One of my biggest regret regarding this game, they blocked me
I spent a significant amount of money buying tokens because I wanted to participate in the game’s competitions. After investing my time and money, I was unexpectedly blocked from competing without a clear explanation.
It’s extremely frustrating to support a game financially only to be prevented from participating in one of its main features. I feel like my investment was wasted, and the lack of transparency and customer support made the experience even worse.
I cannot recommend spending money on this game unless the developers treat paying players fairly and provide clear reasons when restricting accounts.

Their store is a scam I bought lots of tokens from their store the next day they were gone and got a message about suspicious activity on coins 🙄play in this app but don’t purchase anything it’s not safe

Too many issues and toxic people
The game is becoming unplayable. The block list is limited, and reporting toxic players does nothing- they keep insulting people in the chat without getting banned. Also, the card-dealing system is completely unfair, forcing you into long losing streaks where you don't get any good cards for rounds. Support needs to take player reports seriously and expand the block list

لعبة سيئة. بمجرد ان تشحن مرة واحدة يتعمدون جعلك تخسر حتى ترجع تشحن

هذه الشركه او اللعبة مختصه بعمليات النصب والاحتيال والسرقه علي المستخدمين وبعد عملية اي شحن يقومون بادخال اطراف من نفس اللعبة وهم المراقبين المحتالين والعمل علي خسارتك اي مبلغ تقوم بشحنه او تعبئة، لعبة عليها ملايين الشكاوي ولكن لا احد يحاسبهم او يقوم بمراجعتهم وهذا سبب استمرارهم بالنصب والغش والاحتيال علي كل شخص يقوم بالشحن .

إذا لعبتُ لعبة "شيش بيش" ضد الذكاء الاصطناعي، فسيكون الوضع المهيمن لصالح الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولن يكون لي أي وضع مهيمن. جوكر يخدع جمهوره. مهما لعبتُ من مباريات جميلة، وكلما اقتربتُ من الفوز، كلما انتهت المباراة لصالح الذكاء الاصطناعي. هذا غير مقبول.

If I can give this under 1 star I would, unethical people thirsty for money and ban your account for no reason. This app doesn’t even deserve a half star. My account got banned and I can’t even contact support to unban my account. They don’t care about you all they want is money. Do yourself a favor and play with your friends on a different app or in real life and delete this pile of garbage.

Computer is not shuffling cards fairly and Jawaker keeps plays random card to lose
I keep playing Complex partner and computer keeps providing us with card#2 between myself and my partner to get last two !! There is no way this is computer shuffled. If computer is detecting you are winning it wants you to lose!! Not to mention it crashes when in my turn so that computer selects random card to play! This is unfair and made me lose alot of coins
Update to your response: sorry but the algorithm you are using is NOT working properly. If my partner and myself gets all “2” for 4 consecutive times, it means your algorithm is working to make sure you want us to lose. I have verified that several times. You need to update your algorithm so that if we got all “2” for 3 rounds, it should NOT give us the all “2”s in the last round!!

Scammers, they make loose in purpose in order to keep you buying tokens , they control the luck and decide what team to win and what time to loose
Unauthorized Charge → Account Locked
I was charged for an in-game purchase that I did not make during Ramadan. I reported the unauthorized transaction to Apple, and after review the App Store issued a refund.
After the refund was processed, the developer revoked my access to the game entirely, effectively punishing me for disputing an unauthorized charge.
This raises a serious concern:
If a player is billed incorrectly and Apple confirms it by issuing a refund, developers should not retaliate by blocking access to the game.
I hope Apple reviews this practice because it creates a situation where players are discouraged from reporting fraudulent or mistaken charges.
Very disappointing experience.

Hand cards bug
I’m honestly disappointed in the Jawaker in not fixing this issue, The issue is when dropping a meld or adding cards to other people’s melds it bugs out the card that was added and leaves it in your hand, I’ve had it happen to me over 10 times and it’s starting to piss me off, I usually don’t write bad reviews but this incident has happened dozens of times and it’s making me want to quit the game, it would be greatl appreciated if this can be solved
