By far one of the worst ones out there! Payouts don’t even come close to what you spend. You can never be up more than you started. Only way to even come close to winning is by betting big but even then bonus rounds are filled with orbs/balls 1/3 of your bet so you can never actually win. You give them hard earned money and they can’t even pay it back with fairness and decency. All these devs should be in jail. Stay away from these conman.
Terrible Company with terrible employees
The choices made as a company are absolutely idiotic! They say they don’t play favoritism, but that’s a lie. You don’t control any sort of reel you interact with beyond pressing spin. They give “options” for you to choose from, and yet, in some scenarios they’ve already selected the outcome before you even see the options you’re to choose from. Nowhere is it stated that it’s not even a choice. If anyone asks - Treasure Trove Cove. Get at least one other player besides you in a room and you can win 3 chests and as soon as it lands, the winnings have already been distributed. That’s before you see the map you choose from. This is EXCLUDING the auto select that happens if you don’t pick in time.

I have not been doing well on magic slots paid for reels just now and this popped up during reels so I decided to give you a review. You need to get the game working right and loosen up the purse strings.
USED TO BE A GOOD GAME
Been a customer for 10 years and had no problems. Now lately if I purchase credits I get a box that says they encountered a technical difficulty. But the money comes out of my bank account right away. That’s when the real fun begins. Just try to get help from someone. Waiting two days now just for a response.time before they issued credits at the non sale price. Had message again to tell them to look at the transaction because I purchased when they were on sale. This is happening every time now and then I have to fight for days and I get it corrected. So far this time they are not even responding.

I gave 3 stars because the game is fun and highly addictive but they play off your addictions by allowing you to win when you purchase coins and when they see you haven’t purchased coins just about every game you play will take your money causing you to have to purchase more coins. Here’s how I know this app has fake user profiles to bait spending money
My husband and played right next to each other for too long, built our user accounts, joined clubs, all of it. He opted to entirely delete his account including stats and “all user likeness” ~2months ago and as of 2 weeks ago I was STILL ABLE TO SEE HIM AS AN ACTIVE FRIEND THAT WAS SPENDING AND PLAYING

This app is the worst, they stole money off me more than once and refuse to refund it, and even I told them I have proof from apple and my bank, then they deleted my account. The entire app is a scam, once you start purchasing coin packages they have some sort of AI algorithm that target users who spend more money, once you make purchases big fish will manipulate your entire gameplay so that you lose all your coins and have to purchase more. It’s their game model. They claim it’s a game of chance but they lie, cheat and steal from you . It’s the worst!!!
