Can’t even sign up!
I can’t say if this is good app or not because I got stuck at just the join page! Sends me code, I enter it and it says it’s not correct.Doesn’t matter if I enter manually or copy from phone. Then I try to contact customer service and fill out the form, but I can’t send it to them because it’s only for after you have an account. So it won’t accept my phone number because it’s not connected to an active account. So I can’t send the help form. I was hoping this would be better than Life360 but so far it’s highly frustrating.
Too many pop ups
Whenever I open the app, ads swarm my screen. It’s so slow and it takes forever to take it off my screen. I use this apps for emergencies and the pop ups are frustrating. They’re annoying and get in the way

Stop asking me to turn notifications on
I’ve had this app for over a year and it’s worked great to location share between my iPhone and my husbands android, however, I recently updated to a newer phone and since re-installing this app it asks me to turn on notifications every time I open it, sometimes multiple times without even switching between apps. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it just keeps harassing me to the point I’m looking at other location trackers to replace it. Super disappointing

Not Showing Movement
I have the paid subscription and after the last update tracking movement is not working. I’ll pull up the app and it is only showing my children’s icon in the last place they were. No movement even though I know they driving down the interstate. PLEASE FIX TO SHOW REALTIME MOVEMENT AND LOCATION! I’M PAYING FOR THIS!

1st, I did not purchase this app, 2nd I did not even get a subscription, and also why are they so expensive bro. 3rd, even if I download it I would still delete it.
Horribly Infuriating
The pop-ups in this app are relentless and annoying. There is no setting to turn them off. If you have to open this app constantly, you will be raging. If you only have to track another iPhone, I would recommend just using the Find My app that Apple already comes with.
DO NOT USE IN AN INSECURE RELATIONSHIP
For an insecure relationship, this is the worst app. I gave him this app so he could feel more secure. But it has done quite the opposite. Inaccuracy is out of this world. I will drive to the mall and it will say that I stopped in the restaurant next to it. It will show that I left the mall 4 times. And then on my drive home I pulled over on the side of the road. So according to my boyfriend, I cheated on him 6 times while I was shopping for valentine gifts with my kids. Then it shows that I’m at my house until 3:30am and then shows I leave my house at 7:30 am. So from 3:30-7:30 he thinks I left my house , which I did not. So now he broke up with me. After a year and a half relationship, we are done because the app shows I’m a cheater. This is just one day of examples out of hundreds. I’m sick of the drama I get from it. Every. Single . Day.
The links don’t work
I downloaded the free trial. I added one contact from my directory sent them a link then I noticed I was unable to add any other contacts to the app. The one contact I did send the link to was unable to open it. It comes back with a message from Safari saying it’s a bad address. Since it’s a free trial that automatically converts to an annual subscription to the end of seven days I immediately went into my subscriptions and canceled it. Hard to believe that this thing could have 30 million users and they’re sending out broken links.

Worst app ever!
Your at home and it’s tell me I’m across the street and in someones backyard. Or it tell you that you stopped at so on so house when you just went by it and didn’t stop. So how is that accurate. I was happy until I started seeing how inaccurate it is and that can’t tell someone just meet at my location because it’s not the right location. So I’m

It’s pretty bad
It doesn’t update our location even after we’ve been gone from a place for an hour already, which it should really update immediately. If that doesn’t even work, that defeats the purpose of this app

Unable to add any friends. The invite messages will not send. Gathers my information and then nothing in the app works.

What’s the deal? The satellite seems to be off track or something. The subscription price is too high for such inaccurate information. Glass I didn’t buy another year!
Places and Timing
This app is a pretty good alternative to Life360, but at times, it lags a significant amount. It is what I would call “good enough”, however. I am also frustrated that you can only mark one “place” to get alerts upon leaving and arriving, as well as being unable to make the radius for a place smaller (though I can let that one slide as maybe their software can’t pinpoint that precisely). I think the free app should get you two freebie Places and more than that would be behind the paywall. I’m planning to jump ship the instant I can get Life360, but if changes are made I’d be willing to keep using this app.

The App Store stated that the app was completely free, but there was a hidden subscription after sign-up and it would cost you $80 per year instead of the completely free advertisement. Many apps do this and I think it is unacceptable.
Location doesn’t update
We used to love this app but recently it hasn’t been updating for days. Unfortunately it looks like it might be time to find a different app to use
Stopped working
My husband and mom’s location haven’t been updated in 3 days. I have turned my phone off and on. I un-instilled the app and reinstalled. Checked the settings. As well as theirs, and it’s still the same. This app worked so well but as of lately, it hasn’t worked at all. Quite frustrating.
