Setting to English does nothing
All notifications are still in Italian despite setting the app to English. What’s the point?

This app is a joke. I have lost three hours this morning trying to pay bills. I am trying to give these people money and they make it impossible
Non funziona
Come tutte le cose della Amministrazione Pubblica Italiana, questa app è una farsa immane. Difficilissimo pagare se non si ha uno dei pochi servizi di pagamento ammessi. Ho dovuto ripetere le transazioni più volte, anche perché la app si inceppa in continuazione.
Documenti non accessibili senza Internet
La tanto pubblicizzata possibilità di avere patente e tessera sanitaria nell’app non funziona se non c’è segnale… quindi i documenti fisici li devi sempre avere con te. Capita spesso di stare in un edificio con mura così spesse che non c’è campo. L’idea è buona, ma l’implementazione lascia a desiderare.
Inoltre i pagamenti online tramite QR code spesso non funzionano perché i vari gestori rifiutano la carta. A volte funzionano a volte no. E’ un terno al lotto…

Requires long registration process. Useless for travelers.
Not good foe English speakers and couldn’t make it work!
I went for a COVID test in order to return from a trip to Italy from USA. The email with results of my test had links and instructions to download the app and register with an authorization code. It never worked and I spent two hours on trying. Very frustrating. I gave up and used the piece of paper the pharmacy gave me. How about the selection of a language other than Italian?
Long way to go
Ottima l’idea di app, ma decisamente pessima l’implementazione. Male male. Non funziona nulla. A cash back inziato l’app ha ancora la sezione wallet “under maintenance” e non supporta applepay.
Fa ridere (o piangere)
L’app non funziona, tutte le volte c’è un problema per entrare... e se dopo svariati tentativi si riesce ad entrare, si trova il nulla: dentro non c’è niente di utile.

Unreliable and inaccurate
It works on luck... I have got the certificate automatically once, then it was marked expired , even if it wasn’t true. I got an updated certification after the boost and there is no way to see it working on this app. I think the idea is good, but they need to resolve some basic data management.
