No longer worth it
I've been a subscriber for a number of years but recently both the app and the website have made it impossible to send cards. Nothing loads. I've asked for customer support to look into this and received no reply. Instead of focusing on their lovely niche market, they're suddenly trying to be everything for everyone and honestly, it just doesn't work. If I ever hear back from anyone I'll be asking for a refund for the remainder of my subscription.

Adorable cards but sending still a hassle.
I know I will get used to the new improved system but for now find it frustrating so use much less often.

Perfectly Terrible
I paid for a one year membership costing $36 and sent one ecard. Thereafter, I was not allowed to send another card and was prompted to pay for another year of membership. I sent several emails using their system which were not responded to.
Awful experience
I paid for a one year membership and was allowed to send one Ecard. Thereafter, I was denied to send further Ecards and prompted to pay another $36 if I wanted to send Ecards. So far, two emails for assistance to this vendor have been ignored. A third email was sent at this writing. What a horrible experience!
