التوصيل سيء جداً وبطيء والاكل دايم طايح والمشروبات منتثره
عمال التوصيل صارو يستغلون موضوع وقت التوصيل ساعه يوصل الطلب قبل الساعه ب٥ دقايق كل مره اكلمهم يقول توني استلمت الطلب وانا اشوف التتبع غير صحيح كلامهم .

The notification sound for FIFA is loud, annoying and enraging. App removed. This is a recurring Bad “marketing” move that makes people hate your app.
If i could give this app zero stars I would.
I’m extremely disappointed in this app, the slow customer service, the fact i got a HUGE penalty for canceling the order very early, this app convinced me to get food by myself instead, what a mess of an app.

Horrible service
DO NOT USE, if you actually want to receive your order. I’ve tried for months and out of 10 orders, 5 had to be cancelled because they didn’t bother assigning a driver for 40, 50, 60 minutes or longer. Utterly unprofessional, but sadly, expected at this point.

A brother introduced me to this app saying that your first time order will be free and 30 riyal will be available in your wallet.so I wanted to see the app and tried to order from it by the time I tried to use the 30 riyal it disappeared when I ordered.this app is bad,untrustworthy.imagine selling people false dreams and to scam them.im going back to hunger station

I cant report any misbehavior or even review service in the app, my food just now arrived with a strong smell of cigarettes (i dont smoke and nobody in this house smokes) and i cant do anything about it cuz theres no option to report it.

اسوأ تطبيق توصيل على الاطلاق ، عمري ما طلبت وطلبي تم ، واذا رفضو الطلب ما يرجع لحسابك لا يرجع للمحفظه وبوقت معين ويروح عليك واذا اتصلت عليهم من ربع ساعه الى ٢٠ دقيقه عشان يردون عليك

I’ve ordered from Macdonald, the order had came missing orders, so , I’ve claimed missing items , nothing happened, I called the customer service , the operator told that he had solved my problem with a huge apologize, still nothing happened up to the moment

The worst customer service and app , I ordered from local restaurant and waited more than one hour then I called the customer service to check the status of my order , they responded the restaurant couldn’t make your order and we will cancel it !!! If you have no compliance please don’t accept any orders.

اتصلت واخترت خيار معاودة الاتصال وما تلقيت اتصال تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وشكيت ان الطلب تأخر ساااااعه ونص ويكرر علي رساله كأنها رد آلي بدون تعويض حذفت التطبيق وماله رجعه ولا بستخدمه ما احد فكر يتواصل معي اصلاً بخصوص التأخير بالنسبه للمندوب وقف عند مطعمين وهذا سبب التأخير لا زحمه ولا بعد المطعم

للامانه من أسوء برامج التوصيل والسبب أني طلبت ودفعت كي نت وكنسلت الطلب ومر اسبوع وماردو ولا فلس واتصلت عليهم اكثر من ٤ مرات ويرقعون الموضوع يقولون بنتصل ولا يدقون للاسف تطبيق فاشل

I reported that my order never arrived, and the support team claimed it was delivered just because the driver said so. No proof, no follow-up, nothing.
How can you mark an order as delivered without any actual confirmation from the customer?
I asked for a delivery photo or any evidence, and they couldn’t provide anything. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this service again unless they fix their delivery verification process.
