Pop up ads even with premium subscription
This app is quite ridiculous!! It constantly shows pop up ads even with premium subscriptions. If you are watching a video and had to pause, ads will pop up every single time you return to your video and there will also be ads every time you launch the app.
The app also only gives you about 1 second to respond to whether you want to skip introductory content at the beginning of each episode-making it a mission impossible.

AI Slop
Previously I would have rated this app a 4 or 5 stars. I love the selection of shows, and preferred it to Viki. But with the introduction of AI-generated shows and movies, and launching its Nadou Pro suite AI toolkit, I’m going to cancel my VIP subscription and stop using the app altogether. What a huge disappointment.
Great Content But
As a Premium VIP subscribers, we shouldn’t have all these problems and issues such as constant buffering, and “unable to load page” messages all the time. Why haven’t we been given the option to keep track of what we watch? So many movies and series and no way to keep up with them all.

Casting to chrome
Of the 5 titles I attempted to watch after resubscribing today, 4 were not available to cast to my tv. This site just gets worse and worse. This is the third time I’ve had issues with the mess they call a site, and unsubscribed, and the last ever.

Ok, don’t get me wrong, the selection of shows and the layout reminds me so much of Viki so that’s not a bad start. What you might find annoying is the fact that although you paid for VIP premium and the fact that it states skippable ads, you still do in fact get ads.

Windows 11 app issue
The app on Microsoft Window PC doesn’t even have a download button how can I download a video or watch a video on 4k res. I paid for the vip premium version and this is what I get it’s a totally scam

Paid for two different tier subscriptions for what? I still have ads it’s glitchy… way better Asian apps out there to watch your favorite shows. Read the fine print on what you are buying before you subscribe because all it is is a money grab. Very disappointed.
Keeps freezing
Keeps freezing frequently. Their customer service is also horrible. They charged me twice and blamed me for setting up two accounts which made no sense since I signed up on the same device and app. I was charged 9.99 per month for 5 months after I signed up for their annual membership. According to them it was my responsibility to cancel the monthly recurring charge after purchasing their annual membership. Just be careful to not repeat my mistake because they will not do anything about it.
Ads even while paying for Premium - Really annoying
The app has good features and good dramas. But why tf can’t I pause a drama without seeing as ad? Especially as someone who PAYS for premium. It makes NO SENSE.
Dumb dramas
This app only offers lowest common denominator dramas. I cannot find any of the classics like Nirvana in Fire or 笑傲江湖

The subtitles fill the entire middle the screen. Hard to watch the movie with subtitles in the way. There is no option to fix this issue. There also needs to be an option on categories that feature alternative lifestyles. Almost every other movie shown supports LGBTQ. I’m not anti LGBTQ but I don’t wish to see it at all. Just a life choice for me. The search engine is pitiful.

I started a free trial and when I realized I wasn't interested in it's content I tried unsuccessfully to cancel. So far I've been billed monthly . I have sent 2 Please Refund emails with no success. Today on its website I found and clicked on Delete Account which I'm not sure will be successful.

Can’t watch anything
I’m not sure how I was able to watch until this week but now I can’t watch anything. I don’t think it’s available in the USA but I was able to watch until now. The thing is I paid for the yearly thing but it was for the trial or promotion thing which I forgot to cancel before they could charge me. So my vip premium doesn’t expire until later this year. But I literally can’t watch anything. It’ll hit me with the age verification and I don’t have a Korean phone number and it says I can’t watch it in my location.
Worst ever app
I downloaded this app for c or k dramas. It was all male on male gay shows. I have tried cancelling my subscription, but it only keeps renewing it. You can’t get a person. You can’t cancel it based on online instructions. Extremely frustrated and need to warn y’all before signing up.

