So you take off the feature for blocking someone on the free side of the app which comes down to safety, and security. In other words, you’re saying someone can decide to stalk me on the app or harass me, but I have to get punished and leave the app because that person decided to harass me.
Then the icing on the cake is you leave the feature to make your pictures disappear on the free side which should be a feature only available for people who are paying for the app.

I don’t text on this app cuz u have to pay for everything even blocking. Video quality is also the worse.

Limit on how many people you can block
They have an "increased limit" of people you can block as a "pro" paid subscription feature, if you're on the regular free version you will be told you cannot block of hide anymore people once you reach their set limit. Being able to block unlimited people isn't a premium exclusive feature to have to pay for, it's a basic safety, privacy, and comfort measure lol. Deleted.
The free version is trash!

This app is a complete disaster. I’ve attempted to use it multiple times, and without fail, every single profile I create gets blocked for “impersonation” - an accusation that’s not only false, but entirely unjustified. I’ve followed every single step, completed every challenge, submitted every required photo, and still get banned for no legitimate reason.
What makes this worse is the apps customer support. Messages go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks - if they even respond at all. There’s zero accountability, zero transparency, and zero willingness to help users who are wrongly penalized.
At this point, I’ve gone through the process so many times, I could be a moderator - which is ironic, because the moderators currently in place seem completely unqualified for the job. Their inability to distinguish between genuine users and actual impersonators is laughable, if it weren’t so frustrating.
The system is broken, the support is nonexistent, and the moderation is an embarrassment.
Save yourself the trouble honestly at this point

Global Search Nightmare
The Global search only benefits the developers. They profit from your trauma by blasting the user’s photo to thousands of guys globally - which allows other users in other parts of the world to inundate your inbox with unnecessary messages. Their solution to this issue is to have you as the user to pay to hide your profile. This shouldn’t be a monetized feature. It’s bad enough to have to encounter unwanted aggressive and unhinged users in other states but to add this global feature and promote as a positive experience is a failure 🤷🏽

I appreciate Jack’d and same owner of Scruff App. You can’t block or hide user due certain amount limit and force you’ve to paid subscription that is really messed up debating have delete both app when you so many creepy weirdo’s.

JACK’D is unfair and treating its clientele unjustifiable poorly and has and has made false accusations and will side with anybody instead of doing proper investigations on maintaining its app they will let anybody make false accusations against you without providing equity amount of proof when you ask for it if I could serve this company and take them to court I would because their treatment is unfair I will also talk to Apple and send a report to them regarding this matter and hope that Apple will take down this app. There are many other apps out here they treat their clientele fairly and will provide proof without a reason

Suspended for unk reason
Hello, I was a faithful user to this app and talked to a few people here and there. I had some flakes same as the rest but just moved on as the game goes. One day, I go to login and it says my account is suspended. I receive no notice of any kind and figure some person reported me in a rage. I have not done anything to anyone that would have warranted such a reaction and the fact that I never got notified is a complete slap in the face. What is the reason for my “suspension” and based on what proof? I will continue to report on this as this is just disgraceful behavior.

I’ve had my account for about four years now and I only use it to connect with friends and people I’m interested in randomly. I tried to log on cause I see I have a message and my account is banned. There is no warning no email no notification just my account is banned. Needs Better Review System for Unfair Suspension
My account was removed without any warning, despite me following the rules and barely using the app. It feels like I was falsely reported, and given the area I live in, I can’t ignore the possibility that racism played a part. It’s disappointing that suspensions can happen without verification. I’ve reached out to support.
Took away unlimited blocks for paid members
I paid extra for the ability to block unlimited jokers on this app and now they’ve put a limit on that. Clearly they don’t care about users’ safety. If this is a glitch they need to correct it immediately otherwise I’m ending my subscription and telling others not to support this fascist app!

they banned me on suspicion of being a minor, then when i emailed them they asked me for a picture of my ID, and for a picture of me holding a piece of paper with a serial number they gave me written on it. Even after completing those task, they refuse to respond back or give me my account back even after proving i’m 19, when the age limit is 17… very unprofessional , very ignorant .
Wrongfully suspended my profile
Stay away from this app they will wrongfully suspended your profile without notice and accuse you of impersonation or violating their guidelines. I was a pro member for years and support makes you jump through hoops to get your account back. It’s not worth the headache just stick with Grindr.

There’s literally an underage child as we speak and for some awful reason I’m unable to report him. This doesn’t look good, it’s unacceptable and downright awful.

So I was minding my business when I got a notification saying that my account has been suspended, which is consigning to me because I I’m all around cool Guy. So as you can imagine, I’m confused until I look and see that they said I violated their guidelines. I haven’t done anything anyone else was doing. Then I remembered that there was a a stalker that texted my phone threatening all my accounts and me already knowing who this person was, and that I haven’t talked to them in years, it started to make sense, but my only question is why would you be able to hurt somebody that you haven’t said a word to like I would understand if that person was harassing and texting sad person every day, but I’ve been at peace with life haven’t bothered anybody just for my account to get reported and suspended it concerning
