I’ve been using this app for many years now. First , Apple TV won’t work. Screen mirroring won’t work. I play straight to my Lg tv, the quality plays 240p. Cmon now. Please fix this. We know Filipinos are good in this kind of stuff

NEED ENGLISH SUBTITLES
I thoroughly enjoy watching Filipino movies and shows on this app, which is a cherished activity that my mother and I engage in regularly. However, I believe that the application could benefit from some improvements. Notably, the majority of the older shows and movies available on the platform lack English subtitles. While I acknowledge that not all content may be accessible, this omission is particularly disappointing, especially considering that we pay a monthly subscription fee. Although we are not Filipino, we hold a deep appreciation for the culture and aspire to feel included. Consequently, it is disheartening when we are unable to watch our favorite shows without English subtitles. I kindly request that the developers address this matter.

Too expensive and buggy app
Its now 2025 and its still really buggy. too expensive for very limited content. The app is very buggy and badly formatted. $13 dollars is $2 dollars away from a netflix or an Hbomax subscription and they have way more content. Even Epix is only $6. Anyways my mom wants to subscribe so here we are. At least fix your app.

With the new app, suddenly we have to re-login every few days
We use this app from a single TV, have been paying for TFC monthly for decades (originally via satellite), and requiring non-technical users to login utterly ruins their user experience, until someone technical can help them. Thanks for making TFC hard to use.
Horrible Update
The new update is so terrible! I can no longer use chromecast to watch on the big TV. Airplay is unreliable!! Please revert to the previous version!!! 😡😡😡
Auto shuts down
Shuts down and returns to the Home Screen and my show could not be found on the recently watched and I have to search again. The episodes also returns to episode 1.
Need improvement
Tuwing panonoorin ko yung batang quiapo kailangan ko hit yung down arrow mula season 1 sa umpisa. Ang haba pa naman. Ayusin niyo naman yung app niyo sa roku. Separate niyo by season. Kasi ang hirap pag nag reset yung app niyo at bawat season ang daming episodes bago maabot ang season 3. ☹️
Not working good
Every turn there’s problems in this app, you would think it should be fix by now as a paying customer we deserve better service on this app as if $13.99 is not enough every month

Missing large portions of It’s Showtime
It’s Showtime is missing the TNT portion. Even during the Magpasikat, the performances were edited out. From one of the commemts, you responded if we missed the window, we will be watching an edited general version. Why? We are paying customers, we should be able to view the complete program. Before you make your updates, you should fix this issue first.

Streaming issues
I pay to watch the movies and shows but it doesn’t even let me stream. What’s the point of paying for it when it’s doesn’t even load. It’s 2025 you would think this is no longer an issue. It just keeps giving me an error everytime I try to play something.

Remote problem from tv app
I have been having problems watching tfc from my tv. Unable to go back to home setting after opening one movie you cant go back to home page. I have updated my app, deleted and reinstalled still having the same problem for more than a month now! For a monthly subscriber that pays for years now, i hope you can do something about it. Also the app dont have customer service section that i can call or even send messages for problems like this.
Poor App
This is the worst app for I want TFC. It’s slow and always has technical issues. This is my paid app but now I am cancelling it.

It would be great if you can watch all the programs in another days not just the live or TFC live.

Waste of money
The app doesn’t let you watch the show. For example the ITS SHOWTIME on the tnt they never show the performances of the contestant. Also there’s not enough teleserye. They only have two teleserye. It really is a waste of money

Why do some of the programs that are purported to be available in this application, such as PBB, actually not accessible? May I inquire as to the reason for this discrepancy?
Lack of shows
I have been 5-8 yrs now having this app and paying it month to month. But from last year to now they are been lacking off from shows that we can watched like every episode example for PGT (Pilipinas Got Talent) I grew up watching those shows and I was happy when I saw it having their own album with every episode on march 29 2025. But upon checking on april 1st 2025 I couldn’t search it anymore! I guess it was taken down? That’s so unfair to be only watch it Live? People in America works different hours we don’t have time to watch on live and missed the show. Paying it month to month is kinda not worth it anymore. Like how after other shows end like Incognito and Batang Quiapo on live after it will be a show from year 2022 or 2023!? Seriously I want TFC can it be better?

Chrome Cast
The App is no longer showing the casting option with chrome cast, though access to local network is on, and both apps updated, really disappointing
Where did all the shows go
I know youre working out kinks. Thanks for fixinf your app error in LG but would you pls add more of the older shows/series like you had before whole new look update? Who cares about the looks if you dont have that many shows to watch? Most the great shows dropped off from original tfc app before gma came in the pic. How long are we supposed to wait for all of those shows to be restored? They just give out a generic answer…
Also would love if we can pull up different genres or search accurately. Whats sad is they dont really have enough shows anymore to search from anyway:(

English subtitles!!!!
I’m about to cancel my account because all of a sudden all of the shows no longer have English subtitles. I’m watching from the us. Y’all need to fix this wth🤦🏽♀️
Always Having Issues
I pay almost 24 a month to watch both stations for all the videos to be down almost once every week or sometimes every three days. You need to fix your issues it always says “we experienced a playback error. Please retry to continue watching”. If Im being honest with you it’s not worth subscribing to this especially when it’s always having errors. I was really looking forward to watching Pulang Araw.

I was having fun watching the shows and movie then all of a sudden i can’t play any movies or shows anymore. It’s just keep saying ppe-1004 playback error. I did everything i restarted my phone i uninstalled and reinstalled my app and it’s still doing the same thing. I hope yall could fix it or help me fix it. It’s the only way that could watch pinoy movies and i don’t got any issues only this one.

We’re barely at a month or so with the subscription, and we’ve noticed a few things.
1. Because some shows contain over 500 episodes, there should be a way to get to an episode without always having to scroll to find a certain episode.
2. There isn’t a skip intro option
3. For some shows when you get to a certain episode it just stops playing completely. I’ve tried their troubleshoot instructions online, but no luck.

App not working right after update
Since the last update my screen on my iPhone will not rotate anymore ( it used to be ) when I rotate my phone . So I can access my physical volume button on the top of the cell while watching. Which I can do with my Netflix and Prime or YouTube. But on my iPad it will still rotate my screen when I change the orientation of my device. Help please???
NEW UPDATE??
Although I like this new update bc it gives hbo max similiraties, but the some of the episodes are missing!!!! You can watch the missing episodes but you can never go back to watch it or find the episodes. For ex: season 2 Wild flower. Season 2 Ep.11 then the next episode is from Season 1 Ep. 12 wth is that????? Fix it!!! The only way to watch the missing episodes is by finishing it but you can never go back if you missed one!!!!! I'd rather bring the old version back.
Riddled with bugs
Won’t prompt me to access local network so I can stream, can’t even enable in settings. Loading screen will play while I’m in the homepage. Just not polished. Need some real developers working on this app with some urgency please. Especially since people are paying for a subscription.
