No options except Apple Pay
Haven’t eaten here in years. Had a late night and wanted a quick midnight snack, so I thought I’d stop by. I get to the drive-thru line and the employee tells me the store is only taking mobile orders. Frustrated, I have to pull my car out of the drive-thru line, park, and download this app. First off, you can’t check out as a guest, you have to make an account which was an inconvenience. Made the account, put my order in, and then I go to pay. Guess what? You can’t just enter your credit card info like literally any other food order I’ve ever purchased online or on an app. This app ONLY allows you to use a card through Apple Pay, which of course I don’t use and didn’t have set up. At this point I had wasted like 20+ minutes just trying to get some quick late night food only to be met with hassle after hassle. Naturally, I gave up and just left. What a stupid app. It’ll be another decade before I bother trying to eat here again.
Beware!
This app will charge your account but never place the order. Putin a $31 order. It immediately charged my account. Drove 9 miles only to be told they never got the order. Verified I ordered from the right place. It’s the only one in town. Serious bug in the app.
No refund

Not only did they not give me all my food, they make you go inside for mobile orders. Last time I’ll be back.

A lot of hoops to jump through to sign up, just to find out the food is worse than it used to be. Delete.
issues with closed restaurants
there is no way it makes sense to be able to order pay and select drive thru (because it’s SUPPOSED to be 24/7 it’s not) and then show up and there is literally no employees there yet. you basically steal money and then expect peoples to either wait which i did the first time for 10 mins guy shows sup whatever i was cool second time waiting 35 mins they never opened i called trying to get a refund no answer and guess what the app doesn’t let you request or report that it is a waste of time for the customer i am beyond appalled that you can take my money then inconvenience ME by making me go thru the trouble of figuring it out.

Doesn’t show prices
Guess Addresses Don’t Exist?
I would love if I can enter in my home address for delivery. Evidently, I never will. Even after fully uninstalling and reinstalling this accursed app, I get told that the address simply isn’t found. Marvelous! Apparently not a single address exists on this planet!

Should be able to use .75 taco deal in restaurant so I can use ebt or they should have offered me a paper coupon

Worst fast food app ever
Don’t buy in this app. It may change your location. Then you are told to call the store and order was sent to cancel. Only thing is they don’t answer and they have not setup their voicemail. You should be allowed to cancel an order, but that is not the jack in the box way. Also to attempt to get a refund it feels like filing tax paperwork.
Lame you can’t use going through drive thru
With all the technology we have and we can’t use this app for rewards while going through the drive-through, but only inside is absolutely lame. Until they can update this, I am not going to get out of my car to just to get points.
Frustrating
Attempted to create an account, it prompted me to check my email. Which then took me back to the app to sign in which then prompted me back to my email in an endless loop. Ridiculous
WORST APP EVER
This app does not allow me to modify or add cheese to promotional items even if gonna pay for them!!! Also you HAVE to use Apple Pay and I don’t have that! Trash!

I don’t know why companies like yours Insist on attaching some sort of card to your account. Sorry but I trust corps as far as I can throw a baby elephant . Add the option to pay in store . Seriously how hard can it be.
Deleted the app
I play a game that has ads. I try to close the ad and i get redirected to the app on my phone. Just let me close out the ad without opening anything. Infuriating.
APP STOLE FROM ME
Placed an order through the jacks app and I get charged on my card order goes through on my app,
Get to jacks and they tell me they don’t have any pickup under the name so I go back into my jacks app to see that it no longer shows i placed an order
Go to check my card I’m still charged
Was told to email them and got a response been 2 weeks and still no refund

Went from best to worst!
I used to love Jack in the Box, and I would use this app all the time. The reward point system was generous, and they frequently had good deals. Then they started a rule where you can’t redeem a reward and order a deal item in the same order, forcing you to do 2 separate orders. Fine. But then… THE NAIL IN THE COFFIN… one day the amount of points needed to redeem items went up 10X! They must be out of their minds. I haven’t gone back to JITB ever since, and I certainly won’t use their app. Just another greedy franchise with higher prices and lower quality.
