Jamzone - Sing & Play Along

I ‘m a new user. I’ve barely an intermediate guitar player-just singing and playing my instrument for personal enjoyment. Love my new band in an app, backup band, but I am troubled by the chords. I have been playing some songs 50 years and the chords are not matching my sheet music, song books, and some experience. It is troublesome. Yes, I can play a different chord, it sounds slightly different, but I can’t intuitively plan the song because it surprises me in different places with the cord changes. If I play a new song it is not particularly troublesome. But 60 years of playing with chord change ups, while the screen is racing by is a lot, disruptive, irritating, and causes me to wonder if a similar product may have similar problems. Support response has been quick as I have encountered these issues. I asked, if you could replace/change chords in a displayed songs. Answer was,no. I just have to either live with 60 years of a chord pattern or this app changed chord progression.

Crash too often

I installed this and... no sound. Nothing comes through my Apollo interface no matter the settings I try. Every single other thing on my computer that makes sound comes through fine. I reached out to them a while ago and even though I bought a subscription, no help. Unistalled, reinstalled. Restarted computer. Did all the things. Prayed to the gods. I never heard anything back from them. This is of no use to me if I can't hear it. I could look past the terrible user interface if it worked.

Navigating around this app can be a challenging. Like the first thing I should see is a search bar…

Glitchy. Paid Pro but can’t get full access. Not dependable for gig.

Pop up inexcusable

I can’t find the free lessons that supposedly come with harmonica purchase. Looks to be just a bunch of backing tracks. This App UI is not up to par with modern day e-learning modules.

Great sounding tracks, pretty well thought-out interface. Tracks take a little too long to load, IMO. The biggest issue is that the multi-output doesn’t work - no matter what interface, digital mixer, etc it is connected to, only the first 2ch pass audio. For mixing, it then requires two separate apps - not ideal.
