I came across two profiles who sent me interest and we matched . One of which profile ID- TUAS5699 is fake one and I think other profile is also fake too . With the details on their profiles I cannot find them anywhere on social media just to cross check . Please remove all fake profiles. Some genuine are hidden and are only visible for paid version . Why is that ? These profiles are being shown through search filter but blurred out .

Worst matrimony app
I have been using matrimony sites for a while and so far this is the worst one In terms of profiles and app accessibility. 70% of the profiles are fake and they don’t verify the profiles before enabling and I can’t even delete my account trying since 3 days. The customer care is not even answering my mails or messages don’t use this app.

Profiles are fake
There are way too many fake profiles than real ones and surprisingly they are marked as verified accounts. Also the fees structure is way too high for the app that works so poorly

They keep blocking the Profile whenever they want.
Money making app
They make money while hiding genuine profiles without even notifying-profiles of people who are actually serious about getting married. Meanwhile, they end up promoting those who scam and con others.
“Suspicious activity” is what they’ll tell you to force you into verification of info.

BEGIN: They’ll start by asking all of your personal/private info, and requiring it: Income, DOB., family income.
NEXT: Once completed you’ll be locked out of your public profile until you VERIFY your info and provide a selfie.
METHOD: You’ll get a message saying there’s “suspicious activity” on your account (having done nothing suspicious lol) and that you cannot access your profile until you take a selfie.
DELETION: Thus you’re unable to get into the profile to delete it unless you provide selfie verification.
SUGGESTION: I suggest a class action suit.
The aforementioned isn’t how dating/marriage sites are supposed to function when looking to protect the info of its users.

The app keeps sending unwanted upgrade emails late night and very early in the morning.there is no unsubscribe button for it. They literally want you to upgrade. They take away any free features an keep bombarding you with membership emails. And unwanted notifications even though i have personally went into all the notifications and turned off toggle buttons. They keep sending emails and messages even then.

You cannot see the pictures of the members even if you match with them. They ask you to pay. How crazy is that. This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever registered on. There’re other apps that are reasonably priced and don’t have such restrictions.

Scam Malaysian profiles
I’ve installed this app 2 months ago and have been seeing a lot of Malaysian profiles. Initially I’ve accepted one match since it was matching my preferences. After talking for couple of days she starts asking me to enroll in some cryptocurrency website and provide my documents. I immediately knew it was a scam and blocked her.
Similar accounts from Malaysia location have very good looking girls pictures in their profile. They send interest on their own, start chatting and later provide their number to reach out on whatsapp. If this happens, then it’s 100% a scam!!!
Never in a million years will a good looking girl, from Malaysia will ever reach out on her own providing her whatsapp number. It’s too good to be true! Be careful guys!!

Indian matrimonial apps lack class
These people call me at 5 30 am without my permission, I don’t have the option to hide my phone number, so any creep can contact me, and has some very creepy people.. it’s a shame because there are also good profiles on it, but the cons are too bad..

It’s such a bad user experience! Photos don’t get uploaded properly. It doesn’t take edited pics from your iPhone at least. Don’t know about android. It can never change my profile picture even after clicking change profile picture a gazillion times. They should close their company.

The initial version of the app was good, post the upgrade it keeps crashing. You can see quite a lot fake profiles, their pictures, identity and contact numbers are all fake. Not sure it’s created by app team to show the increase in profile. If you are legit be careful with whom you are interacting with. Plus there is zero support from app team.
Worst app - shady practices
I created a profile and at next login it asked documents to verify. It would not let me in or do anything until I send documents. There's no option to bypass this . This is just a matrimony not a Govt. Agency. Why would I trust and send my documents? I tried support chat and asked to delete the account. Guess what? The url link the bot gives goes nowhere (500 - server error). No humans there. So, now they have my data, don't let me do anything and who knows, they'll make an Aadhaar card on my name and use it. Shady and fraud company. Keep away from this nasty business.

This app is noting other than scam. I open my account, and they reach to me via my WhatsApp and demand for money so I decide be to pay after sometime they block my account demand for my identity and my passport, I ask my money back. they never responded.

I spent over an hour signing up and making a profile. Then the next day I tried to sign in and their system says there’s no account associated with my email address.
Be warned - you will be held hostage!
Horrible unethical company. They will randomly put your account on hold, won’t let you login, demand pay slips, ‘occupation letter’, ID proof etc. again and again. If you are a paid member, they will keep the account inactive as long as they like and won’t compensate you for the time delay on their end. Worst of all is that you can’t do anything and there is no support to call or ask for help. Stick to other matrimonial apps. These guys are a scam and you cannot be sure if all the data they ask will even be safe.

App does not have an option to select B.S. (Engineering) degree. It has a M.S. (Engineering) option but does not have B.S. (Engineering) option available to select. I reached out to support and was told to use the B.E./B.Tech Degree instead on my profile.
You can’t do a Masters without a Bachelors. So if M.S. (Engineering) option is available, then B.S. (Engineering) should be too! Why not just add the option to your app/website? Doesn’t make any sense!

The App was too good few months earlier with some sort of bugs! But now it is just money making app… literally you need to pay even to see the profiles! And the one recommended is out of the preference and daily limit is too bad… Not worth it at all….. I still remember I use to recommend but now it is not recommended at all… it’s all about how they can make money…
