Scammer Alert !
At first, the app worked perfectly and did exactly what it was supposed to do. Because of that, I decided to subscribe to the Premium plan to access all features.
However, after a recent update, the app stopped working properly on my phone. The preview function no longer works and only shows a template instead of the actual invoice. The only way to use it properly is by logging in online, which defeats the purpose of having the app.
I contacted support immediately. They acknowledged the issue and said it would be escalated to their engineering team. That was on February 6, and since then we’ve been going back and forth. As of today, May 1, the issue is still not resolved.
I understand that updates can sometimes cause problems, but taking 3 months without a fix is unacceptable-especially for a paid Premium subscription. On top of that, there has been no compensation or solution offered for the time I’ve been unable to use the app properly.
Very disappointing experience.

No Auto Save
I just typed an entire estimate. Changed windows (not closed windows, just flipped over to another one) to confirm details and when I returned to my Invoice Maker window the entire estimate disappeared. Not cool. A lot of work went into creating the document and now it’s just gone. So much working smarter and not harder.

Predatory Billing
I used this app one time upon downloading it, and was charged $10.79 every WEEK for months. I didn’t notice these transactions because I have other Apple charges for $9.99. Apple refuses to refund any of the charges, The app/support is of no assistance. If you sign up for this app WATCH YOUR BILLS

Confirm Free Trial
^^Today is Jan 22 2026 and I just got a response from INVOICE MAKER if that lets you know their response time.
No Refunds on the 99.99 plan if it doesn’t explicitly say Free Trial. I tried it for a day and it did not fulfill some of my needs and immediately canceled and tried requesting refund. Apple did not let me refund. I’m not reviewing the app itself, just the business practices behind the app.

No customer service
It’s ridiculous that you can’t get any help with an issue. I’m being messaged that it may take up to three hours before I could get a solution to my problem. My problem itself is that I sent an invoice, but didn’t sign up for stripes. Not realizing that I needed stripes. To make a long story short my client sent the payment using a debit card. Now, what do I do?

Misleading Subscription - Charged Without Clear Consent
I downloaded this app but never used it. There was no clear subscription confirmation or pricing screen, yet I was automatically charged $9.99 per week. The plan name “Week Plus Tofu” is vague and does not indicate it is a paid subscription.
I only discovered the charge when checking my billing history. I canceled immediately, but the refund request was denied with no option to appeal.
The subscription design is extremely unclear and misleading. Please be cautious before downloading this app to avoid unexpected charges like mine.

Refund my $196.37 please
Since I notified you right away that I have no use for this app and the charge was unexpected, $196.37 I’m respectfully asking you to please submit this refund approval note to Apple so that the refund can be processed. Unlike the other apps Invoice Maker has a “toggle” that needs to be pressed in order to attain the free trial. I didn’t realize this and had no intention of purchasing for $196.37. Literally, 10-20 minutes after looking to see how this app worked, I’m charged this ridiculous fee. I cancelled immediately only to be denied twice by Apple.
