For hours together Im unable to create my account. There is no clear detail in the error. Feels like the reliability if this online service is questionable. Is an understatement. This is probably the first time a new customer of railways interact with railways - and its such a downer.

Your app basically sucks. The problem is, whenever I go to authenticate with my Aadhaar card, it says the date of birth in the profile and the Aadhaar card don’t match. I’ve checked it fifty thousand times; the date of birth is the same in both the profile and the Aadhaar card, yet it still doesn’t work. I tried to create a support case, and that idiot was teaching me to change the date of birth in the profile. Do I look like such a fool that I don’t understand? Nowadays, people in India are educated, but the people who make apps like you are the fools. Either fix your app, or hire me, and I’ll fix it for you.
Fix the app and backend for logging in
We create the Login ID and When we login OTP is sent to both Email and Phone.
In case we loose our phone then we are not able to get OTPs.
In case we need to change the phone number it is again sending OTP to old phone number which we don’t have.
The help desk phone 14646 is not working and gives error.
The help desk number is requesting to open a ticket.
Please make provision to change phone numbers, email addresses and add 2 factor authentications and MFA authentication

It is very annoying to see Apple Face ID Password expiration warning from third party app. Fix this

Announcement box blocks registration
When you try to register, an announcement popup blocks the page and you cannot click out of it.
Not designed for iPhone user
During registration process it opens alert and app doesn’t give access to ok button and user can’t scroll down.
Not able to authenticate
This app opens URCTC account. The DOB format in the profile is DD-Month-YYYY (01-Dec-2015). While authentication with Aadhar, It reads DD-MM-YYYY (01-12-2015). It fails authentication. It’s dumb.

Alert message issues
Can’t press the ok button in the mobile app iOS device when the alert me popped up

Worse portal
Worse portal i have ever used. Its get logout automatically in between the process and very wired to use. Govt should develop a good site for people.
Get your app tested
Stop wasting tax payer money by creating such a bad user experience . Try registering as a new user on the ios app
OTP for international users not working
This must be one of the most frustrating apps in the store. Happily registered me and took my credit for mandatory registration fee. But cannot send simple OTP to my Phone. Really pathetic for an app.
Unable to register
I tried using to register using multiple times, it never sent a OTP to either my phone number or email address. After i waited and tried to resend the otp, it said the maximum otp limited wS reached for the day.

Horrible Registration process in iPhone
Tried installing the app. Keeps saying that my mobile phone is already registered. On iPhone, numerous tries are required to get to the registration screen.

Worst App & Support
The previous version of IRCTC app was working perfectly. But this new one doesn’t work at all. Previously it was shutting down as soon as I tried to check my bookings or book a new ticket. But since last two days it’s giving an error “ Network connection was lost”. I even called help desk couple of times but it seems the team is full of dumb people. Hope this issue is resolved soon
Impossible as foreigner
Its impossible as a foreigner to book tickets through here. When they request to send OTP to your mobile number its only for people with +91 area code. Make it available for international people!

The worst of the worst
Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. No regards to usability. Seems like designed and by developed by elementary school kids. For 90% of the things, the app throws you into a browser, outside of the app making the app kinda just a bookmarks manager.

While booking shows 485 seats available, After payment ticket I got was TQWL 55… worst app, worst government service, worst India… total corruption happening under the table, before independence the British peoples was better, when we compare to now.

Just like the Trains always dirty always late run by the world’s finest dumb people. This App has inherited the legacy of Indian Railways having Stupid features made by a bunch of Tings. At least they could have outsourced this App. Oh wait they didn’t know they could.

Worst App - Typical Sarkari App
No proper testing done to support iOS users, OTPs will never arrive instantly wheter its email or on Mobile. Sarkari babu sign off on testing as they sign on Papers with Thook. I thook on this application.

Worst App I have ever seen, even website is like that. Unable to book tickets and page logouts for every click and it’s so frustrating. This app definable needs lots and lots of improvements. Hope they improve the user experience in future
Fix the password change bug open since 3+ years
When trying to reset the password, no matter what you type it just gives an error "Password should have alphabets and number only". I found a workaround to bypass the stupid error by typing text in alternating case.

Literally , it’s not user friendly app. “Clunky and outdated app - slow, confusing, and not at all user-friendly compared to other booking options.”
Unable to access site
From USA traveling on an extended holiday and have been trying for 3 days to enable use. When I try to login to my account , I enter user name, password, and Captha but never receive OTP. So I submitted a help ticket which also sends OTP. I did receive that OTP but never one to login to my account.
