No sound, no support
I installed this and... no sound. Nothing comes through my Apollo interface no matter the settings I try. Every single other thing on my computer that makes sound comes through fine. I reached out to them a while ago and even though I bought a subscription, no help. Unistalled, reinstalled. Restarted computer. Did all the things. Prayed to the gods. I never heard anything back from them. This is of no use to me if I can't hear it. I could look past the terrible user interface if it worked.
Not really intuitive
Navigating around this app can be a challenging. Like the first thing I should see is a search bar…

Not responsive to bugs
The first song I downloaded had lead vocals that could not be muted. I reported the issue and the song has not been fixed. So then I immediately canceled my subscription.
Great if it worked
I upgraded to the pro subscription, and kept having issues on Android. I tried my daughters MacBook Pro, was a little better, but Couldn’t upgrade her OS so I bought a Mac Studio. Third song I downloaded into my library(new machine-new download) and played didn’t work. This could be a great app if it worked. I am looking for a better option now.
They need to work out the bugs
It’s quirky sometimes the keyboard won’t show up. And most all songs say chords aren’t allowed. Which is why I wanted it from the start. It’s just another glorified karaoke player. Don’t work as expected.
Supposedly free lessons. Not really lessons.
I can’t find the free lessons that supposedly come with harmonica purchase. Looks to be just a bunch of backing tracks. This App UI is not up to par with modern day e-learning modules.
Multi-output doesn’t work
Great sounding tracks, pretty well thought-out interface. Tracks take a little too long to load, IMO. The biggest issue is that the multi-output doesn’t work - no matter what interface, digital mixer, etc it is connected to, only the first 2ch pass audio. For mixing, it then requires two separate apps - not ideal.
