very intuitive if you ask me.
Waste of time
The user interface us too clunky for my taste. Will uninstall/delete at my first opportunity.
Lousy Support
Slick looks but no substance. Lots of bugs. The technical support is amateur level. I would not invest time or money and look at VinoCell instead.
Miserable All Around
Horrendous UX. The image recognition works 10% of the time. The wine list “importer” is a scam. There is no auto-import, instead it’s a way to collect your email so they can “curate” your list, which is something they tell you only after you burn time on the exercise.
You should be able to click on a shelf and add a wine in real time, but instead, you have to add it to your inventory first. What a horrible waste of time and shows literally zero thought was put into this app.
They’re definition of rows and columns is incorrect when you set up your fridge. Rows are horizontal and columns are vertical…this is literally 101 stuff.
You’re also unable to add bottles from the web app. A simple type to search would be very simple to add

This company is flat out terrible
I have tried for a week to get access to the application and upgrade to Prestige which actually makes the app semi useful. $9.99 a month for no access , unrecognized id and a run around from support. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND COMPANY.

Poor response time
I get frequent outages or non responses. I am used to getting good response like Vivino. This is a very slow and non working App. If responses were up and one could create a cellar as it says you should then it would be great. For now really poor

Wow history wiped!
Yeah given this a 2 because there are aspect I have liked and it is my first app. However, upon taking a few months away from doing inventory… my updated wine rack locations are gone and back to the original location…

Great promise, but database just unacceptably empty.
Enjoyed this for about a year or so, full featured and now apparently adding some sort of AI assistant. Unfortunately, I’m finding the scan label fails to identify a new bottle over half the time. I’m tired of typing in the label information only to scroll through page after page of wrong guesses. The search continues for an app with a comprehensive database of wines. $10 a month to tell the app what’s new? No thank you.
