App update
During the update it glitched. Now I can’t connect. Called tech support and they were no help. Can some do another update?
Bricked
Just bricked my 3 month old encore essential 2 bringing back to best buy
Horrible Connection
Always drops off, refused to connect. Requires constant reboot and troubleshooting. The worst Bluetooth device I have ever seen.
App is trash
The best move at this point is to remove the app altogether.. garbage

JBL Apps suck
Downloaded the JBL partybox app and it won’t connect to my partbox by model or discovery- JBL products and apps are complete junk.
Terrible product. I only bought these to play in stereo, They never play in Stereo
I would never recommend these and would return them if I could. They never work in the Stereo format. NEVER! Harman International- the owner of these defectively designed Stereo Speakers should either reimburse me in full or replace this with high quality Stereo Speakers. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
Unsatisfied
I bought a JBL PartyBox 310 on Amazon. I think the control board is faulty because the volume sporadically lowers to zero without any user input. I’ve had the speaker for about five months. I am unable to factory reset my speaker, which indicates to me that there is some electronic issue with the volume buttons. I would not recommend buying a JBL PartyBox to anyone considering it, your money can be better spent on a higher quality brand like Bose or Soundboks.
Connection to device
Won’t connect half the time
Trash
This app is trash doesn't connect when it shows it is. Always have to manually cut on . And that's not a guarantee of connection
Buggy
No surprise that modern apps are buggy. It will randomly hike the volume up to near maximum, this has happened several times and has hurt my ears. Pretty insane to have such unsafe controls and safeguards for something that could permanently ruin your hearing or cause a disturbance to your neighbors.
Lacking
It’s ok . Much more to be desired, design is funky makes little sense (app)
Bluetooth connectivity not so good
you have to disconnect the devices before switching to a new device. my two JBL used to play at the same time and now somehow I can only play one at a time
Correct opinion
ATP just make the colors available on Apple and get rid the app
Does not work
It used to work before, but now it doesn’t connect. Even if do the reconnecting like it says, its not working. At least the bluetooth works, but the app is trash now. Boring