Even with premium they force you to watch app intro ADS that restarts everything you leave the app to respond to a text or something. The app is AD annoying to a level that is ridiculous. Viki premium at least doesn’t do this. Like I get it.. there is a new show out. I’ll watch it later.
Ads even if you pay Diamond VIP
This is one of the worst drama apps. Even with diamond vip, the highest tier they offer, they will have ads pop up on top of the drama as it’s playing and you must x out of it. Who wants to see a freaking ad on top of a character’s face in the middle of an engrossing scene… mind you… 3 minutes into the episode! They put an ad at the beginning of every episode that you must skip. They put an ad up every time you pause and you must x out of it. It’s just ads, ads, ads, ads! I just wanna watch my drama uninterrupted in peace. I’m willing to pay for it too, but instead it’s death by a thousand freaking ads!

Love the options but the sound goes in and out
This app has so many great options for short and long dramas and the translations are great, but the sound goes in and out all of the time without any clear reason. It’s not worth a subscription if I can’t hear the music and the voices, even if I don’t understand the language. Great quality video, though.

When continuing a drama the app never remembers what episode I’m on and where I am in the episode. Also I keep getting random ads while watching that take me out of full screen mode, which is annoying since I am paying for VIP.

I just paid for premium, it took it off my credit card then when I went to sign in it advised I needed to pay. Now I have to contract my credit company and refuse payment.

So glad there’s a $1.99 one month trial membership! Not impressed at all. Subtitles fly by so fast I’m not able to catch all the words and I much prefer the Asian drama shorts on other drama apps!

paying premium subscription.... ad when i pause the video. i accidentally click on ad. it takes me away. i return. suddenly i cant x out the ad. i have to minimize my screen. then full screen again. THEN i can press play. ok buddy.
VIP subscription
As their subscription services are on the pricier side, I had planned in advance to cancel after my first month with them. But I had issues with cancelling the subscription, even though I tried doing so several days before the renewal as well as on the day of renewal. I thought I had cancelled successfully until the day of renewal, when I saw I was charged again. I immediately contacted their customer service in hopes of getting a refund since this is my first subscription to their membership, ever. However they are only reachable by email and so I emailed them. On each response in our email thread, they were unflexible and simply explained that I “should cancel” if I didn’t want VIP anymore, a concept I am more than familiar with as I simply did not know HOW to cancel.
Frustrated
This app needs to fix its serious playback problems. It’s not buffering. It absolutely freezes, freezes, and a lot, right in the middle of watching a show. Then you have to get out of that episode, run a different episode, then go back to the one you on, and sometimes, you have to do that a couple of times. How not enjoyable is that!! I wrote to them and got absolutely no help at all. I’m going to try Vicki. I hate leaving because they have a great selection, but I just can’t deal with this huge flaw and no customer support, none.
Issues with buffering
A few changes could make this app much better. The constant buffering is annoying. Some episodes are worse than others, every few minutes so you’re constantly interrupted. I’ve never had an issue with any other streaming services except this one. There is also no way to change the subtitle size. Sometimes they are too small and hard to read. There is also no support in English.
Needs major fixes
Honestly i really like the variety of series i can watch on this app but tbh using it isnt a fun experience. I turned off my local networks permission and it still tries to detect my tvs so i can watch there when i dont want to i also pay for vip and they still shove ads in your face every 3 seconds if you exit the app for more than 2 seconds and reopen you suddenly have giant pop ups for random series on your screen not to mention when you initially open the app theres a big pop up ad that you cant even click out of until its over and this is all with paying for expensive vip. You cant even click a series to read the description without it starting to play so i always have a bunch of random series im not even watching in my watch history. Dont even get me started on the TV app on the loading screen they claim that its “Better on tv” yeah no. On the tv app theres one big thing missing thats on EVERY streaming service, a search bar 😐If i want to watch a series on my tv i have to go on my phone and open the show on it and go to my watch history on the tv to even find the series. The subtitles also suck on tv they are thin small and white and makes it very hard to read and there is no way to edit them! So yeah this app kinda sucks but i still use it even though at this point i get less ads on an illegal website than a streaming service that im paying for
Giant green popups
The only way to make it stop is to lock the video. Literally nobody needs to see this more than once. Make it stop.
